Factory Direct

It went well. Factory Direct has a good handle on what the typical window shopper needs. My consultant was very friendly, patient, and was a wealth of knowledge. He took the time to really listen to my concerns - this was very important to me. After understanding my desires for my ideal window he then directed me to what he felt would be the best window for our home. Since they carry so many different windows and so many different manufacturers, I thought I would be lost and confused, but I was not. My consultant did a wonderful job. The quote I received was right on par with where I wanted to be and so we decided to move forward that same day. We had our windows installed this week and I am happy to report everything went off seamlessly.

We did our due diligence when looking into local window companies before going with this company. Factory Direct of Indianapolis did a very good job from start to finish and all of their employees were pleasant and eager to help. We worked with John and he guided us through everything we needed for our home. Also, our installer Howard was great and he worked with our difficult schedule when it came time for the windows to be installed.

This is the second time we have used Factory Direct of Indianapolis. We first had 7 windows installed back in the summer of 2016 and we just had the rest of our windows replaced this fall on the 1st of October. Both times the company did a terrific job. Scheduling an appointment was easy and both salesmen we have worked with were great. They have great quality windows and great installers. I feel very confident making this statement since our first set of windows have been installed for over a year. This is the main reason we came back to them for a second time.

I was referred to Factory Direct from a co-worker that said their sister had a good experience with them and so I decided to make them one of the three window replacement companies I was going to check out. I took my time and evaluated all three companies. I compared the windows, the price, the estimated lead time, and the company's reviews. I choose Factory Direct because they came out on top in all the categories I was weighing out. My windows were installed yesterday and while it's only been a day, I am completely happy with the finished product.

The fella that came out was a nice, down to earth guy that walked us through everything there was to know about windows. Once we narrowed it down and selected the best windows for our needs, he then helped us through the financing options. We had our windows installed this week and just like our sales guy, the installers were great too. They arrived exactly on time, did the job in a timely manner, and cleaned up their worksite perfectly. The customer service, all the individuals we worked with, and the price we paid were all first-rate.

The people at Factory Direct were beyond professional, quick with communication, have manufacturers that communicate as efficiently after install as Factory Direct did during the sale/install of the windows, wonderful install team, great management from owner to installers. I had a specific look that I wanted, and they worked with me to get the look. I installed close to 40 black windows and some with grid patterns. They took the time to show me my options and help to show what choices would effect look, durability, price, and energy savings. I must stress Factory Direct does have good people from the TOP down. The owner is very personable and is a great business man. The installers were fantastic. During the time of install, I had surgery. The installers not only completed 40 windows with a prompt, seamless timeline, but asked if they could help me with anything during my recovery. I felt confident and safe having my home opened up to them. I have had a lot done to my home and they were by far the best contractors that I have worked with! They handle it all themselves including the project management which for my family is huge. You do not have to call and remind them of your job priority, the work was done right, and with great customer care. I would HIGHLY recommend them for windows!!!!

It went very good. The sales guy that came to our home was a complete gentleman who thoroughly helped us through the everything. He listened to what my issues were with the current windows and helped me select the right windows based on my needs and the amount I could afford. I didn't feel pushed or pressured to buy that day. Of course, that made my decision much easier. Helpful employers that care and the product they sell is high quality at an affordable price.

The experience I had with Factory Direct was a pleasant experience all the way around. Their website allowed me to set my appointment easily with no hassle at all. The sales consultant that was assigned to me was friendly, informative, and he arrived right on time. We decided to go with Factory Direct because their home office is here in Indianapolis and I felt most comfortable with a local company. Also, they had the most competitive price for the specific window we wanted. We just had our windows installed and the guys that came out to do the installation were great. Howard is who we had. He was talkative and informational about the installation process and just an overall good guy.

Everything went great. Mike the head installer came out to measure after I put 50% down and signed the agreement. I like the fact that the person installing the windows was the one who is measuring the windows, due to the fact these were all custom windows. They started installing my windows 3 weeks after they measured, which was nice. That is another reason why I choose Factory Direct, they had the fastest lead time. The installers did a better job then what I thought the windows would look like in the end. The attention to detail, and the time that the installers took to make each window look perfect was well worth it. They cleaned up well after they were finished and they were very nice guys. If I had to complain about one thing, it would be that they took 1 day longer than what they told me from the beginning. So, they came back out the very next day and finished the exterior while I was at work. Everything still worked out okay, other than that I would recommend Factory Direct and they have an A+ from me.

We've had our new windows for several months now and there is a substantial difference in our energy bills month to month. Very pleased overall with everything from the product, ease of financing, and their installers who showed up on time and cleaned up meticulously.

I gathered 4 estimates from other Indianapolis based window companies and Factory Direct beat all their quotes by a lot. They were the best price by far! I thought that with them being the cheapest, I would have to wait longer but that wasn't the case. I was actually able to have my windows installed one to two weeks sooner than what the other companies said. I am happy with my decision and my research and checking out other companies paid off.

I had a very positive experience with purchasing windows from Factory Direct. My window consultant was a man named Sony and he was great. He took his time when showing me different window options and was very informational (I had a lot of questions). I shopped their quote around and they were easily the best price in town and had the best reviews everywhere I looked when doing research. Lastly, their installers are excellent and timely. I couldn't be more pleased with the service Factory Direct provided.

The installation of our windows was pushed back by a few days because of several days of rain we received. As much as I was disappointed, I understood it was no one's fault and I appreciated the way Factory Direct handled the situation. They were quick to let me know of the changes and worked hard to find me the next soonest time that my schedule would permit. The customer service they provide is excellent and everyone that I spoke to at the company (sales consultant, installation manager, installer, and receptionist) were friendly and eager to help.

I had five out of twenty-two windows replaced. Factory Direct did a perfect job from beginning to end. I will be calling them back to finish the rest of my windows when my schedule and budget permits.

The installation manager and all the installers at Factory Direct are great. They did an amazing job on all the work that needed to be done on my home. We did have to push out the day everything would be completed because it rained a few days that week however the entire team communicated that fact to me right away and I was more than happy to work with them. Everyone that I talked with (the sales guy, the office admin, the installers) was friendly and eager to help. I really couldn't ask for much more.

It went good. I had a specific window in mind when I first called them and I was hoping they would carry them. (Factory Direct says they carry over 30 different manufacturers) To my surprise, they did have exactly what I wanted and I was able to get them at a much cheaper cost. Their installation crews are top notch too. I had a father and son team that did an excellent job. They worked efficiently, they worked very clean, and there were no "issues" at all. I am happy that this company exceeded my expectations.

She said that she had done a lot of research and after meeting with several companies, they were the best. I trusted her judgement and didn't bother with any other companies. Similar to her experience, mine was fantastic. They did an excellent job helping me choose the right windows for my desired look and budget. They were timely and the customer service follow-up was great. Even weeks after my window project was completed, I received a call to make sure all was well and that I was 110% happy with the final outcome and that I didn't have any final questions about my new windows. I am glad my aunt referred me to them.
