Process was very smooth. Owner came out and measured. Doors were ordered and within 3 weeks or so the crew came to install. They were very professional, left no mess and very pleased with install.

We were impressed by his knowledge, when 'Dr. Shower Door' came to measure and give an estimate. Glass was then custom cut to fit our enclosure. Technicians were on time, neatly removed the old enclosure and installed the new one, which was lovely. Cleaned up and left. All done very quickly and well.

His quotes were very reasonable. In fact, they were less than what we would have paid at one of the big home improvement stores, if they would have been able to do the work. He provided a free estimate for doing the work, and then his team showed up when they said they would to do the work. They were very fast, and cleaned up after themselves when they completed the job. They did a fabulous job, and our only regret is that we can't hire them to do everything that needs to be done in our house. They are that good. What more could you ask for when you need to have work done? Great work at a fair price by people that are very pleasant to have in your home. When we move, we plan to hire him to renovate the bathrooms. We give Bill and his team our highest recommendation.

Bill Smith came out within a day of my contacting him to give me a quote. Because the doors were both custom, I was expecting them to be much more expensive than the quote I received from him. The doors were ready for installation within two weeks and both are FABULOUS!!!!

I sent them a message with some questions about having them fix my shower door. Never heard back.

He arrived early for the appointment, and I appreciate that he factored in the possibility of heavy traffic that morning...would rather have someone arrive early than late. He was very professional, and gave us several options for the replacement. I asked a lot of questions and he answered them thoroughly. I didn't feel like he oversold us on any of the options and gave us some good possibilities for replacing the door.

Perfectly! We could not be happier and will recommend them to anyone and everyone! The estimator arrived on time, was quick and efficient, had lots of good ideas and suggestions, but clearly knew what he was doing. The plan rolled out exactly as he had told us it would. They called us a week later to schedule installation, and would have been able to install it sooner if our schedule allowed. The day of installation, they arrived an hour later than they had said, but a woman from their office called and said they would be a bit late. However, the installation went so quickly and smoothly, that they still ended up finishing in less time than the original rough estimate of how long it would take. Three workmen came to do the install and they were calm, quiet and were not talking amongst themselves about their personal lives while working. They were all professional, efficient and in and out in less than one hour. The door looks amazing, they cleaned up the space so there was no trace of any debris or dust from the install. The estimate they gave us was over $800 cheaper than other estimates we'd received and by far the best price we could have gotten for such a quality product and workmanship.

This is an excellent service provider. Promptly came out and measured my mirrors and provided an estimate. Came back out a week later and replaced my existing mirrors with new ones. Their installation was even better than the original. Very prompt, professional, and courteous. Would highly recommend this company.

Arrived on time for giving us an estimate and also for installing the door. They installed the door in appproximately an hour and a helf. Gave me instructions on when we could use the shower and also how to clean the door. They were fast and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I was particularly impressed with how carefully they backed their big truck out of my driveway - which has a very narrow section with a difficult turn. They did not damage my flower beds or borders. I mention this because anytime I have a truck pull up into the driveway, I know that I will have to do some repair work on my gardens.

We contacted Dr Shower Door to replace our shower door that spontaneously shattered. He was able to schedule an appointment for the estimate for the next day. He called when he was on his way to the house and was able to provide an estimate onsite. He provided us with our options and explained all of the information clearly. He also brought samples of the styles of glass from which we could choose. Once we made our selection,we called the office to ask them to order the glass. The door arrived in less than a week. The installers called when they were on their way to our house on the day of installation and were very courteous and professional. They installed the door in less time than originally quoted, and cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely use Dr. Shower Door in the future if I ever need a shower door or mirror replaced.

From the estimate to the install, they arrived on time, were professional and very knowledgeable. The materials were of high quality and the installers were skilled and organized. I am very pleased with the result and we have since has them install a shower door in out guest bathroom.

Dr. Shower Door was the second estimate we obtained for the job. Bill came out, measured, asked questions and gave me a written estimate on the spot. Theirs was almost $1000 less than the first one we obtained and it was for the same work and product (and that was before they applied the generous 10% coupon). The other company wanted to charge us for removing the old, broken door (which they actually originally installed); that service was included in Bill's price. The materials were in about a week later and they came and did the installation in about an hour. The door looks great, like we have a brand new shower! The crew was very polite. I don't remember her name but their office person was very friendly, helpful and knew what she was talking about, answered any questions I had about the job. Would definitely use them again!
