Efficient Systems-Heat|Cool|Electrical|Plumbing

After one man working for 5 hours and two men working another 4 hours we did not have lights. It was suggested that they return in 2weeks, do extensive updates and we would have lights. I will say we were not charged for the second visit. Today an electrician from another company came out and found and fixed the problem in about an hour. It was a burnt receptacle in the upstairs.

They have been very consistent over the last couple years. I would use them again.

Arrived on time and did the work in a timely fashion.

On time as scheduled. Knew exactly what was needed for my faucet replacement.

They didn't actually do any work. It was something that we financially couldn't handle at the time. I ended up taking care of the problem myself by cleaning. The reason the estimate was so high, was because of the labor hours of cleaning it. So I ended up cleaning it myself. I was glad we didn't have to use them. I don't think they were unreasonable. They did work with me. I had a part that the technician agreed with me that had failed. Because of the technician and them coming out, I did realize the part was still under warranty. They assisted me with getting the authorization of getting the part. I didn't use them, but they were helpful. They don't remember if they charged me. If they did, it would have been about forty dollars. I honestly don't remember. They arrived promptly. Even though I didn't have them do any work, they were helpful in other means. Their assistance I should say.

He did a good job but he forgot to secure the trap door to the crawl space. I would use them again as their price was reasonable.

Emailed and set an appointment, and Dustin H came out to the home the next day, to work on our garage heater. He troubleshooted what could be wrong. He found out that the installers of the garage heater, hooked up the wires incorrectly. I was charged a service charge and labor costs. We've used this company in the past, and really like how they treat their customers. They don't seem to be the high pressure salespeople that other Heating and Cooling Companies are, that we've encountered. In using this company in the past, and seeing their reviews, Dustin brought it up to me that they also do plumbing and electrical. I had no idea. We have some electrical work that needs to be done, and I plan to contact them in the future for a quote. If their electricians are anything like the Heating and Cooling Technicians, I'll lean towards using them!

There were problems outside of the furnace checkup and may still be having some problems. There may have been some bait and switch there but I still have some unresolved problems.

Initial project went well. After 30 days or so, the humidifier didn't seem to be working, and they were accomodating in sending some one out to check and modify the installation.

Fast and easy; circuit was wired strange originally. Been fine since he rerouted it.

That one went great. I bought the big deal because I could hear a water leak in my house. I didn't know where it was; couldn't see it. They were prompt and they came out and did the service, gave me a very fair price for repairing the leak, and just did a really good overall job.

It didn't. After 2 emails (4/14 and 4/17) and a phone call to verify that the emails were received I still have not heard from anyone to set up an appointment. I was assured by the receptionist that she would forward the email to the correct person but still nothing. If this company does not want the job or is to busy to take on the job that is fine. However, common courtesy and professionalism would suggest a communication to that effect.

I contacted E.S. through Angie's List. I was quickly contacted, and arranged a date and time for tune up to take place. Rickey was our technician who came out to our home. We've used Efficient Systems in the past, and they are very trustworthy, as well as Rickey. Rickey knows his stuff, and is very thorough on his work. He is a very friendly guy, who takes pride in his work. He also wears boot protectors, to walk through the house, which is appreciated. He was here for an hour or so, sent me an electronic summary of the work performed, and made sure I understood everything on the sheet. I will continue to use Efficient Systems, and hope Rickey continues to work for them, as he does great work.

The men were pleasant to be around, good workers, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful. I would hire again. Took steps to be as clean as possible.

They turned out good. They fixed the problem. I had the coupon for a discount so the price was extra good. It still works. They were a little late, nothing major. The cost is for the service call and replacement part because I had a good discount on the service call.

Sean came and fixed the issue quickly. He was very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend and will use again.

The electrician was honest; we did not need electrical work.

I ordered Groupon to replace outside spicket. I scheduled appointment waited two weeks or more they came out and said they could not honor the Groupon because there was additional work that needs to be done. I don't necessarily feel like the extra work needed to be done so I cancelled second appointment.

Went great! Couldn't be there for when they did the install, but they did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. I didn't tell them I work for Angies's List until after job was completed in order to see how they handled themselves. Was very impressed from the office staff down to the communication from the tech and the owner.

The technician was very polite. Did a thorough job. He wasn't able to find a replacement ultra violet lamp that went out. Sent a thorough report afterwards that I liked. Great job.

Really excellent! Super knowledgeable, practical, and willing to answer questions. High quality/attention to detail work. And received estimates immediately. I have already scheduled additional work.

Not what I thought it would cover, but still worked out.

The technician was ahead of schedule, friendly, courteous and personable. He quickly diagnosed the problem, resolved it and he answered all my questions during the process. I would recommend again

That was a good experience. Very knowledgeable person. Basically, my system is all running good. That guy was awesome. He was prompt, very knowledgeable in the heating system. It took about 30 minutes. The area was left clean.
