+ -1 moreIt went great! Jeremy came out and gave me all the information I needed to get started. I was excited to start the process. I had a lot of questions. Jeremy was able to answer them all. Jeremy also explained to me what was going to happen in the process. He was very detailed about all that was going to happen. The crew was very helpful and hardworking. I appreciated the crew’s manners in my home. They cleaned up after themselves with every step. On the last day, the crew’s manager took me through the basement and explained everything in detail to me. I am so excited to turn my basement into a play room for my son. If you need any waterproofing done to your basement. I strongly recommend Everdry to do it. It is worth every penny.

+ 0 moreI was given a free foundation inspection where the young man (Robert) went into detail what was wrong with my basement. I had extreme water damage and there were cracks in my foundation. When it would rain, the water would come in from the cracks, which was making my basement moist and gave it that musty smell. Robert walked me through all the steps and went into detail about what would be taking place each day and in the order it would happen. He was very helpful and ever lowered the cost for me. The crew was very polite and pleasant when they were at my home. They were very informative throughout the whole process. I truly appreciate the work they did and how pleasant they were to be around. They fixed the problems and my basement now has no moisture and also no musty odor. I am not embarrassed to bring my family down stairs and watch movies. Thanks Everdry! You really did an amazing job and I would strongly recommend them to my family and friends.
Description of Work: My basement had a horrible odor to it. My washer and Dryer was down stairs and my clothes started smelling like the odor that was coming from my basement. We used to love watching TV down there, but the smell was so bad, we could not be down there long. I also stored a lot of my boxes and totes down there. I realized my boxes were becoming very brittle and soft to the touch. I knew i must have some issues going on with my basement, i just did not know what the issue was.
