It was a very good job.

The experience was fine. I would say to Angie's List members that they definitely are somebody they should use. We had an excellent experience.

The experience was great. We know a lot of people they have sold homes for. They are great to work with. They are really hard workers who are very well connected. It cost the regular realtor fee.

It was an okay experience and was almost 3-1/2 years ago. They were good.

Because we were working with a specific realtor I don't know if there were any dislikes. They had very good communication as far as keeping us informed of what was going on with the sale of our old house and things like that. The realtor got a standard percentage of commission. I can't think of anything negative about them.

My husband took care of everything so I don't know anything about their price. I did not meet personally with them. I met with a member of their team and she was very helpful and always available. She went out of the way to find us what we were looking for. The work they did turned out good; we are still in the house. The lender they recommended was awful, but they were good.

They were great. We were relocating.

It went really well. We did our part by making sure our house was cleaned, organized, well staged and ready for showings. The Keller Williams team made sure that all marketing things were taken care of and all the process through negotiations went well. Our house sold in 20 days! The Evelo Team are Dave Ramsey ELP's. This was why we searched them out and interviewed them and we were not disappointed. They also sold a house in our neighborhood about a year earlier and that house also sold very fast. We would highly recommend this team to everyone we know and we would use them again when we are looking to buy or sell.

We had just started our home search, driving around looking at different houses for sale and picking up flyers. One flyer gave a phone number for more information. We called and listened to the automated message about the details of the home, pricing, etc. The next day, Justin called me, saying he saw that we had called about the house and wanted to touch base with us. I wasn't in a hurry to give him much information since we had just started looking and we hadn't chosen a real-estate agent yet. However, Justin won me over immediately! He asked where we were looking to purchase, approximately how much we wanted to spend, what details we wanted in a home and said he would compile a list for us and email it to me. He was friendly and helpful without being pushy at all. Within the hour, we had a full list of all the houses in the area we wanted, in the price range we wanted and with the details we wanted, complete with specifications, addresses and pictures. I knew then that this was the agent for us! We looked through the list and contacted Justin and were seeing houses within the week. Throughout the entire process, Justin was friendly, open and honest about the houses we saw and truly seemed like he was out for our best interest. He explained every step to us, from day 1 through closing. He was always there to answer questions or take our phone calls. I was impressed by how available he made himself. Justin always gave us his honest opinion, which we needed since we were first time home-buyers. I felt like he always steered us in the right direction and had our best interest in mind. I know that the next time we buy/sell a house that we will absolutely have Justin as our real-estate agent.

I would say that they’re definitely very responsive and I was able to call them as we did repairs on the house. You get a feedback over the email which is extremely helpful after people go through your house. So we were able to kind of make repairs and work with them to let them know as things were completed so that they could update everything we were doing.
