Description of Work: I purchased a Whole-House Electrical Inspection, and they went through very efficiently and pointed out items to be fixed. They answered my questions I had, and were not pushy on selling other services.

Description of Work: I purchased a "toilet tune-up" from the Big Deal on Angie's list. It turned out that what my toilet needed was not a "tune-up" and the cost would be $150. They did check all my toilets for leaks, etc. and tightened the tanks to the bowls. Everything they did was great but the estimated cost for the replacement of a fill valve seemed high to me. I did not have that repair done.

Description of Work: I have no complaints. Mr Ryan was very helpful, he explained and checked and replaced toilet fill valve in both bathrooms.I will use this for my future plumbing needs.I wasn'charged any money for this service call. only the purchase from angie's list's.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal air conditioner/furnace check. Meanwhile developed a problem with the air conditioner control that the repairman immediately diagnosed and fixed. He was professional and quickly found and repaired the problem.

He also took pix of things like water heater, kitchen faucet, etc., so if I called them for service in the future they could arrive with correct materials. After I bought the Big Deal the appt was scheduled quickly. I knew my toilet needed some work and I felt the cost was reasonable. Marty did a good job of resetting the toilet that another Angie's List A rated companies reset about 10 or 11 months ago. I am not happy that it had to be done again so soon but I think it was done right this time!!!

I appreciated the serviceman telling me that we needed to make sure that the fan was off before using bath powder in that room. He said that the old fan was covered in bath powder. Description of Work: Toilet tune up and replaced flapper. It runs like new. The handle needed to be replaced as well and the technician didn't even charge me for that. Great job for a great value.
