The technician arrived on time and had my oven back in service within and hour.

i requested what we thought was a simple task of running lines to install and move washer and dryer from basement to upstairs. ran into unforeseen plumbing issues and drain clog. Earnest took care of this major road block efficiently and I no longer have the problem and my appliances have been relocated in my kitchen.

I paid 490+ for services for my washer that was leaking and was told I needed a Drain pump; the refrigerator needed a filter, and the freezer was told I needed a thermostat, and the only thing working is a 70 filter install. My washer is still leaking, and the thermostat was never installed. I was told I needed a thermoset in the freezer in the estimate, and during the installation, I was told he could put it in because the wall outlet didn't work. He also said he gave me a $40 credit, and the price of the thermostat was $70. What about my other $30? WTF? He took nothing off for the installation price. My washer isn't working, and I still can't wash it, so I request a refund. Do we need to agree on that amount? Please see the attachments for your consideration. I have been calling and texting to no avail. My next step is Angi's list. I tried to upload the invoices for review to no avail as well. TERRIBLE service. The representative was friendly, but the service was something else.

Earnest set up an appointment and promised to give a quote before they can repair the dishwasher. He stayed 10-15 mins. and was told to pay $288 for the project itself. I told them that I can pay that but it will be for another date and time. He then told me I need to pay $117 for a service fee that I wasn't aware of. It's for service fee for coming out for an hour, it was not mentioned before the appointment was confirmed. Even on the phone, they hung up on me saying threatening messages like calling Angi's List and to put a lien on our home.

Was on time fixed the dryer would hire again

Very professional and knowledgeable. Did a thorough diagnosis and ordered the appropriate part and ordered and installed it as soon as it came in. I was impressed with his professionalism at such a young age! I will be calling him again when the need arises.

This was a dishwasher remove and reinstall. Went above and beyond at the reinstall. He identified a water leak, notified me, and took corrective action. Slight increase to the cost - parts and labor - but the most important aspect is the integrity of his work!

Earnest did great work. Was here yesterday for a quote after initially contacting yesterday. Work was done professionally, promptly and they will definitely be my go to company for appliance maintenance and replacement.

Earnest came out quickly to assess the repair needed on our Samsung Front loader washer and dryer. We did have Earnest repair our dryer and itâ s working great.

I hired this company to repair a dryer that was not completing cycles and repair an ice maker. It took 2-3 trips/attempts to complete each repair; each time they thought the repair was complete but there continued to be issues. They repaired the ice maker less than a month ago and it is already not working again. I have called both their office and technician several times to come back out and they are not returning my calls, presumably because I have already paid them for the service.

Do not trust this company they are scammers. All of the 5 start reviews are fake.

Would NOT recommend end this company. They donâ t respond. They arenâ t knowledgeable. Customer service is TERRIBLE.

We hired Earnest LLC thru Angi list. Was very responsive came out on 10/22 looked at washer said we need 2 control boards. Quotes us a price and he collected 1/2 the invoice. Said it would be 1-3 days for the parts to come in. Called him10/25 and were told parts be in by Monday 10/28. He finally called 10/29 and did parts were here. Set up appointment, he never showed up after I took off work to meet him. Go a new appointment notification sent to me at 11:45pm for a new appt at 12:15 on 10/30. Again a no show. Voicemail is always full and does not respond to texts.

I paid half the cost up front to pay for the for the part ( boot). I paid the rest after he installed the part. After he left, I noticed that the door to the washing machine did not fit properly. I sent him a text on 10/1 and received no response. I sent him an email on 10/2 and received no response. I left a voice request on his phone on 10/3 and received no response.
