Factory Direct

We've had our new windows for several months now and there is a substantial difference in our energy bills month to month. Very pleased overall with everything from the product, ease of financing, and their installers who showed up on time and cleaned up meticulously.

I gathered 4 estimates from other Indianapolis based window companies and Factory Direct beat all their quotes by a lot. They were the best price by far! I thought that with them being the cheapest, I would have to wait longer but that wasn't the case. I was actually able to have my windows installed one to two weeks sooner than what the other companies said. I am happy with my decision and my research and checking out other companies paid off.

I thought the process of buying windows, a front door, and a patio door was going to be daunting however it was not. Factory Direct and their team of consultants and installers made the entire experience easy and pleasurable. They guided me based on what features were important to me, all while staying within my budget. The end result looks incredible and I have already referred them to several of my neighbors.

The entire window project went excellent. I am very happy with the windows and patio door I selected, as they absolutely fantastic! The installers did a wonderful job. Also, I was glad Factory Direct had a website where I could look at all the different options for my windows. I felt this feature was particularly helpful for me to narrow things down prior to my consultation appointment. I would rate this company an A plus!

I had a very positive experience with purchasing windows from Factory Direct. My window consultant was a man named Sony and he was great. He took his time when showing me different window options and was very informational (I had a lot of questions). I shopped their quote around and they were easily the best price in town and had the best reviews everywhere I looked when doing research. Lastly, their installers are excellent and timely. I couldn't be more pleased with the service Factory Direct provided.

The installation of our windows was pushed back by a few days because of several days of rain we received. As much as I was disappointed, I understood it was no one's fault and I appreciated the way Factory Direct handled the situation. They were quick to let me know of the changes and worked hard to find me the next soonest time that my schedule would permit. The customer service they provide is excellent and everyone that I spoke to at the company (sales consultant, installation manager, installer, and receptionist) were friendly and eager to help.

I had five out of twenty-two windows replaced. Factory Direct did a perfect job from beginning to end. I will be calling them back to finish the rest of my windows when my schedule and budget permits.

The installation manager and all the installers at Factory Direct are great. They did an amazing job on all the work that needed to be done on my home. We did have to push out the day everything would be completed because it rained a few days that week however the entire team communicated that fact to me right away and I was more than happy to work with them. Everyone that I talked with (the sales guy, the office admin, the installers) was friendly and eager to help. I really couldn't ask for much more.

It went good. I had a specific window in mind when I first called them and I was hoping they would carry them. (Factory Direct says they carry over 30 different manufacturers) To my surprise, they did have exactly what I wanted and I was able to get them at a much cheaper cost. Their installation crews are top notch too. I had a father and son team that did an excellent job. They worked efficiently, they worked very clean, and there were no "issues" at all. I am happy that this company exceeded my expectations.

They gave great customer service and follow-through! Factory Direct was recommended to me by my aunt who also did her windows. She said that she had done a lot of research and after meeting with several companies, they were the best. I trusted her judgement and didn't bother with any other companies. Similar to her experience, mine was fantastic. They did an excellent job helping me choose the right windows for my desired look and budget. They were timely and the customer service follow-up was great. Even weeks after my window project was completed, I received a call to make sure all was well and that I was 110% happy with the final outcome and that I didn't have any final questions about my new windows. I am glad my aunt referred me to them.

I would not only use them again but I would recommend them to anyone looking for a strong and reputable company that delivers on all their promises.

It was great! The installers did an excellent job! From start to finish the consultant helped us with every option. The installers arrived 10 minutes late, but made for that with with attention to detail on the installation of our new windows. The windows look beautiful, it really has made a big difference. The energy performance is also a big plus along with sound reduction. The installers that came out had over 30 years of experience and were nice guys. They also cleaned up very well... A+ here!

Cancelled apt after speaking to a rep, who had contacted me wanting to get specific details about the scope of the project. I told him I was interested in the Series 100 by Andersen (he referred to is at the Series 1000) in a casement, in a bronze exterior. I added I was intrigued as to the fit of the window as it is but 3-1/4" wide, but Andersen does specifically state it can be used as a replacement. He told me that if that's the window I was interested in, in that color, in a casement I was looking at a minimum of $800 per window. I was told that double hung are much more common, and less expensive but that casements are just "so expensive". It seemed apparent there really wasn't any interest in working with me to find a solution for my project. I advised the representative if that was the price on this product, we can just cancel the appointment, which they did via email immediately after our call. Not sure what happened between the time I set up the appointment last week and the call this morning, but I was very disappointed by the obvious lack of interest in our situation and lack of product knowledge in the Series 100 window. Makes me think that while they do represent a large number of manufacturers, they're really only interested in selling double hung windows.
