They were great at waterproofing my basement

It's been almost a year since Everdry waterproofed our basement. The team who did our basement was fast, efficient, clean, and respectful and communicated every step of the way. Our basement is still dry and everything has been great!

Like many other homeowners with basements, I had issues with water seepage into my bsmt after moderate-heavy periods of rain. Wanting to renovate my bsmt into a livable retreat for family movie/game nights I contacted EverDry (and a couple other companies) to evaluate my bsmt problems and provide a solution. An EverDry professional thoroughly evaluated both the interior and exterior foundation walls and the exterior surroundings of the bsmt then presented me with several options for the project. In 2018 I hired EverDry choosing to go with the multi-step system option. The multi-step system addresses treatment to BOTH the exterior foundation walls, drainage from them as well as treatment to the interior walls and the install of a sub floor drainage system. In addition, they install a smart power backup and an EZ Breathe ventilation system. The EZ Breathe ventilation system is one of the most innovative, ultra quiet systems on the market. It lowers the humidity throughout the bsmt and eliminates any musty odors. The EverDry staff has been very professional, quick to respond to any questions, and address any concerns I have had over the years. And yes, the basement renovation did get completed and has been a wonderful space to retreat to. :)

We had basement foundation fixed several years ago and they did an excellent job. We’ve still use still use their warranty services and they do great work each time.

I had Everdry install drains in my basement about 2-3 years ago. The initial process took about 3 days to complete, but the workers were very respectful with my personal property since they had to enter my bedroom to get to the basement. Everything was covered in plastic that couldn’t be moved to avoid getting dust everywhere. When they were all done, they made sure to clean up after themselves. The foreman even asked for a broom to clean up some dirt on the floor. I’ve had a couple problems since then, but they are very quick to respond, and everything has been covered under the lifetime warranty.

We had an Everdry system installed in Spring of 2015. It took a few months before they could get the system where it needed to be to rid us of all water leaks—but they continued to come back and make changes until it was completed with no further issues. We have not had any further water issues since Fall of 2015. 9 years Everdry!!!

Our home was built in 1890 and made the access to our basement outside of our home. When we moved in there flooding in the basement whenever it would rain. We reached out to Everdry who explained the whole process of waterproofing our basement and making sure it wouldn't flood anymore. So far we have never had any issues! Very knowledgeable on whatever you may have questions on. Would recommend to anyone!

Everdry Waterproofing of Greater Indiana came out and installed a system in my basement approximately 3 years ago. I was skeptical about how well that it would work because I had tried other failed remedies in the past but nothing quite this extensive. I have been very pleased with the results after the installation and can say that I have had no water in my basement for the last 3 years. Before that my basement had been wet for more years than I can even remember. I would highly recommend Everdry to anyone who is wanting to have a dry basement and actually utilize their basement. Before we had the system installed our basement was a wet, moldy dungeon. Now we have a poker room, living room with tv and couches, ping pong room, and workoutroom/office down there! Best investment made to this old house in a long time. My husband has by far less sinus issues since getting rid of the mold in the basement. Warranty is fabulous too. They definitely come back and do more work as things shift around with old houses.

We had basement waterproofing done about 2 years ago. The job was hard and took a lot of effort (tough basement), but it was done very professionally. The crew was fantastic and they explained everything they were doing along the way. The result was neat and just plain well done. After almost 2 years, we've had no problems at all! We live in an area with high water table and our new sump pump runs all the time in the spring. But thankfully, no problems. Great work, a happy customer.

A Five-Star rating. Had outside & inside drains installed with a permanent sump pump with battery and Easy-Breath dehumidifer installed as well. Professional, competent and clean technicians... Have had numerous follow up visits to check on all systems installed.

Job was really dusty in the basement. More than I expected. They did a good job and seemed efficient. One year later I had more evervescence in areas. They accessed the problem and fixed it.

I had Everdry waterproof my basement during a recent home renovation in the summer of 2023. The process was very seamless from start to finish! The crew explained everything along the way and did a very professional job. After the project concluded, I did notice some slight damage to one part of my exterior siding, and the lead person quickly responded and a had a reimbursement check mailed to me to get it fixed by my contractor. I had a very positive experience with this company!
