Dynamic Landscapes

The price was for a Big Deal. Their regular price would be too high for me, and we had communication issues, but their work was satisfactory.

Dynamic Landscapes was very responsive and in getting our service scheduled and showed up when the said they would. Jack's follow up and assurance to us was outstanding and they did a fine job. We surely would use them again.

Went very well. Initially there was a bit of a backlog of those who had ordered the service ahead of me, but they came when they indicated they would, and did a wonderful job.

This was a popular deal and Dynamic Landscapes had lots of yards to do. I thought I had been forgotten, but they were able to get to my house in November. They did a fantastic job! I think they removed leaves that had been there for 2 years! I am veryhappy with their service and will recommend them to others, and use them again for leaf removal and landscape services.

A crew of 5 workers arrived and had all the leaves blown to the front curb in about 30 minutes. Once the vacuum truck arrived, the leaves were vacuumed up and removed in about 15 additional minutes. The crew was fast, efficient, and tidy. They did an excellent job. Angie's Big Deal was $99 for 3 labor-hours of work. The total job took about 45 minutes. Because the crew was 6 workers, that was a total of 4.5 labor hours, so I was invoiced for an additional $88.50 for 1.5 labor hours above the 3 hours of the Big Deal. However, because they couldn't get to my yard in the 3-5 days they had promised (it was more like one week), they gave me a 15% discount off the total. I was a little surprised by the amount of the extra charges and would recommend the additional per-hour rate be stated upfront. But I also had assumed the $99 I'd paid for the Big Deal wouldn't be the total. The time they saved me raking, mulching, and bagging was well worth the cost. I enjoyed working with a truly professional company -- no muss, no fuss, they just took care of the work quickly. I would definitely recommend them.

I bought the big deal for a full-house gutter cleaning. They quickly scheduled us and came out that week. They did a very good job.

Every year we have a massive amount of leaves and it's a pain to figure out what to do with them. You can only compost so much, and bagging is exhausting. When we saw the deal for the vacuum truck, we were really excited because we always wished there was a vacuum truck in our area. They were responsive and accommodating. We weren't ready right away, but when our leaves had been raked, they got us right into the schedule. When they did the actual leave removal, they were so quiet that we didn't realize they'd been here, so we called to check and see when they were coming! DL is a great company and we hope they'll do another deal next year. We're big fans! Definitely recommend!!

They arrived just when they said they would and very quickly had my yard looking spectacular. However, when they moved on to the gutters it was apparent that the ladder they had wasn't tall enough to reach the upper stories. They said they would be back later with a taller ladder. They did come back, but it was about two weeks later and without letting me know anything as to when I could expect them. Fortunately, I was home when they came. They were preparing to just clean the porch gutters which were lower, because they AGAIN, didn't have a ladder tall enough. I informed them that the porch gutters had been cleaned by the first crew and they needn't waste their time. I expected them to come back with proper equipment but I've heard nothing more from anyone and my gutters are still full.

I bought the big deal, emailed for a date and Jack emailed back with a time and date. It was done as promised and he even emailed me back to tell me he did the job (which was nice because I had been out of town)

It took a little while to get everything coordinated via email and phone, but that was more due to the late leaf drop for our trees and the ever-present rain. One day we came home and ALL the leaves were gone. They emailed an invoice for the additional cost (that had already been discussed and approved) at a discounted rate, and let us know when the payment was received. All in all, a favorable experience that saved us a lot of work.

I took advantage of one of Angie's Specials and contracted with Dynamic Landscapes to remove our leaves (blow them to the curb and pick them up). Due to the number of customers who took advantage of the offer, they had lots of business but kept in contact with me so that I'd know they hadn't forgotten about me. They were responsive and did an excellent job. I hope never to have to do my own leaves ever again!

Two young men showed up at my home...there was no call to let me know, but I was at home. They did an excellent job and advised me on some future landscape work (cleanup on the back yard)

We had communication problems from the get go- which created a long delay in receiving the service that I had prepaid Angie's list for in a special deal. I ended up calling Angie's list for follow up which prompted a second email from Dynamic Landscape. Upon checking his prior communication to me was by email and had ended up in my spam box and had been deleted as it came up with an unknown name other than a business name. (Thought it was a viagra ad) :-) After waiting another few weeks the men from Dynamic Landscapes did arrive when scheduled and did an excellent job. I was pleased. I was hoping that I would be home when they were here, however the communication was poor and they were unable to give an approximate time of arrival or a call of confirming a definite date of scheduled work. I believe that in this case that Dynamic Landscape was most probably overwhelmed with the amount of work that they received from Angie's list special deal and unable to handle the work load and scheduling. I would consider calling them again in the futureand be in hopes of better communication.

They did such a good job! They are just phenomenal. I have a lot of big trees and a lot of mulch. It takes me hours, it took them only a little over an hour. They didn't mess up any of my mulch. They are so courteous and so nice. This was the best value for $99 I could have imagined.

timing was a little off for us to meet, but the job was done while i was not there. since it was a special, there was limited time for them to work. but during the time they had, they accomplished a lot of work. during the busy season, you might expect that you cannot always predict how much time the previous jobs will take, so be ready to need to adjust.

I purchased a Big Deal, we corresponded via email and phone, and the work was performed. Jack is a nice guy.

I purchased the leaf removal deal from Angie's List. Our leaves were had not fallen yet, so it was about five weeks before we needed to utilize the services. Due to the volume of business that Dynamic Landscaping received from the deal (and the season) it took two weeks to schedule with them by the time we were ready. I did not mind because we were not in a rush. They were apologetic about the delay. Our yard has never looked better during this time of the year. They did a great job cleaning leaves from our porch, deck and all the mulch beds. We are very happy with their work.

We bought a big deal from Angie's List and they contacted us by email and we arranged time and dates and they came on that day and did a great job.

Company arrived around the time they said they would and cleared all leaves from my front and back yard. They did a good job. This service was offered as a "deal" for 1/2 price. It was well worth it as my yard is very large and very full of leaves.

They were a bit later than initially expected, but they made up for it by doing more work than the Big Deal covered, for a discounted additional price.

The service that they did was fine. The people that were here did a good job. The only concern that I had is that they didn't come when they said they were going to come and I actually wanted to meet them before they started the work because I wanted to get an estimate of how much he thought it would cost and the owner sort of didn't follow through with that. He said that he was going to come within a certain time frame and it was probably a week after that when they came. If I got another coupon I probably would use them again, but if not I wouldn't because I could get the same service probably at a comfortable price.

Dynamic showed up and unleashed a crew team. They all did a terrific job and my yard looks great! I had a lot of leaves from massive trees so their equipment used to suck up the leaves worked smoothly. I would definately use them again.

Dynamic Landscapes' communication wasn't so great. We signed up for the $99 for 3 hours whether it was 3 men for 1 hour or 1 man for 3 hours for leaf removal . They came out and did an estimate and it was going to be higher than the $99. I told him I wanted to try and rake leaves up and blow leaves and try keep it to that $99 fee. Then he sent guys out to our house, but he didn't schedule it with us. The guys just showed up at our house. We sent them away and told them we weren't ready for them yet. They came back again unannounced, but we had blown and raked the leaves in so that it didn't take them long to do the work. Then when I got the bill it was for the higher amount. I emailed him back saying we had some very poor communication. He hadn't returned my phone calls and that we had done extra work prior to him giving me the final estimate and that I hadn't planned on paying the additional too. I haven't heard back from him yea or nay and I won't be happy if he pushes me to pay the higher. When the guys had shown up on that Saturday morning and we sent them away they said if we were to blow things out and rake things up it would take considerably less time. So that is what we did. I am just grateful that when they came back we had done that. I am assuming, we weren't there to see though so I don't know how many guys came and how long they were in my yard, but I feel like there should have been better communication. The estimate definitely would have changed from the time he came and looked at the yard and the time the guys arrived. And for all I know he has talked to the guys and is not going to charge me the additional fee. Then again I haven't heard from him yea or nay. I would give him a B unless he calls me up and charges me the additional for $148 than I will give him an F. Last year we raked leaves every weekend. If we get the $99 fee than it is an absolutely great price. I would consider using them again, unless they come back and charge me the higher rate.
