Awful. At first I was very hopeful because they seemed extremely nice and competent. I have been fighting with them on issues with my fence since Feb 2022. They left 8ft gaps in certain areas under our fence. Due to this one of our pups was bit by another dog and we had to take him to the emergency vet. They fixed this at my cost of longer pickets. They did not account for the swell in my yard and said they would not fix with out me paying. So, I did because the purpose of a privacy fence for us is safety and privacy. They did a poor job on our gate which we have a hard time to open now and they are refusing to fix the gate because they said they rebuilt it several times. They rebuilt it once because they again did not account for the swing of the ground so they told me they had to inset the gate and have it swing inward. They left the gate unframed and I had to have them come back out and fix this because it looked unfinished and you could stick your arm into my fence. They did not use water when setting the cement for the posts. They were expecting the water from the ground to set it. That did not happen because it was the middle of winter and all of our posts were loose. They had to come out and fix this. Originally the gate had a slim gap, but they affixed the gate to a sagging post. So, when they came out to upright the post we were left with a gaping hole I could stick my arm through. So if someone wanted they could unlock the gate from the inside. I had to contact the attorney generals office which was no help. I submitted all pictures I've had from the beginning and all the emails. They sent back a response making me out to be a liar and a horrible person. They also said that if I wanted them to fix my fence I would have to pay a $250 fee for repair. Which I will not pay them another penny. Mind you I went out and bought the workers food and provided drinks while they completed the job. During one of the repairs, the workers mentioned having to cancel on someone waiting on them because the repair at my house took longer and if they went to the next repair they wouldn't make it to golf on time. This is incredibly unprofessional and people take off of work for this kind of stuff. When they refused to come out to fix the gate I said I would have to make a complaint, they said good luck and hung up on me. They are a horrible business and I would not recommend them to anyone. Unfortunately I learned my lesson the hard way with this company and would hate for this to happen to anyone else because it has been a nightmare. I will not allow them back onto my property.

Everything went very well! The only thing I would say they can improve on is when a customer tells you that they are sick with COVID, do not make them go outdoors to see if the utility lines are marked. As a courtesy, send a company employee out to check on behalf of the customer. I had to crawl of out bed, short of breath to go outside in the heat to check the utility markings. This may seem like a small task, but when you can barely breathe and have extreme fatigue it is a mammoth task.

Everything went great. they were prompt, polite and did a great job.

We contacted Draper fence for a quote on a privacy fence in mid-November in hopes of having something by the spring. They responded promptly and arranged for a visit and an estimate after Thanksgiving. Britt walked us through several options and answered all of our questions. He then sent us quotes on different styles of 6 foot cedar privacy fences. Once we decided to go with Draper, they booked us an install on or around 1/14/21 (with a 4 week weather buffer communicated - it is winter.) They actually were able to start work on 1/13 and completed the fence on 1/14. John, the crew lead on site, was professional and knowledgeable. He offered solutions to some challenges that we are happy with and he answered all of our questions. They removed the ratty, old chain link and installed a 6 foot, board-on-board cedar privacy fence (around 270 linear feet). The neighbors are very complementary of the work, and it's completed well ahead of when we had hoped

I contacted Ryan about a quote for replacing a portion of our fence. Our backyard is enclosed by our own fence and several neighbors fences, so only parts needed to be replaced. While he was out to do the quote, I asked him about the deck/porch as well. Britt was the lead on site, and he was fabulous to work with. He saw to it that things were done the right way. He was very conscientious in his work and took pride in it. I can't say enough good things about Ryan and Britt! I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them.

Everything went well, just took over 3 months to get the fence started. There were some delays due to weather.

They were quick to respond, gave us a discount for scheduling months in advance, did very good work, and finished our huge fence in a couple of days.

Excellent. Ryan was timely in responding, providing estimate, answering questions. Before construction started, he and then his crew chief Britt came to our home and did a thorough walk-thru, answering all questions. Work was then completed in a timely manner, very professional approach and cleaned up all yard/construction areas completely.

Excellent! A walk-through was scheduled and company owner arrived right on time. Needs and layout was discuss. Cost estimate was given and accepted. Scheduling of project was made with 2 week levee way due to weather. They needed the 2 weeks because of all the spring rain but communicated delays and met their 2 week commitment. Two man installation team arrived as scheduled. Laid-out the fence with string to insure straightness and post location, avoiding marked irrigation equipment. Dug and set post with some quick set concrete. Joey, lead installer, said they would be back the next day to stretch the fence because he rather the concrete be well set before stretching the fence. (I totally agree with him) Returned next day as promised and finished the job to perfection.

Wow! This was a great experience from the moment of first contact for an estimate. Ryan Draper was here as scheduled to do the estimate. He was very professional and easy to talk to. Upon meeting him, we were confident that he was someone we wanted to do business with. Our project was started a week ahead of the initial schedule and finished in two days. Our crew chief, Britt, was professional and knowledgeable. All four of the crew were friendly and hardworking. When the project was finished, the cleanup was thorough - I really have nothing but great things to say about these guys. We love our new fence.

I can’t say enough great things about Draper Fencing. From the initial consult/estimate with Ryan the owner to the installation, my husband and I couldn’t be happier. Competitive pricing, communication was clear throughout the process, and the work turned out amazing!! They actually were able to get started a few days sooner than originally projected and the install team - Britt, Charlie, and Lucas - were just fantastic. It only took two days from tear-out to completion and they really went above and beyond, even getting a bunch of overgrowth along the old fence cleared out and removed in the process. We LOVE our new fence and would them A++ across the board if I could.

While they don’t provide the product I was looking for, they were prompt and professional in their response - much appreciated!

From the first phone call, through face-to-face and actual construction, Ryan and his crew were professional, informative, friendly and prompt. Actual work went as planned, and a follow-up visit showed responsiveness and pride in the work done. The project was completed in warm weather, and fence is standing up well through the frigid weather/snow which has finally hit the area.

Ryan Draper was good to work with. He came up with a plan that would work for us, and gave us an estimate that we found to be quite reasonable. He did not charge us for the estimate. We would have had him build the deck for us, but our schedules didn't agree.

Job went great, they took down an old chain link fence on one side and an old wooden privacy fence on the other. The 6 foot cedar privacy fence looks great and they were open to making small adjustments to make it look just right. They had the most competitive quote and did great work. Would definitely recommend!

The Draper team produced a beautiful custom fence for us with a creative custom gate across our driveway. We could not be more pleased. The team was punctual, efficient, professional, and courteous. Would recommend without reservation.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Draper Construction. Bryan came out and we discussed what I wanted, walked the perimeter where the fence would be built and he provided me with a very competitive quote. They built the fence onsite and cleaned up afterwards. They did a fantastic job! The fence looks great. They were all very courteous and professional. I am really happy with the fence and the job Draper Construction did.

Excellent service from start to finish. We scheduled a few months out, which was great. Communication was great. Some weather delays which I only mention because they constantly updated me on the project status. They removed old fencing, most of old patio, and a lot of shrubs without making a mess. Everything was carefully measured and laid out. They built a beautiful deck and 6 ft shadow box privacy fence. I could not be happier with their service. Lots of compliments from the neighbors as well. I highly recommend Draper Construction.

Everyone on this team was so professional and easy to work with. Their price reflects the quality of their work, which did not disappoint. We got a horizontal fence installed in our backyard and they came within a few days of the estimated install date, made the fence on site, and followed our custom design. It looks great and we are so excited to have it up!

Ryan Draper showed up on time, was very professional, and sent us a detailed estimate within a few days of our meeting. Our neighborhood association will pay for this project, and we must get bids from three contractors. When we are ready to proceed, we will call him back for further discussion.

This company was wonderful to work with. Ryan Draper came out initially, took his time to listen to what I wanted, and gave me a fair price. Through no fault of his own, weather didn't cooperate, so my install date had to be changed a few times. Ryan always called to let me know the new date and kept me well-informed. The installers, led by Britton, were professional and courteous. I couldn't be happier with my new fence and the decision to use Draper Construction.

It went tremendous. We have had many projects done with many different subs over the last 24 months. I can say that Ryan Draper, owner of Draper Construction, was the one sub that we dealt with that did not let us down in any way. He was responsive, HONEST, and his crew did a great job. Couldn't have asked for more. I would recommend him to anyone. He is a diamond in the rough in this somewhat slippery trade of fencing construction. He maintained professionalism at all time, helped navigate a couple tough issues, and again, was more responsive than any sub I have ever dealt with. Your call will not go to voicemail, and he will know who he is talking to when he answers the call. Truly impressed by him and his team. Would be glad to invite anyone to come admire this fortress of a fence that his team built. Brett
