I found them through Angie's List. I have no idea how they do it. I can't get my house as clean as they can, no matter what I do. They are a magical cleaning company. They are very thorough. Sue, the owner, has fulfilled every request I've had.

I searched for 4 specific things. 1. timely service 2. an ongoing level of cleaning that was experienced the first time they cleaned. 3. trusted employees 4. do the same people come each time. I waited over a year to post because I wanted to accurately report on my experience. All of the above items I was seeking from a cleaning service have been continously met. I had tried other services and simply wasn't happy with there service in several of the 4 areas listed. I have always cleaned my own home and I was concerned my expectations were too high, however my work hours finally convinced me I needed some help with cleaning. Excecutive is awesome. I would recommend them to anyone on this list with confindence that you will not be disappointed with their services. They have different charges depending on size of home, how often they come, if a person has pets etc. The price is fair for the services received :)

Awesome job. Cleaned my house 48hrs after I called. The showers and sinks look brand new. Got all the pet stains out of the carpets. Highly recommend them.

I was very disappointed in our experience. First of all, only one of them spoke a little bit of English and it was still very difficult to communicate. Our marble counters in our bathroom and kitchen tables are all scratched up. I called and complained and have yet to hear back. One of the gals was also very very rude several times to me.

Susan at Executive Home Services was very helpful and cooperative considering the uncertainties of acquiring a home and the timing of furniture, windows, carpeting and appliances being installed in the new home. The cleaning crews, at both ends of the move, were very professional, courteous and thorough. We were very, very pleased with the results - moved out with no loss of rental deposit and moved in with no interruption in the relocating process. We would definately use EHS again, and are considering a routine, on-going service at our new home.

It was a mixed experience. The owner, Sue was very professional and quick to respond to our questions and provide an estimate. The cleaners arrived around 8am and there were 3 people. My husband was there when they arrived and he noticed that 1 of the cleaners was lagging behind for the first 2 hours of work. At that time, we called Sue and she intervened and everything went a little better. In the end we were happy, but we did not think it was fair to be paying 3 people to clean for the first 2 hours when really only 2 of them were getting things done.

Everything was very satisfactory. Years ago, I had a house that had to be cleaned out and sold. The refrigerator hadn't been working and there was food in it. This is the only company that would come out. The representative from the company came out on a Sunday to clean it for me. I was very impressed with their services.

I have used EXHS over the past several years. They do the best, most detailed cleaning of any cleaning service I have ever used. My house looks impeccable when the crew is done. They are extremely reliable, show up like clockwork, and are friendly and professional. I get the same crew for every cleaning which I love. While the dollar amount may seem a bit high compared to other services, when you compare man hour to man hour and the quality you get from EXHS, it is well worth it. Sue is very friendly, organized and has great communication skills. Would highly recommend this cleaning service if you are extrememly picky and have high expectations. EXHS will not disappoint.

Serviced my home for two years. When owners cleaned, it was amazing. Transitioned to other staff -- hired to stay for specific amount of time 1.5 hours instead of 2 hours. Staff were friendly but did not speak English. Were not able to make good decisions about how to spend time on abbreviated clean (like spending more time dusting blinds instead of wiping down play food in toy area). Owner very nice and honest. In the end, I wanted to be able to communicate better with the cleaning staff and my home just didn't seem like it was getting clean enough for the thousands of dollars a year I was investing in it.

Leti and her team work tirelessly to make the house sparkle. They are efficient, do quality work and are pleasant to have in my home. This company is eager to please, and accommodating with schedule changes. I strongly recommend Executive Home Services for housecleaning and am confident their other services are of equal quality.

They are prompt and the job is satisfactory. Not out-of-this-world wonderful but reliable and effiicient.

I think they are some of the best people I've ever worked with. They take direction very easily, they remember things, they are detail oriented, they deliver what they say they are going to and they don't over charge. They are practically part of our family.

We decided to not have the service done. It was cheaper to do it myself.

We used them once and it was excellent. They came on a less than a 12-hour notice. The job turned out beautiful. I have no idea about the price because I didn't price anybody else for the job.

called got estimate, very professional, stayed w/in estimate. were on time & did a great job. I don't remember what I paid but remember it was reasonable. I had called around for estimates and chose Executive.

The ladies were on time, professional, and well prepared. They did a very good job doing a thorough clean on our new house before we moved in, which made unpacking that much easier because we could put things in their place without having to clean everything first. They spent much of the day at our house and made sure that we were satisfied with the job before leaving, ensuring that everything was clean to our liking and that nothing was missed accidentally. For the services that we used (i.e. the move-in clean), we would hire them again without hesitation for the annual scrub down of our house in the places that often get overlooked during weekly cleaning (i.e. washing of baseboards etc).

This is a wonderful group! They are thorough, polite, on time, flexible when needed, fast, and reasonably priced. We expect to be a customer for many years to come!

We pay $157.50 every two weeks. They come and do basic cleaning for our house and they clean the bathroom and kitchen floors. They also do the vacuuming and dusting. Basically my interaction with them is talking to them if we need to reschedule.

Excellent service. Suzanne went out of her way to make sure we had cleaners here during a busy time. The cleaners were very professional and delivered good value for money.

It went fine up until the end when their equipment broke. They did compensate me for it. I like him, he's a pretty nice guy, and he did a nice job.

I use them every two weeks. I have a fairly large house and they send three people for three hours. It's the best cleaning service I've found and I have not always been thrilled with some of the cleaning services I've used. They do exactly what they say they are going to do. They do a pretty good job. I write them a check each time. I think they are a little expensive, but they actually work the whole time they are here and I don't think that has always been the case with all the cleaning services I've used. I think I am getting value for my money. The first time they came I was curious to see what kind of a job they would do and it is remarkably good.

They had a crew who was willing to work overtime and arrived at my home at 5:30pm. It was a crew of 3 very nice ladies who worked continuously for 2 hours cleaning every thing from ceiling to floor. My home has never been so clean.

They are doing a great job. The price reflects cleaning about 3/4 of my home. They dust, the do the bathrooms, and the floors. They are prompt and professional. They come while I am at work and I come home to a clean house. I am very pleased. Sue has been very flexible with me, too.

Overall it went well. They are reliable, Sue communicates well and I am continuing to use their service.

They are very professional, and they usually have the same staff every time. They were very mindful of the rules we had set down as far as making sure the cats didn’t get let outside during the cleaning and things of that nature. Generally, we have had a very positive experience with them. I haven’t used other cleaning services, but being able to trust them is one of the biggest factors. I wish that they were a little bit cheaper. They were very responsive, and the woman who runs it was a very good communicator.
