We worked with Meg Hall when we sold our home. She was wonderful at helping us stage our home. Her ideas opened up the rooms and she had an eye for using items we had, but in different rooms. We appreciated that she did not encourage us to spend lots of money updating before listing, but still made the house show well. Our house sold the first day, and this was before that was common. Meg made sure we understood the findings of the inspection report and advised us on negotiating the deal. Meg has a wonderful personality and was great to work with!

We were so thankful to work with Bob Woerner & the Evelo team when we purchased our first home in 2015. The market was hot and Bob was making sure we were getting into every home we wanted to see and he was sending us links to homes within minutes of them listing. If I could rate Victoria Getman and the Evelo Team higher than an "A" I would. I firmly believe that if you are not using these people to buy or sell your home that you are doing yourself a huge disservice. There are so many moving parts when you buy or sell a house and I can't thank Vicki enough for guiding us each step of the way. Our purchase was a little unique in that the listing agent and seller made several mistakes along the way (big mistakes so bad we almost retracted our offer) and Vicki was on top of everyone to find resolutions and expedite the process all while easing our minds. This is a group of professionals without being stuffy, they are a class act and we felt as thought we were in the MOST capable hands the whole time. I really cannot say enough wonderful things and though we are in our forever home now, if I ever needed real estate services again, I would hire them without hesitation.

Bob in particular and the Evelo Team in general were absolutely fantastic! My family moved from out of state, so we knew nothing about Indianapolis. Bob's knowledge of the area was invaluable. He was professional and incredibly personable from the first time he picked us up at our hotel. We found our house in one weekend and were able to move to Indianapolis on our closing day! We will use him when we are ready to sell and would recommend him wholeheartedly.

Very helpful, professional realtors. They worked with the seller to get us the property we wanted and in the process saved us a few thousand dollars.

The real estate experience was excellent. They had good communication and they got it sold pretty fast too, which is always a help. They seemed very knowledgeable so I would use them again. Their price was about 7-percent commission so it was as good as what is in the marketplace.

They are great. I used them three years ago. It is not near as difficult being a realtor helping someone buy a house as it is to sell one so we don't have that side of experience, but he was great. The thing that we appreciated about him is that he tries to steer us toward what he thinks will be good for us. He gives us honest information. Especially when we don't know an area very well we have to rely on our realtor. The quality of service was good and he was paid the standard commission. We have had a couple of questions since then about a couple of different properties and we have called him. He answered our questions.

The experience was fine. I would say to Angie's List members that they definitely are somebody they should use. We had an excellent experience.

The experience was great. We know a lot of people they have sold homes for. They are great to work with. They are really hard workers who are very well connected. It cost the regular realtor fee.
