I had service with them and I had them come and do a quote. As far as the tune up, it went great.

Rob did a twenty-something thorough checklist inspection of both the furnace and AC unit as well as tuning up and cleaning parts of each. He also replaced a motor capacitor. Rob informed me that the furnace blower was likely on its last leg, being 13 years old, and quoted me on repairs as well as suggested making an appointment with their comfort specialist for a quote on a replacement. He was informative and honest, but not pushy about suggesting replacement since the repairs would most likely continue because of its age and wear and tear. I am currently reviewing quotes for replacement from Efficient Systems as well other companies.

Very good. The technicians were friendly, professional and showed consideration and concern for the state/cleanliness of their work space and our home. I was given a one hour range of when to expect the technicians and they arrived within, but at the end of that range. Still very good considering most service companies I've worked with prior wanted from 2-4 hour window and still arrive at the end of that window of time.

We had a heat pump tuneup. The technician told us that our unit was operating up to specs and that we would not need any extra services. No hard sell. The technician answered all of our questions it was very professional. I would hire them again.

I would definitely use them again. They unit that I moved in two years ago, needed a lot of electrical work done. They did it their price was reasonable. He did a wonderful job he came back and finished that, and I requested him for this light fixture.

They did the job as promised and told me the different options. They told me the cost to check for leaks and all that stuff.

Efficient Systems was honestly fantastic. The entire team, and Sean Smith in particular, consistently went above and beyond every time they were out to our house. We have a very old house, so we appreciated how thorough they were in checking over our HVAC system, and Sean even brought out a flow hood to measure the airflow of our various registers and intakes. We ended up replacing our A/C and heater, at what we felt was a reasonable price, and have been much more comfortable since. Additionally, they helped finish up some work that a previous (and much worse) contractor never completed, and made sure all of the work was properly permitted. They will definitely be our go-to company now for any HVAC, electrical, or plumbing work that we encounter. Thanks Sean and team!

I purchased a coupon to have regular maintenance on my AC, which is a rental property (clean coils/ filters/ measure efficiency). When purchasing one of these deals I already expected for them to find something wrong.... As an experienced landlord and businessman, I understand that the sole reason for companies to offer deals such as these, is in the hopes that it will foster a relation that leads to more business down the road. However.... not only did the technician explain that my AC was running low on coolant, he went as far as to tell me that the coolant was SO low that there is no way it could possibly keeping my condo cool. I thought this was a little suspect, being that not only had my tenants had NEVER made a complaint, it was difficult to even get them to communicate with the contractor to schedule a time for the maintenance. (They didn't want to be bothered by something they didn't feel was important). So naturally, I explained that I had a hard time believing this was as big of a deal as he thought, and elected to wait until my tenants noticed a problem before I spent $1200 on 6 lbs of coolant, and a test kit to find a leak, and likely another $1500 for what would have led them to find that I needed a new evaporator coil. What a surprised that NEXT WEEK...... my AC is no longer keeping the condo cool. Obviously, I called another contractor to assess the problem. When the new contractor arrived, he found that the coolant caps were left OFF and laying on the ground!!!!! He refilled 2 lbs of coolant, which cost me $300 dollars, and my AC is back up and running fine. I feel that Efficient Systems should reimburse me for this expense. Thank You.

I had them come out for maintenance for HVAC and I also needed electrical work. He came and wasn't prepared to do anything. He didn't wash the unit and I paid $178.00 and I feel like I did not get anything. He wrote up a lot of technical information on the report but there isn't any diagnosis or specifics on the report. He compromised my thermostat and it was working fine before he came and now it will not turn off and once it reaches the temperature that I have set it will continue to run.

Everything went smoothly. The price was very reasonable, a previous quote from a different company was twice my final cost. I did need to have a few feet of pipe replaced as part of the service, which added more to the final price than I would have expected ($350), but plumbing is expensive and it still ended up being less expensive than my prior quote from another company. I'd recommend the deal to anyone needing a water heater.

It went very well. The first appointment he became ill and contacted me but when we rescheduled he was on time and he did very good.

The estimate was fine. The man was great. He knew what he was talking about. He was fine. It was between the time he did the estimate and the time who had the work done he left the company. I was left then to deal with someone who didn't have first-hand knowledge of what he was going to be doing. It needed two people, but they only sent one. He worked very hard at it and got it done; it was distressing. It required pulling the line from one end do of the house to the other. It was more complicated than the average, it wasn't one of those simple things. That was a free estimate. He was good, he knew what he was talking about. He came promptly, and he was sent on time.

The inspection went very well. I was glad to have it done.

Great communication, professional, and performed the requested work. Rob let me know that there was a small amperage issue, he easily explained what it was and that it wasn't a necessary fix at this time. He did provide a reasonable quote for the work if I chose to proceed. I was so pleased with the work they did that I hired them again to fix a poor ground I had on an exterior outlet. Same great communication, timeliness, and professionalism. It turned out to be just some corrosion on the ground. Rickey fixed it quickly and also checked a GFCI outlet that I had replaced. He only charged the $75 service charge for the visit. I would highly recommend them for any and all work you need completed. They are efficient and fair. Thanks!

I will actually be calling them to do another job for me. I had Rick look at it while he was there and He would have done it that day but he didn't have the right part on hand. But I'm happy to have them come back!

Efficient Systems (Sean) provided the best experience with a contractor we have had since buying our home 12 years ago. They were knowledgeable, efficient, punctual, clean, and fairly priced. Sean consulted with us on multiple aspects of the plumbing in our home and took the time to help us make the right decisions. He didn't over sell. When the project was done he educated us on the system. I will use them again and recommend them to friends.

They were prompt, efficient and did what they said they would do. They were nice.

A fella came out. He had a nice truck and had all of the equipment. He tested everything and came in the house, checked everything and did a great job.He counseled me on using the AC, that I was a half a pound low on coolant and said that everything was in good shape.He slapped a sticker on the furnace, and they sent me a written report.I'm on their email list, and they send me updates.I have not hired them back, but I would, if I felt there was a problem, I'd hire them back.

The service call went very good. Rob is very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He was accompanied by Andrew who was in training. They were late for the appointment because the client before my appointment had a problem. Heather in the office did call on a number of occasions to keep me updated on their progress and to give me an option of rescheduling if I didn't want to wait. Everyone was very nice to deal with. We really like that we get a report on the central air conditioner and how it is operating.

The provider just replaced the flapper. He flushed the toliet a couple of times and told me to use CLR in the tank. He said the neighborhood water pressure mght not be sufficient to allow the toliet to flush correctly. THEN HE LEFT.

I messaged them on Sunday. Within a few hours received call and set up appointment. He arrived a little earlier than scheduled which was great. He sent me the estimates right away. I called received the office. She was friendly and answered all my questions. She called me a few minutes saying they had cancellation and can do it right away. They estimated what time he would be there was a little early. He put in the hot water and it works great. This was a great experience considering we had flooding.

I use them every year, they do a good job. They are hard to get in contact with if you don't buy a coupon from Angie's List.
