Great Job! They were done is less than an hour. We have very hard water and it was impossible to keep the glass shower doors cleaned. I wanted the doors removed so I could hang shower curtains instead.......(I can replace them as needed). The did a great job. Totally cleaned up. I already have the shower curtains up and they look great. If I decide to get new doors again in the future, I'll call them to come hang new ones.

The entire process went very well. A company rep came out and measured our tiled shower for a custom made frameless glass shower door. Multiple options were discussed in terms of glass type, door height, handles and methods of attachment; as well as scheduling, pricing and installation process. Once the glass was received by the company, they called and scheduled the installation, which went smoothly. A slight adjustment to the door was necessary about a month after installation and it was handled timely and to our satisfaction. A little pricier than other companies but we wanted a completely frameless installation rather than a metal side piece, so we went with them. We were highly satisfied with the outcome. The door completed the upscale and updated look we were wanting from our remodel.

Having dealt with many, many companies over the years, their responsiveness truly ranks as one of the worst. I contacted them because of their advertisement in the Angie’s List catalog I receive in the mail. Ron came out to measure and my husband and I went to the showroom to view glass options. After weeks went by, I had to contact them again to even get the estimate that he had promised. Then, I relayed that I also wanted to do our son’s bathroom and provided measurements. I went back to the showroom to select a glass for his bathroom. I had to call again to get the estimate (which was for clear glass only). I called again to ask about an upgrade to a different glass. Ron mentioned that the upgrade amount would be nearly identical to the upgrade amount of our master bath, which didn’t seem accurate since my son’s door enclosure is much smaller. He said he would talk with the owner, Bill, to confirm the amount and get back with me. That was nearly two weeks ago. They have wasted SO much of my time. I could have been done by now had I gone with a different company. If it takes this much time and effort to even get an estimate, I hesitate to think what the actual service would be like. I would never recommend this company.

Amazing! On time clean and exactly what we needed.

Job went great. The installers were friendly, professional and did a nice job of removing our old shower doors and frame, cleaned the opening in preparation for the new frame rails and did a great job of caulking around the frame without being messy. Hauled the old doors away and we had no cleanup to do after they left. I did use them again at my daughter's house where they installed a new hinged shower door and did another great job.

Called them up and schedule an estimate. We accepted the estimate and schedule an install when the doors came in. Shower door came first and was quickly installed. The next week the mirror came and was installed extremely quickly. They gave me tips on cleaning and preserving the door and mirror. Everything was very smooth.

I am now a little disappointed with the provider. Upon completion of the service I was prepared to pay before the repairman left. I was waved off and told "there will be an invoice in the mail". On 5/11/15 I received the invoice. One day later, on 5/12/15, I received a reminder phone call from the supplier reminding me there was an open invoice that I needed to pay. I felt this was rude and I said so. I got a "thank you and goodbye". In addition, we do still have moisture seeping from the shower doors. Lesson learned: I will wait longer before I give another glowing review to any provider.

From the free estimate to the installation of the shower doors, things couldn't have gone smoother. The workers were here on time and the shower doors work great, as well as function properly.

Very happy with the end product. I wanted a bar-style door in my basement shower along with a mirror in my work-out room in my in-home gym. Ron came out and measured things up, made some recommendations which I accepted, and a couple weeks later his guys came out and installed everything. Very happy with the end result.

Bill was great! He responded quickly to my request to have an estimate and made a custom designed shower enclosure for my bath. He gave me multiple options to choose from. Pricing was very reasonable compared to other estimates I received. Installers did a good job, kept work area clean and were very courteous.

Workers arrived on time, removed shoes, removed old mirror, hang new mirror, very professional and efficient. Took about 30 minutes form start to finish.

Worked quietly and were very neat. Had to return the next day because they did not have the proper tool to fix something from the previous install.

The owner spent a lot of time explaining the products at a visit to his showroom and offered tips on my remodel to help make sure when I needed the doors that it would go well. He was punctual on the day of measure and the installers did a great job and everything looks and works very well. I had been told that maybe I could get a lower price elsewhere but do not know if that is true since I was more interested in getting a good quality job since it is the focus point of the bathroom and I wanted it done right by someone who has a lot of experience. I would highly recommend this company.

Prompt, excellent service! The installers showed up within the promised time even after a large snowfall the previous day. They were courteous and respectful and quickly and efficiently installed the shower door and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend based on my experience with DR Shower Door!

The price was very reasonable, they did a great job. They were professional and the work was good.

They arrived on time, were very polite and completed the job including clean up in 1 1/2 hours. My tile person was here at the time and offered to notch the trim to fit the shower door properly but they were able to do it themselves and it looks great. These guys really know what they are doing. I would recommend them to anyone.
