They did an amazing job I’m so Happy Mike Sharkey went above and beyond. My windows are breathtaking! And my glass door they took the window out in the back door out and added glass patio doors! They look amazing so you can walk into them thinking nothing there.

We had used Factory Direct to replace other windows and were very satisfied so of course I called them to quote another project. I had been lead to believe I needed to replace my large entry way window by another company; however, when Nathan came to perform his assessment and give a quote he advised me that my window did not need to be replaced. I was shocked by his honesty as he could have told me repairs were needed as he knew my husband and I were prepared to sign a contract. Nathan went above and beyond to assist us with the project at hand as well as other questions and concerns about existing windows. We will certainly call him in the future for any window needs and I highly recommend he and their company. Nathan is honest, hard working , a great communicator, and a person of integrity. I know I can trust him with any project I may have. As well, their office staff is friendly and helpful. Call them with your window needs. Not only could they beat competitor prices but they provide great customer care!!

It was excellent. I would recommend them again and again. Nat the manager himself and his staff went above our expectations. The administration staff and installers. Thank you for the excellent service and workmanship. We should have our three season room converted years ago to four seasons. If we could give more than 5 stars it would definitely be done. Yes, the job was of my high satisfaction. The installer ensured that I, as a deaf person, be notified of the procedures done during the process. The windows were, and sill are, so beautiful. Also, the patio door installation went remarkably well and I was so pleased with the service.

We are second time customers with Factory Direct Windows and so happy with our decision to call them again! We had a great experience when they replaced our windows at our previous home, which was almost 100 years old and had very old poorly-functioning windows. They did a great job working around the aluminum siding and some of the windows we had restructured. The most recent job we had done was on our newer home, which is about 30 years old. These windows had nailing flanges, which were more complicated to remove, but they did a great job and it looks afterwards. The crew was amazing! Mike, Tim, and Bill were super friendly and professional. After chatting with them, we learned they have been doing the job for 30-40+ years, and you could tell based on the quality of the end results. Highly recommend for anyone whether you need windows replaced at an old historic house or a brand new house.

Starting with Nathan, he is not a high pressure salesman which we appreciated. Nicole is very efficient, informative and caring. Can't say enough about Mike and his crew. They are very professional and do their job very well.

Very well! The installers called first and came BEFORE the appointed time! They were professional! My first time replacing windows-answered all my questions while I watched! They cleaned up behind themselves and finished earlier too! I did many estimates; this was the ONLY company that did NOT PRESSURE me with their prices or time frame (that’s what sold me) also they would beat any estimate. Bill came to fix a piece that has fallen off a window. We told him we had concerns with the windows. He checked into the situation and immediately found the problem Mike came out taking great care to make sure the problem was resolved Highly recommend this company and these installers

I appreciate this company going above and beyond for us during our renovation. They accommodated us installing some windows while waiting on our other windows to be repaired. Although I thought Nathan was a little impersonal.... am glad the staff, Nicole was nice and accommodating! We got the best value from this company, after calling about 8 plus companies to come give us a quote, same even said 120k for windows, we got same windows for under 20k. Really happy with factory direct!!

Huge thanks to Factory Direct for taking care of my window needs. Trying times for delivery of product on all fronts but Factory Direct delivered the windows close to schedule. Can not say enough great things about Mike the lead installer - he saw to it that every step was done right. Bill and Tim were in his crew and did great work on the removal and install of my new windows. I have more to do here and will be contacting Factory Direct thanks to Mikes attention to detail on all matters.

We all are very pleased with their products and courteous and professional staff. Great investment in a property with older original or cheap single pane windows. Our experience with Factory Direct was quite similar to other reviews listed on this very helpful site. From the start the company was professional and eager to help. Without being pushy or “salesy” the gentleman that came out, Jack, was helpful and very informational in guiding us to the exact windows and doors that matched our criteria (energy ratings, color, etc.) and budget. The timeline for installation that they stated from the beginning were met and they stayed in communication throughout the manufacturing process (we received bi-weekly updates) which I found especially helpful. I am an advocate for sharing reviews and experiences as I found it has always served me well when researching companies. I would recommend and certainly hire Factory Direct again if the need should arise again.

It went very well. I had 8 windows replaced and a storm door for my home. The windows were energy efficient with low-e and argon gas and have made a huge difference. The time they took to order and install was very fast too. Most others I looked at said 12-18 weeks. My windows and storm door were installed in 6 weeks.

This is a very fine window company that stands behind their products and installation. My consultant, Jason, was knowledgable and gave me great insight to the many different brands they carry. I was never pressured to buy and that was a welcomed surprise compared to the other companies I had out. Mike was my installer and he is a pro. He is a true craftsman that takes pride in his work. We could not be more happy with the result of our new windows and sliding patio door.

Referred to Factory Direct from a family friend who had a good experience with them last year. I already had two quotes in hand from other local companies. Their ad stated they could beat any other company’s quotes, so I called them and to my surprise they did. I got the same exact window that another company offered, which I did like, and I was able to save $3,900 dollars. On top of saving almost 4K, my windows ended up being installed 6 weeks sooner than what the other company said they could do. Installers were great, no debris left behind. Very pleased with how well they cleaned up and left the property in perfect condition.

Reasonable price, full window replacement (15). Long delay on manufacturing but Factory Direct kept me informed through ever step. Workmen we’re professional and efficient. One of the best contractor experiences I have ever had. Saved me thousands over other bids with top quality results.

We had a great experience replacing our windows with Factory Direct. Our sales consultant was Sonny, and he was the kindest, most patient person ever. I had a ton of questions, and he explained everything thoroughly. The installation of my new windows went perfectly, and I was happy to hear from them a week later when they checked in with me to make sure I was loving my new windows and to see if I had any last questions. Excellent customer service.
