Description of Work: We had 17 windows replaced with tempered glass in 5; and metal trim. They were professional from point of sales through installation. Installation took three days and the installers were thorough going the extra mile. Neighbors asked if they cleaned up after themselves and yes, we had no mess either inside or out.

+ 0 moreI need new windows in my home that I purchased 5 years ago. I looked around at a lot of window companies and came across Factory Direct Home Improvement. They brought out sample windows to show me, I was limited to what I could spend so they worked with me. The installers were on time, nice, and knew what they were doing. They did the job and did it right! I would marry the windows but my husband wouldn't like that...The windows have made a big difference to the over all look of the house. I love to show them off too! Out of every improvement that I have made on my home this past year, this is the best investment I've made!
Description of Work: I had slider windows originally and I had them install double hungs. I'm proud of my windows and It's the best investment that I've made!

+ 0 moreVery pleased with the price of the windows! Everything was explained in detail and they worked with us to install our windows exactly the way we wanted. We were happy they let us customize our windows and installation the way we wanted, it looks great! We had 4 bad windows that were side by side on each side of our home that we had installed first. I liked the 4 windows so much after replacing them, I called Factory Direct Home Improvement back out to replace all of my windows in my entire home. Already I've seen a big difference in the reduction of dust in my home and we also haven't had to use the furnace as much cause the windows have held the heat in.
Description of Work: We had our windows removed and replaced. I'm not sure how to go into any more detail, that's exactly what we had done.

+ 1 moreThe GM came out to visit with me and went over every option of different types of brands and styles. He also showed me many brands I was not familiar with as we discussed the options. I had never seen the colors provided and was really happy with the final roof. They did an outstanding job on cleaning up around my home and the roofing guys were so clean I didn't even find one nail.
Description of Work: We had a roof installed and a rear atrium door put in. The technicians were very thorough and completed a very wonderful job. Our roof needed replaced due to damage from a storm, and the GM worked with us and insurance to get the roof replaced. The GM showed us many different options that I have never heard of before which was nice, I had never seen any of the colors that were shown after the roof was replaced, it looked as though it was made for the house.

+ 2 moreFrom the very beginning we were pleased with this company! They kept us up to date every step of the way. We loved the professional attitude, and the fabulous job completed on our home. I couldn't ask for a better job.
Description of Work: The window installers were professional, nice, new vehicle, and great equipment. After replacing the windows they cleaned up and you would never have known they were there. The windows looked Awesome! As for our roof a different crew came out to replace our 3-tab roof with a dimensional shingle. The guys did a great job and cleaned up every nail, and all trash. The gutters look great as well. Overall we are very pleased!
