They did a good job. They didn't leave a mess or anything. They cleaned everything up. They did what they were supposed to do. They were reliable. Their pricing was reasonable.

Dynamic Landscapes came into my back yard and transformed it. They used heavy machinery to remove awful cement coy ponds and a creek. They ripped out a water fall and flattened the earth so we could have a normal backyard. This was an extensive multi-day project and they did what they said they would do. They removed all of the debris in a large truck and trailer. After the back yard was flat again they planted grass and continued to check on the yard until all the yard was covered in green grass. Now no one would be able to tell what a zoo our backyard was when we bought it.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service. I am pretty pleased with their service because there is a lot of grass growing where he did his work. My brother looked at the way he put top soil next to the house and decided the top soil was too high so I had to take it down a level; I had to re-do part of it. But the part that he did is growing grass and I think he did quite a bit of work for the amount of money I gave him; I am not unhappy with that one. I am not sure he knows what kind of seed he used because the first time I asked him what seed he used he told me one brand and then I asked him again at another time and he told me another brand. The reason I asked is because I wanted to buy the grass seed, but was out of town. My yard looks a little funny where he planted the new grass but it may be okay. I thought his pricing was very reasonable. He was nice and tried to please but I am just not sure how much he knows about landscaping. I told him their were some junky plants in my yard that I did not care about and that he did not have to move but there was one Clematis I did care about. I came back from my trip and the junky plants had been re-planted in my front yard and the Clematis was gone. He had not understood my directions. I also wanted him to fill in a hole next to my house that was causing poor drainage with heavy fill dirt. When I came home from my trip and looked, it was filled with pieces of rock and brick; which is exactly the opposite of what I asked him to do. He came back and fixed that. I don't know what times he worked. I sent him several email complaining about this and that and I think that he remained professional in his answers to me.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service and they did a great job. I had to pay an extra $32 over the Big Deal price; that was it. They were awesome and even suggested I get hold of another company, other than their own, because they said there was a dead branch in the middle of my tree. They said I did not have to worry about it right away but I ought to have it removed because it looked like it was rotted out and might hit my house.

I bought the Angie's List deal in December to have my gutters cleaned out. Then it snowed. And rained. And snowed. And rained. Constantly. The company had to keep postponing it due to inclement weather. (which was understandable) But it took four months to get the gutters cleaned and, when they were cleaned, no one told me. So, I thought I was still waiting for them. It took several emails with Mr. Vannice to find out that they had, indeed, according to him, been cleaned. Also, while the gutters may have been cleaned, evidently this did not include downspouts. So, my gutters are still spilling over the top because the downspouts are clogged with leaves or something. I should have asked if downspouts were included but it didn't occur to me that they weren't. Here in Indiana, we all know how tenuous the weather can be. The processof getting this done was not painful and the price was reasonable, but I did feel like I was a "back burner" client. Four months to come out and clean gutters. And they still overflow due to the downspouts. I'm a little disappointed but I guess you get what you pay for.

I rounded up all the leaves so all that Dynamic needed to do was vacuum up the piles. They arrived on the first really cold wet and windy day of the winter season with six or seven guys. Many f the guys went looking for things to do while a couple completed the vacuuming in less than 40 minutes. A week or two later I received an additional invoice for $200 plus? I did not pay it and sent them an email why and never heard back form them outside of a couple followup emails asking about payment

They aerated and re-seed the whole yard. The seeds were loose seeds that were evenly distributed with a seed spreader. We asked if we needed to follow up on any maintenance and they said 'no'. Well the seeds never took to the soil. So we still have patches of no grass. I don't want to be too harsh on saying i wouldn't use them again because this is the first time we used them. Other than the grass we were happy. However the re-seeding was why we ordered the coupon in the first place.

Todd arrived on time and was very polite and professional. The work was done in an efficient manner and was done thoroughly. In the course of doing the service there was some accidental damage done to some equipment in my back yard. I observed no carelessness on the provider's part, this was just one of those things that happens sometimes. I immediately made Todd aware of the damage and also emailed the owner, Jack. Todd was courteous and also notified Jack. Jack made it clear right away that he would make things right. He contacted a repair person and set up the appt for that person to come to my home and make repairs. The repairs were made correctly and timely and the repair person billed Jack directly. I was very impressed with the integrity and character demonstrated in the way this was dealt with. I will definitely use this company again when I need this type of service.

Great experience. The weather-snow mostly delayed the process. As soon as the weather was cleared, the aeration was done promptly. Very thorough job.

They did a good job. It took a little longer, which we expected, and we were charged extra for that and that was just fine. They were very thorough and fast. They were very professional.

They are always professional, on time, and do quality work at a fair and reasonable price. They are quick to follow-up if I have any questions or concerns. I highly recommend them.

This home has a stretch of 3rd story gutters which is dangerous for me to get to. They did a great job. No more overflowing gutters.

The weather played a big factor, as it took several months for the job to be completed. The gutters were cleaned, but all the debris was scattered around the yard. Overall, glad to have the gutters cleaned at a reasonable rate.

Dynamic Landscapes' service was good. The only problem I had was he was supposed to call one day and he didn't. He did call so I felt like I didn't have to wait. I thought his price was a little bit higher than other companies.

We ended up using the gentleman we had used in the past. His price was a lot higher. He got us an estimate right away and put it in our mailbox. I never met him. He was very nice on the phone. I probably wouldn't use him as long as our other little guy is around.

The company came unannounced, did the work and left quickly and quietly. There was no interaction with the workers and me. I was not told about the work or any issues. I have not checked the gutters to see if they are cleaned well.

We appreciate them rectifying our prior complaint regarding their services.

Took 5-6 phone calls to get an appointment. When leaves sit on lawn for extended period of time, they often kill grass, and It took almost two months to get service. I think service providers often underestimate the volume of business they are going to have when they offer an Angie's List Big Deal. When they finally performed service, we were satisfied with job.

They were great. My yard looks better then I thought it would. They were thorough!

Bought a coupon for leaf removal for $99. Scheduled the job but not all my leaves were down yet, so I postponed the sertvice for approx. 3 more weeks. Finally agreed on a date and the crew came while I was at work. Prior to the work being done, I left instructions over the phone about exactly what areas I wanted them to focus on. When I got home from work that evening, I was very pleased with the appearance of the yard and landscaped areas. Not a leaf to be found! I was very happy with the work they did. I will use this company again.

Easy to contact by e-mail. Was flexible with waiting until I was ready and all leaves were down. Took an extra e-mail once the leaves were all down. Had to get a bit firm regarding "now I'm ready to get this done." Once the work was performed, it was just as I had asked. worked within my schedule and I didn't have to be there. I would call them again.
