Earnest did an amazing job. Contacted me quickly after submitting my request, came out same day given my issue even though he was fully booked for that day. Got there well after he should have stopped for the day. Diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. Came out the day he received the part, again late in the day given the delivery delay. My last appliance repair person retired and I now have a new one. Earnest is great and will definitely use him again.
