They did reseeding, and not one blade of grass grew. Nothing happened. There was no change whatsoever. I was totally disappointed.

They were very nice to work with. They did a good job.

I think they were proficient with the job they did and I never recall being unhappy with it. They didn't charge me more than the price of the deal.

It was fine. One of my frustrations was I didn’t talk to the person and I wasn’t home when they did the gutter cleaning. I believe they spoke to someone that I had hired to do some yard work and I have a huge house so they did the Big Deal amount and they left. I got a very prompt e-mail from after I purchased it and I was happy. It said that they would come and do the work and I was very pleased with that but it would have been better if I had known when they were coming to be here and we could have talked about all of the gutters because they did the lowers ones which I can do myself. It was the high ones that I was very eager for them to do. The work was fine. I would recommend them but I would say that they need to talk to the people. You need to make sure that you talk to people instead of just sending an e-mail saying that they are coming and all. The price was fine for what they did. They were very prompt but there wasn’t the follow through with communicating. They were very punctual. I think it was not professional.

They never came and never did the service.

Went very well. We have a nearly 1 1/2 acre front/back yard and they did a very good job. Came on time. No hassles. Leaves gone when I got home!

I did not use them because they would not come to Putnam county. They were nice, they just could not come to my county.

It turned out fine. I came home from work and it was done. There’s no mess no anything. It was taken care of. I think the price was reasonable.

Arrived promptly on one of the days I requested. Did the work exactly as I had asked. No issues.

Jack Vannice stated that the aeration and over seeding team would be here on Wednesday or Thursday (9/25 or 9/26 ) to do the job ,and that he would call prior to their arrival; no one came. Jack was called at 0900 on Friday; he stated that the team had completed a job that they never showed up to do.

It went very well, very quickly got it done and our yard did very well!

I have had difficulty scheduling with this company - tried three different ways to reach them. I am seeking a refund from Angie's List.

They provided an initial estimate for about double the square footage of our lawn. I pointed it out, and they reduced it, and to their credit, he said it seemed high. I believe it was just an error made in writing down the numbers, so no big deal. They revised the estimate (but now the cost per sq ft went up from where it was on the original estimate, so the price change wasn't as big as I expected). We were ready to move forward, and I asked one final question before accepting the quote, and have not heard back. My wife followed up as well, still nothing. It is upsetting because they had a good idea for how to help with our back lawn, and the price seemed reasonable. We were ready to move forward, but they just dropped off. Update: 4/7/14- Dynamic appears to have responded to this review, but the response doesn't make sense as nothing they said happened at our house. They never came out and dug anything or put up any fences. We had only done the estimate and they never responded when we wanted to move forward. There was no action taken on our lawn. I imagine they just got us mixed up with someone else.

I ended up paying $200. He only did 1 hour of work but the deal was for 3 hours. I spent money and there was still a lot of leaves on the ground. The price was reasonable but I expected more.

They were pretty prompt with their quote. They were professional and they explained to me a lot of things. I asked them to give me some extra, little intangibles for suggestions for my property. They did over and above the actual damage claim I was seeking.

We had the aeration done first since we were having a watering system installed. We asked that y'all come back to do the overseeding. Your company & employees were very nice & accommodated our schedule just fine

Though we purchased the Angie's List special deal for gutter cleaning in December, due to weather issues in the winter and spring rains, we had to wait unitl June to have the task completed. However, we were pleased with the service provided. The workers were efficient and thorough.
