Bill came a few weeks before the job to give me a quote and his two workers came in and installed the door in less than an hour. We love the finished product.

Bill never tired of suggesting the best methods to achieve the designer's goals. Although there was one hitch when the glass railing company drilled holes in the wrong place, they fabricated a temporary section with wood so the stairs would be safe until the replacement arrived. Prices were very competitive as well. I would use them again without hesitation!

They were prompt, professional, and fairly priced. Would use again and would recommend to others.

The measuring and estimate man came out and was on time and professional, very knowledgeable about product. We had held off on installing door (to have some tile repaired first) for over a year. I called and they still had our estimate and honored price. Install was great. We love our new door. Great company would recommend.

Bill Smith came out and measured for the frame-less doors and mirror strips within a couple days of calling and provided a handwritten quote before he left which included a 10% Angie's List discount. He had a frame-less door free upgrade of install hardware at the time. He provided a brochure with multiple hardware hinge/handle designs. He would not be adjusting the price depending on the slight differences in the hardware cost.He also highly recommended a factory installed protective coating which facilitates keeping the glass clean. Two installers arrived on schedule and had completed work in a couple of hours. One of the installers brought to my attention that there was a slight bow/bend at the top of the shower door. He had already called Bill Smith that it should probably be replaced. I will also note that we had not made a final decision on 2" versus 3" bevel mirror strips so Bill came again to measure and be sure of our choice. We decided on 3" which we are extremely pleased with. A new door is on order. It was reassuring that they noticed the problem and were proactive in replacing.

Great. Came out right away for an estimate. And the door came in sooner than was expected. The gentlemen who installed the door were friendly yet quiet and efficient. Only took about 45 minutes. They cleaned up and were out the door in no time. The door looks great. It seems to be sealed perfectly. And I paid for the coating to make it easier to clean. We just wipe it down with a microfiber cloth after showering and it looks brand new. No water spots! Would definitely recommend them.

The installers were supposed to do the job on Friday, but were caught on a job and were not able to make it that day. That actually worked out better for me and they came the following morning, Saturday, first thing. It took the guys less than an hour to get the door in. They cleaned up everything and did a fabulous job. The door looks great, it had a rubbed bronze finish to match the other fixtures in my bathroom. Care is easy and the installers explained it all to me before they left.

The owner gave us sound advice and was knowledgeable in the trade. The installers were clean, personable and fast.

Bill came out and gave me an estimate to replace the master bathroom shower door. He was knowledgable and his price was reasonable, so I ordered the door. He sent his installers out a couple of weeks later. They installed the door and noticed that the piece of glass had a small scatch, so the installers talked to Bill and he ordered a new piece of glass. This was done before telling me about the scratch, so I was very impressed with their professionalism. I did not have to pay until they came back out and put the new piece of glass in. They did an excellent job and I love my nwe shower door.

After years of trying to get this problem fixed. Dr. Shower Door knew exactly what was needed. Identified problem & solved it. Experience showed. Very professional all round & price reasonable.

Installers called before showing up at scheduled time. Prompt, friendly, quite and very inefficient. They removed the old door, installed the new one, chaulked and sealed the door. Removed all their materials, cleaned up after themselves and reviewed the new door and installation with me. Good price, great communication and fabulous service. I was very happy and very impressed with Bill and his team. One of the best I have ever worked with. I would highly recommend them to anyone and we will be using them again the future!!!!!

When called bill gave est. on very next day. DId the work within the week (on time) I had some options based on available equipment with pricing for both.

The shower door was installed promptly as promised, following the install of the marble seat provided by another vendor. We received a discount per Angie's List. We are pleased with our upgrade. The project coordination was flawless. Doing so, minimized the time that we could not use our shower.

Bill provided estimate with reasonable price both low end and high end. Crews came in on time and finish on time. Glad to have them done the work.

Our new walk in shower was a high quality tile creation. we needed a super frameless quality door to match the super new look.In discussion with DR we descided on a fixed panel on one side, slide by on the second panel. 3/8 thick glass. DR came out to measure and provided options. After the install we actually had a bit of binding on the sliding panel, but the install team came out to fix and did a great job. We also did a second bathroom and had DR install two mirrors in our second bathroom. all done on the phone and verbal disciption. I would recommend them again.

Bill was very responsive from the first phone call until completion of the job. I was told it would take two weeks to get the job installed after they measured, but it came in ahead of schedule. The enclosure looks great, they were professional and left me with care instructions for the glass. No problems at all, I am very pleased. Before starting the project I had called a couple other glass places to see about getting estimates. Both put me off and did not return my calls until several days later, Bill got the job because he was responsive and did exactly what he told me he would do at a fair price.

Great experience from start to finish. Very responsive, excellent communications back and forth, perfect attention to detail. Plus, the crew took all measures to keep the area clean and left with everything back in good order.

Called Bill Smith to look at the shower in our Master Bath. It had just been remodeled 2 years ago, but the frame had already begun to show signs of corrosion, etc. The people who originally installed the door only pointed out that I had been using harsh chemicals that probably caused the erosion, but they never did really admit that anodized aluminum is not all that great for shower systems period. We have softened water and these tracks looked shoddy in just 2 years. They did quote a price to replace the tracks that I thought was high. I visited their shop and asked about a trackless door and the sales person immediately started speaking about extra cost to ensure the heavy glass door would be stable, etc. She made it sound like a 'big deal'. I was just not getting a customer friendly vibe. So I visited the list and was immediately impressed with the reviews for Dr Shower Door so I called them to come do an estimate. Bill Smith visited our home promptly, and reviewed the situation. He offered alternatives, had literature for me to review and wrote up a very reasonable estimate on the spot. He also offered me the option of a 'treated glass' that would help shed water to avoid spot build up. The other shop had never even mentioned this option. I also like that Mr Smith pointed out some of the 'downsides' to a frameless system. Never once did he make it seem as if our shower could not be fitted easily with a trackless system. A few days later, he met me at his shop and I viewed the system he and I had discussed for our shower. Again, he was very low key with the sales talk, and spoke instead of options and offered advice. We settled on some last details and arranged an install date. Two weeks later, his install team arrived on schedule, introduced themselves, and were very business like and courteous in our home. They went straight to work and completed the job in a little over 2 hours, along with removing the old glass and frame. Two weeks later, we are please with what they installed. As advertised, the glass is easily squeegeed or wiped down after a few days with a nylon buffer, and is very clear. We think the system just looks 'cleaner' without the tracks, which were hazy within a few weeks of being installed. Thus far, a very good experience.

Great. I called this company and Bill came out the next day to take measurements. He then quoted the new glass panel and ordered the glass. He also installed the new glass panel when it came in. It looks great. Very professional and price competitive company to work with. Thank you!
