Every dry waterproofed the basement of my house about 3 years before I bought it. Their renewable warranty was easily transferred to me as the new owner and they have continued to provide excellent service as needed. Overall I've had no problems with the work at all and my basement has continued to stay dry, but they gladly came out and gave me a review of system that was installed, how it worked, what my warranty covered, and what to keep an eye on for long term maintenance. I've had a few small cracks that have formed since install they filled for free under my warranty as a precaution as well.

Everdry is an awesome business and I have no regrets purchasing their services. The team was very professional, very timely, and were never bothered by my questions about the process or progress. When they say lifetime warranty they mean it! The initial job removed 99% of the problems I was having and even post heavy rains when I discovered smaller issues that couldn't be noticed until the next rain (post install) they did a great and very timely job of coming back out to finalize our basement waterproofing. They went above and beyond even on helping point out issues that were not required of them to do so and even helped me personally with those as well! I am a lifetime customer for my current property and any future properties where I need their services!

I ignored my wet basement far too long. Everdry was so professional and easy to dea, with. 5 years and a BONE DRY basement! Customer service is top notch too.

We had water that seeped in our basement when it rained, and there was a crack in the foundation. They fixed the crack and installed their system. We were still getting water in the basement after a very hard and windy rain. I called them, and they sent a crew out and assessed the issue and fixed it. We haven't had any water in the basement since. Every time I have had to call Everdry, they are always quick to get me on the schedule for service. They have stood behind their warranty when we have had issues.

To be honest we had been disappointed in our Multi-Step system for several years until new leadership stepped in and resolved the chronic issues that developed from the original installation. A change of leadership has really turned things around and we are currently pleased with the fixes and the lifetime warranty has been invaluable. I will update this review as needed or if things change! Five stars for our updated experience.

Everydry installed my waterproofing basement, sump and airflow system about 3 years ago now and I'm still happy with the results. I'm no longer concerned when there is a big rain if the horizontal crack will be leaking or if any other water damage is looming.

Ever dry, came out and removed, standing water, mold, jackhammered the basement floor and put in a system to take the water away from our basement. We have the lifetime warranty and they have come out two times to fix, repair and update since they put it in a few years ago. I highly recommend them!

Seven years ago, the basement of our 100-year-old log cabin home was showing signs of water damage that threatened the integrity and stability of the walls and floor. An EVERDRY WATERPROOFING representative evaluated the problems and developed a plan for repair and reinforcement of our basement. We are grateful for EVERDRY'S efficient, effective and professional work to restore our basement structure. EVERDRY clearly stands behind their work! When we have needed maintenance, we received a prompt response to evaluate the problem and correct it. Our annual renewal of the Service Agreement gives us peace of mind, knowing our cabin is secure for another 100 years.

We had the “multi-step system” installed four years ago after having a section of our basement flood. This included both interior and exterior systems to be installed. We also had the E-Z Breathe ventilation system installed. In the four years since the installation we’ve had no issues. We’ve had some slight cracking in the replaced concrete floor, but nothing major; mostly hairline cracks. The installation team was great. They were quick but efficient and cleaned everything up when they were done. The peace of mind we now have every time it rains is worth every penny we spent.

We were having a problem with ground water getting in under the slab that our house sits on. They installed drainage pipes and dug a gravel pit for the water to go into. They also installed a sump pump at the low spot in our garage.
