Despite a busy schedule, Sue was able to fit me in to prepare our house to be shown. The three women who cleaned were friendly, courteous and very, very thorough! I am almost OCD about cleaning...and even I was impressed with their work! But, what was most impressive was the attention that the company gave me when we had one small mistake. They made sure to make it right...a business practice you don't always see. I would highly recommend them for their customer service as well as for a job well done.

All work was performed quickly and flawlessly. Sue's people are very efficient and do a great job. The only drawback (and it is not usually a problem) is the language barrier as none of them speak English.

It was unbelievable. They cleaned it so well, it was fabulous. They told me upfront how much it was, and they didn't try to take advantage of me. They couldn't get to the one last room, but this was told to me upfront. I'd definitely use them again. For four hours and 3 cleaners, it only cost me $297. They washed down the cabinets, cleaned chandeliers, they just did everything. The owner's name is Susan, and after they left, she called me to make sure I was satisfied. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Three people came and they were all very nice. They had very powerful vacuums and the house the smelled clean. I was very pleased, I was particularly pleased that they took the time to call me back when they had a cancellation and they fit me in.

Tremendous experience -- Sue is first-rate, and the crews are friendly and extremely accommodating of special requests. Our home never looked so good! Thanks!

I called Sue Webb on 2-14-06 and sent her an e-mail regarding cleaning our entire house. She responded that afternoon and was able to schedule a crew for 3-4-06. She kept in contact via e-mail and called the day before to confirm. Three workers came precisely at 8:00 AM and worked nonstop until 1:00 PM. The entire house was very dusty from the construction and they were very efficient and did an outstanding job. When I paid their lead person there was a difference as to the hourly rate, but I paid what the lead person said. Sue called me promptly Monday morning to ask how things went. I explained about the difference and Sue explained that it must have been a misunderstanding with their person and I had a refund promptly in Tuesday's mail. This was an excellent experience and I would recommend Executive Home Services to anyone. This type of service is hard to find.

Susan & Joe were amazing. They worked my house into their busy schedule and even changed the day when I had a funeral to attend. They washed the floors by hand which literally sparkled when they were finished. Just before leaving, Joe noticed a cobweb in one of the corners & pulled out a ladder to reach it. They were easy to talk to & did an OUTSTANDING job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a ''deep clean''. If I wasn't moving, I'd be interested in having them come in for a bi-monthly cleaning. My house looks amazing!

They are very professional & punctual. Susan asks a lot of questions the 1st time to get an idea of how many people & how much time will be needed to clean your home. The 1st couple visits are just to get your house looking brighter than it has ever been. After that they maintain it to those standards. I usually get the same team leader each time (they send out 3 people for 2 hours), although the other cleaners are often different. However, once I discuss specific issues with her, she makes sure the team cleans things to my liking. It's like getting spring-cleaned every month!

These folks are busy..for a reason..they e-mailed me to let me know they might have an opening and showed up the following day. I had told them to go ahead and walk in the house as the doors would be open, despite a harmless large dog, which they did..this is remarkable in that other service providers don't have the confidence and don't believe me when I tell them it is o.k. to walk in. This is an enormous benefit to me if I don't have to be at home to let people in. The women that performed the work did so with an amazing work ethic and efficiency. This house is in the middle of a major re-model and had gotten out of hand in terms of my ability/desire to clean it. The results of the work done by this group are outstanding and beyond my expectations!

I couldn't have been more pleased. There was not a speck of dirt anywhere in the house when they left. They even vacuumed the ceiling, bricks on fireplace, etc. I thought the price was extremely reasonable. There was a crew of two ladies here for over 5 hours. I am having them clean my house on a regular schedule now and am extremely happy with their work. I have tried other cleaning teams and they just don't compare to Executive Home Services.

I called Executive Home Services for help with a last minute, whole house, cleaning (Emergency clean before a big event). Sue was very determined to try to fit us in within 2 days if at all possible. Luckily there was a schedule change, freeing up a three person team. They were still there working at 8 PM when we arrived home. They were very courteous and they had done an outstanding job on our home. They even cleaned the blinds throughout the house - we had just bought the home in March and honestly had NO IDEA they were white! As far as price goes - you do sometimes get what you pay for. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

GREAT!!!! I WOULD REFER THEM TO ANYONE. YOU CAN NOT GO WRONG IF YOU CAN GET A SPOT ON THEIR ROUTE.

I have been very pleased with the level of cleaning. Very quick and thorough. They did much more than I expected.

THEY ARE HERE ABOUT 2.5 HOURS. THERE WAS ONE TIME WHERE THEY FORGOT TO DO SOMETHING, I CALLED THE OWNER AND SHE SENT SOMEONE ELSE OUT TO FIX IT RIGHT AWAY. VERY RESPONSIVE TO ANY TYPE OF CRITICISM. IT IS FABULOUS.

Sue was very kind to me over the phone and said she would do everything she could for me to have my house cleaned in time for my guests to arrive. My husband said from the time the workers arrived to the time they finished, they did nothing but continuous work. I was pleased with the overall condition of my home when I arrived home from work. I left a check list and instructions of my preferences. Only one drawback - the towelbars and toilet paper holders weren't wiped down. Small oversight, but otherwise good job.

LOVE SUE TO DEATH...VERY NICE GAL...I'VE USED THEM BEFORE, BUT THIS TIME, WE WEREN'T ABLE TO COME TOGETHER ON A START DATE. I NEEDED SOMETHING QUICK AND SUE IS USUALLY BOOKED OUT FOR BIT, SOMETIMES UP TO TWO WEEKS. IF YOU HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO USE HER, DO IT...THEY ARE GREAT. BUT BE PREPARED TO WAIT YOUR TURN! THEY ARE IN HIGH DEMAND!

THEY SENT 3 PEOPLE AND THEY WERE THERE FOR 5 1/4 HOURS, SO SUE WAS RIGHT ON WITH HER ESTIMATE. THEY DID AN INCREDIBLE JOB. NO, INCREDIBLE IS NOT A GOOD ENOUGH DESCRIPTION. THEY DID AN AMAZING INCREDIBLE JOB. THERE WAS NOTHING THAT THEY DID NOT CLEAN. I RECOMMEND THEM WITHOUT A DOUBT.

SUE WEBB WAS WONDERFUL. I GOT HER ON THE PHONE THE VERY FIRST TIME I CALLED. SUE WAS SO UNDERSTANDING AND KIND ABOUT MY MOTHER-IN-LAW'S SITUATION. CALLING RIGHT BEFORE THANKSGIVING AND CHRISTMAS I KNEW I MAY NOT GET SOMEONE TO CLEAN THE HOUSE FOR HER UNTIL JANUARY. SUE HAD A CREW WITHIN ONE WEEK! I KNOW SHE WORKED VERY HARD TO SQUEEZE US IN AND FIND A CREW TO MAKE THIS ALL HAPPEN FOR US. SUE TOOK A HUGE WEIGHT OFF OF OUR ENTIRE FAMILY. SHE IS A 'GEM'! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER COMPANY TO ALL OF THE MEMBERS OF ANGIE'S LIST.

3 WOMAN @ $65 AN HOUR. THEY WORKED THE WHOLE TIME. I WAS VERY PLEASED. I WILL HAVE THEM BACK.

JOE WEBB DID A GREAT JOB AND WAS REASONABLY PRICED FOR THIS PARTICULAR TASK.

WE WANTED TO HAVE OUR BASEMENT CLEANED PRIOR TO SELLING IT. SUE & HER HUSBAND CONSIDERED SEVERAL DIFFERENT WAYS TO DO IT & DECIDED THIS WOULD BE BEST. IT WORKED VERY WELL. OUR BASEMENT WAS CLEAN & WE DIDN'T HAVE TO SCRUB IT FOR HOURS OURSELVES. JOE ONLY TOOK TWO HOURS TO DO THE WORK & THE AMOUNT PAID INCLUDES A TIP (CAN'T REMEMBER HOW MUCH HE CHARGED). SUE IS GREAT ABOUT CALLING YOU & FITTING YOUR JOB INTO THEIR BUSY SCHEDULE. I ALWAYS KNOW THAT SHE IS ON TOP OF IT & THERE IS NO NEED TO CALL HER BACK. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM.

LOVED THE WORK THAT THEY DID. THEY SCRUBBED OUR OLD KITCHEN SINK SO THAT IT WAS CLEANER THAN IT HAD EVER BEEN. I DIDN'T EVEN THINK IT COULD BE CLEANED THAT WELL. THEY MOPPED FLOORS, VACUUMED, DUSTED AND WIPED DOWN THE ENTIRE KITCHEN, CLEANED THE OVEN, PULLED OUT APPLIANCES TO CLEAN BEHIND THEM. ETC. I WAS REALLY PLEASED THAT THEY DID NOT USE ANY HARSH OR SMELLY CHEMICALS FOR THE CLEANING SINCE I AM SENSITIVE TO ODORS. I WILL DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN BECAUSE IT WAS WONDERFUL TO HAVE A FULLY CLEANED HOUSE IN JUST A COUPLE OF HOURS.

SERVICE HAS BEEN VERY GOOD. SUSAN ALWAYS RETURNS MY CALLS. THE CLEANING LADIES ARE VERY PLEASANT. IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE CLEANING, SUSAN SHOWS GREAT CONCERN AND ALWAYS FIXES THE SITUATION BY COMING BACK TO CLEAN WHATEVER NEEDS TO BE CLEANED.

EXCELLENT WORK, RELIABLE, QUIET, DON'T BOTHER THINGS WHEN I ASK THEM NOT TO, VERY RESPONSIVE. VERY POLITE, QUITE PLEASED.

I FOUND EXECUTIVE HOME SERVICE EXCELLENT. SHE WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING WITH MY SCHEDULE AND PARTY DATE, WITH LESS THAN TWO WEEKS NOTICE. THEY WORKED METICULOUSLY AND HARD FOR 4 SOLID HOURS AND I WAS THRILLED. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN, EVEN MAY BECOME A REGULAR CUSTOMER. VERY TRUSTWORTHY, PROMPT, AND CONSCIENTIOUS.
