Efficient Systems was founded in 1993 to provide energy efficient lighting solutions to commercial customers. Over the years, the business has grown to include heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical and plumbing for residential and commercial customers; always with an emphasis on energy efficiency. We're proud to service residential, commercial, and industrial equipment throughout the Indianapolis metro area. We have investigated your call and have put together an action plan so that we can do better next time. Here's what I found after reviewing your purchase. You purchased the "Big Deal" online on January 29th with some requested dates listed. We immediately replied back on the 29th with a confirmed date and time along with a request for your phone number. (This process is what we do for all of our online purchases.) We never received a reply back from you. After getting with Angie's List to find out why your number wasn't listed they informed us of another way to get your number. We have informed our team members and will implement this new procedure so that we can call people when we don't get a reply back.
