Ryan Draper and his team were very professional. From the time of the first contact to receive a quote to the completion of the job, Ryan kept my parents and I informed every step. We were in constant communication and it was a pleasant surprise! Ryan cares about the work his company produces and puts his customers first. I would hire Draper Construction again!

In order for the fence to go up I needed quite a bit of landscape work done to remove bushes, roots, small trees and quite a bit of earth. Each time the landscape company got ready to do the work it rained (process started in April) so this was delayed for quite some time. Ryan kept in touch and said they were ready to go whenever the landscaping was completed. Unfortunately after several months of delays due to weather the area got so overgrown that I cancelled the job. I contacted Ryan and he promptly refunded my deposit on the fence. If the fence ever does get built Draper will be the company I have do it

Great! Finally found someone who knows how to do business . Everyone was very good. Hardest working crew I've seen. I am so pleased I can't say enough good things about everyone. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I felt pretty happy with the deck work. The amazing thing that really made me happy is the deck style. I browsed through the net and sent the image to Ryan for the deck style. He and his team made the exact replica of it. They even leveled the ground before spreading the landscape fabric by filling extra soil. That is impressive. I highly recommend Ryan and his team.

Tthe process was smooth and seamless. Ryan and his team were very detailed oriented. Ryan made several trips out to our property to document the fence requirements since our fence build / replacement project with a bit unusual. Old section of fence to be demo'd and rebuilt to match the style of fence in our backyard, which was custom build 5-8 years ago. They completed the project on time, on budget and they cleaned up after themselves with the project was completed. I would not hesitate to recommend Ryan and/or hire their services again. They are very passionate and knowledgeable about fence construction.

Marvelous!! Austin was one of two contractors that didn't try to sell me what they prefer to do fast. He listened and sent a drawing and it ended up very nice! The team worked hard for 3 days in earth full of tree roots and rocks. End result was just gorgeous. They arrived promptly and early each day, worked so hard until late and cleaned up well. They were super polite and asked me whenever they had a question.

They came out to get all the information and measurements and told me they would email me the estimate. A week later I called and asked if they had the estimate ready and was told they would have it the next day. Two days go by and I call again, this time they tell me that they usually don't do railings and that I should go with another company. So I said "basically you wasted my time"? He replied by saying that I had wasted his time last year when he came to my home to do a fencing estimate and no one was home (my fiancé scheduled this without me knowing). So he was more or less getting me back for a scheduling mistake a year ago, then he promptly hung up on me. I would strongly advise against using this company, very unprofessional!!

Excellent. Although we're still trying to decide what to do, their estimate was extremely reasonable and the plans were very helpful. If/when we do decide to build the fence, we will very likely use this company.

Job went really well considering the HOA stalled project after it began to verify fence was going according to plans filed with them.

I signed up for 4 hrs of service, which they said was 2 hrs of 2 people. One of these people was obviously in training; he handed nails to the other man as he worked on the trellis. After he fixed the trellis, I looked and one side was obviously higher than the other. I brought this to his attention and he fixed it. While he did this the other man went inside to work on the doors. I went in to check on him and found him CUTTING MY CARPET, instead of trimming the door as we had discussed I caught him before he did too much damage. The trellis guy came in, showed him how to get the door off and use a saw to take a little off the bottom of the door (which he did on my driveway). He had put the door on a folded-up ladder to trim it with a circular saw. I was afraid the saw might mar the driveway. As soon as he started sawing, the door started moving. Seeing this, I stepped onto the door, stabilizing it for him while he cut. So, in summary, they got the jobs done, but required close supervision. Mr Draper had stated to me during scheduling that his company " does mostly fencing and concrete". I can believe that.

Ryan was very friendly and communicative. He was great to work with. The first time he was scheduled to come by and talk about the job he did come a few hours earlier because he was in the area already. I was at work, but based on what I had described on the phone he took a look around and then left me a note on my porch. They were booking a few months out so my fence was scheduled for the middle of April. However, due to weather they had to push the job another week or so. Ryan was very communicative the whole time though texting me with updates. The fence turned out great and they disposed of most of the materials for me. They were also very careful not to hack my plants up that were near where the new fence line would be. Overall, very satisfied.

Draper Construction did an outstanding job. It was a large and sometimes difficult project, having to remove almost 300 feet of old privacy fence. Some of the old posts were set in concrete, which required some hard digging. The crew worked tirelessly to get the job done. The new fence looks great. We're very pleased.

I needed a privacy fence to keep my dogs in my yard. Draper Construction was fantastic! Ryan and his team were very professional, organized, prompt and courteous. After they started the job, the fence was constructed in just a few days and it is flawless. My communication with him was very easy and he has the most competitive pricing around. I would definitely recommend hiring Draper Construction for any and all fence needs.

Ryan was communicative from start to finish and the price was reasonable. The work was finished a little late, but not due to Ryan fault, it was the weather.

The first day we had to reschedule due to Ryan's very busy schedule but the next day he kept me informed about his time of arrival. I wasn't able to meet with Ryan in person but I had a representative to meet with him. After viewing my project, Ryan called me and gave me his opinion on the necessary repairs. Instead of Ryan trying to convince me to replace a very worn deck, he gave advice on how I could save money on my deck even though he does not do that type of work. Ryan also offered much appreciated advice on how I could improve the landscape of my backyard. I will definitely keep Ryan and Draper Construction in my list of contacts for future projects.

Cancelled first day, second day he was going to come to give an estimate that would possibly have been in the dark. I just don't know how you can give true estimate in the dark?

Draper was communicative throughout the whole process, the price was reasonable, and the work was finished on time. They responded quickly to concerns I had unrelated to quality, and provided additional work at no cost to meet some aesthetic concerns from the street view of the home. Draper followed up months later to correct an issue with a gate latch and we are hiring again for another project.

The fence was done very nicely and very quickly. Great finished product.

Ryan was very professional and communicated well prior to and throughout the project. It took about a month between scheduling the project to the start of the project because other jobs were on the schedule in front of me, which is to be expected of a quality company. This was communicated well to me and the start date of my project was pretty on target. I would recommend Draper Construction and would use them again.

Mr. Draper did an excellent job with our fence installation. He maintained great communication with me throughout the entire process. Also, I felt his pricing was very fair. He made the fence exactly how I wanted it. When I asked for a change to the design, he was willing to accommodate my request at the end of the project. The fence looks amazing. We are very happy with how it turned out and would definitely work with him again.

Ryan was great to work with. Prices were very reasonable. It was a big job with occasional wrinkles to be overcome. When there were issues, he worked with me to find good solutions that were often better than the original idea. The red cedar privacy fence is beautiful and secure for my dogs. The concrete patio has changed the look, feel, and function of our outdoor space. And the screened in porch transformed into a three-season room! It is beautiful! Ryan and his team were professional and left things clean at the end of the project and neat at the end of a day's work.

The crew worked very hard to stay on schedule in the midst of a very rainy period of time. Everyone was polite and professional throughout the process. Ryan worked with me to ensure I was happy with the finished product.
