This was my first BIG DEAL purchase. Within the first day of purchase, the contractor contacted me. I gave them my location and contact information. They mentioned during this time of year, they could be scheduled out a week to ten days for leaf removal (which was fine with me as I mentioned I have a lot of "neighboring" leaves that seem to continue to fall for quite some time, so for even two or three weeks leaves could still be falling.) Dynamic Landscapes came out mid last week (a little over three weeks from the time I booked the BIG DEAL) and the property was clean of leaves when my wife got home that evening. I thought the BIG DEAL was exceptional .. but it would have been a good service and I would have been happy at the regular price (I have tried to do the leaves myself in the past, but for the last several years it has been very difficult with work and other scheduling/time issues.)

Went ver well. Good service. The crew forgot to do bushes and gutters, but they came back in a timely manner to accomplish this.

I was scheduled promptly, and the team arrived exactly when they said they would. With 3 guys working, they cleaned my yard in under an hour. Fabulous work! Would definitely use them again.

Jack was VERY responsive by email, which I really appreciate. Came in a timely manner, yard looked great! My only frustration was to receive a $60 invoice (I had purchased a $99 Big Deal) in addition to what I had paid for the Big Deal. It seemed like the Big Deal had been framed in a way to seem that was all you would need (especially for a small .19 acre yard like mine). Ended up costing more than I had anticipated, but otherwise was very satisfied with the work.

Other than an unfortunate equipment failure the day before Thanksgiving that resulted in the job not being completed until the following Monday, they performed the service contracted in a punctual manner.

The service was fantastic. I did have a little trouble getting an appointment, but in the end they did a great job.

All the work they did was fine. They man that came out was polite as well. They did go over the 3 hours, but couldn?t have ran over more than an hour. I have a very large front yard and lots of trees. He did mention that they were not sure if they would be able to do it all within the 3 hours. I informed them to go ahead and do what they could do in the 3 hours. They did not do the center of the yard where my animals were. They went ahead an went around the house, but also told them that they didn?t have to do the back yard. My home sits on a bank and also told them they could simply blow some of the leafs down into the bank. It was just over the 3 hours and the man came up and said he was done and almost did it within the 3 hours. So they did go over a little, but not more than an hour and told him I would be willing to pay a little extra. He said if there were any additional charges he would have his manager contact me.I then got an email asking to review them on Angie's List as well as another bill for $835.20 for the additional 16 hours (which apparently was discounted 10% - starting at $928) I found this to be outrageous and refuse to pay it. I emailed them back to discuss the charges and even told them I was willing to pay extra, but not $835.20.

I contacted Jack through the Dynamic Landscapes website. He has anopen chat line and responded to my questions right away. I made payment to Angies via the Big Deal link. We scheduled a appt. We had a couple delays due to rain delays and his busy schedule. But when the guys showed up. They really did a fantasic job. I was very impressed. Thank You to Jack and his crew. Great workers!!!

The work was fine. They were here when they said they were going to be. They did what they said they were going to do. They were not here for the whole three hours. I just received an bill from them for an extra $59.00. They did not tell me there was going to be an extra fee before they started or after they finished.

Once I paid for my purchase I received an e mail from the company stating that they would be out either by the end of the current week or early the following week. Because we kept getting pushed back on the schedule and we didn't want our leaves to blow on our CLEAN neighbors yard we raked the leaves in 4 large bundles to make it easy for them to pick them up. I also received this e mail from the company: Dynamic Customer, Unfortunately we have fallen a couple days behind our leaf removal list. The crews are working and may still get to you today or Saturday. Dynamic Landscapes crew will be at your property early next week, before Thanksgiving. I am sorry for delays and setbacks this has caused at your home. This season we picked up a lot of customers in which we do not know scope of work until we arrive on site. Thus, it has been difficult to accurately predict how much work we can do in a given day. When we do get to your property will do a good job to your specifications. I thank you for your patience. And again, we will get there as soon as we can. Jack Vannice Dynamic Landscapes, LLC Cell Phone: 317-205-6126 When they did come on 11/19/2012 they left leaves all over the yard, and what upset me the most was they blew leaves all over my car and the force of the air machine used blew the leaves INSIDE the car. I don't want them to come back. I don't want a call from them I want a FULL refund for the MESS that they made. I can make a mess of my own place for FREE and will NOT pay for shoddy work by this or any service provider. What happened was that they sold all of these deals and they were overwhelmed with business. Thus they rushed from property to property. They will not rush at our property. I will be awaiting a full $99.00 refund. Period.

The did great at providing email update. Did a very thorough job at cleaning the year of all debris. I plan to use this service annually.

We obviously had a communications breakdown...After placing my order I did not hear from the Vendor for 3 weeks. But once we made contact they did an excellent job...They exceeded my expectations...I would use this company again... Update: A day or so after singing their praises .... I received a big shock....an Invoice for 4.5 additional hours. This additional time and expense I was not made aware of nor did I authorized. My attempts to contact the Vendor to discuss the matter have been ignored. The work was done so I will pay the additional $260, but its the last dime Dynamic Landscapes will ever see from this unhappy homeowner. A $99 deal turned into a $359 bill.....

Excellent work! They arrived when they said they would, and 3 hours later my lawn and driveway were as neat and tidy as they were in spring of the year. This was a TERRIFIC Angie's List deal -- worth every penny. And if Dynamic Landscapes offers a similar deal next year I will be one of the first to sign up. Highly recommended!

The company made quick contact to set up a service date. The employees were professional and did an exceptional job in removing all the leaves in my yard.

I am completely satisfied with the Angie's List Big Deal I purchased from Dynamic Landscapes. I paid $99 for three hours of leaf removal, and the crew did an excellent job. I was not home when the work was done, but they followed the instructions I had e-mailed to them in advance. The work was completed in a timely manner. I would hire them again for leaf removal or other landscape work.

Mr. Vannice was very prompt in returning phone calls and emails and was very courteous and proffesssional. His team performed the work as scheduled and did an excellent job.

The company was recommended to me by a friend. When I called them we set the appointment up and they were out in a timely manner. They were all very friendly and professional. They got right down to business and made my yard look wonderful again. I did have a neighbor ask for their information because of the great job that was done.

I contacted Dynamic Landscape via email and received an immediate response from the project manager. I told him I basically wanted our lawn to look more manicured as we had some overgrown shrubs and flower beds that needed a lot of attention. The manager assured me that his crew would not leave until I was statisfied with the work that was done. Overall the work was done as I asked however my husband was not pleased; But the project manager was willing to do what ever was necessary to make us happy. Great customer service!

Very Well. Dynamic Landscapes does a very good job, and the price was affordable. I was very happy with the service.
