Description of Work: I purchased a heating system check. The employee arrived with 40 minutes of the scheduled time. He did not call ahead to say he was on his way. I was getting ready to call when he arrived. He said everything was working fine and looked good. A few days later, the system did not work. I had temperatures of about 80. I had to turn the system off. The employee did not leave me a written copy of the work done. I requested one later and was told they would send it, but they did not.

Description of Work: Furnance inspection. Watched the entire time and I was very impressed with how through the inspection was. Great deal! My man who worked on my furnace was great!

Description of Work: We bought an Angie's list tune up furnace inspection special. First technician didn't know how to use our thermostat. Second technician that came a few days later did understand our programmable thermostat. He was very good. However, we were charged for the second service call. I don't feel that we should have been charged because the first technician couldn't complete the job due to his lack of knowledge.

Description of Work: Serviced 2 toilets (for a nominal charge above the 1 I prepaid for). 1 of them was still 'running' after he left. He came back the next day at no additional charge and supposedly fixed it, but now a month later, it has started intermittently running again.

Description of Work: The Technician arrived on time and provided excelelnt service. He also gave me some added info on how to best take care of my heating unit.

Description of Work: We purchased the Big Deal for electrical review of our home. He addressed all of our concerns. We then asked for an electrical whole house suppressor. Cost was OK. Very nice young man, not pushy at all.

Description of Work: I bought the furnace inspection on The Big Deal for 39. They checked out all components, cleaned it and tuned it up a bit. They had to replace a small part (90). He gave me some good tips for helping extend the life of my furnace, which was very welcome advice! My furnace now lights faster and runs more quietly--very happy with the service. They were also prompt, polite, clean and quick. Definitely would use them again.
