Everything turned out very well, and it was easy working with the company. The owner was very upfront about what he could do, he didn't try to sell unnecessary services, and he showed up on time. Unfortunately, he couldn't fully repair the computer so he removed its data onto a disk so that we could upload it onto a new computer at a later time.

Very quick, very professional. Very knowledgeable. Very good at explaining process and teaching us how to do it ourselves in the future.

Paul is very knowledgeable and does his best to dumb things down a bit so me and my wife have a better understanding of what he is doing to fix our issues. He has given us advice on things we can do to better protect our valuable information. I plan on using Paul each and every time we have a computer issue because I trust he will get things done.

I needed a keyboard replaced on my laptop. I called them and they were able to come out the same day. It took a little longer than expected, but he did a great job. Paul is very personable and friendly. We were very pleased with the work.

He was friendly and punctual. The $59 didn't cover everything as it was really dusty and I ended up taking it to a different provider. The Big Deal was at a good price but the other services he quoted seemed high. He explained everything well; I felt he was trying to upsell me.

The technician was very professional. Arrive on time. The job took longer than first thought but nothing to do with the technician. The computer had a lot to clean up. We were very satisfied.

Due to snowstorm, he arrived a few minutes late. He performed all the work within the 2 hours of the Big Deal. He was good at answering basic computer questions. Overall, a pleasant interaction.

I wasn’t very impressed. I am not sure if it was my fault or his but we could not accomplish what I wanted. I was charged an additional travel charge that I wasn’t expecting as well.

I had a problem with a nasty malware infection the was allowing spyware and other infections to affect my computer. He cleaned them off and advised me how to minimize future infections.

My Windows Vista laptop was running slow. I wanted it to be cleaned up with removal of any virus or unwanted software that was slowing it down. They found that my laptop had stopped installing system updates a couple years ago. Also, there was no antivirus software installed. They were unable to locate the exact problem that was causing the computer to be slow so I opted to have the system software reinstalled to factory settings. They saved my data on a USB drive and reinstalled the system software as requested. The laptop is working well now.

It took some time to transfer and files (between 3-31/2 hours). The big deal only covered 2 hours so there was additional cost. Paul was knowledgeable and explain things very well.

I utilized one of Angie's Special Deals and contacted DeepBlue Computers to service my laptop. I supplied three dates that I was available to meet with Paul Andrei, and we agreed on a mutually available date and time. Paul came to my home and was very professional and courteous..He spent the good part of two hours working on my laptop, attempting to remove viruses and some corrupted drives. Paul told me that the main hard drive on my laptop had some sectors that were badly corrupted, but he could rearrange and clean up some of the data which would allow me 1 or 2 years use out of the laptop. I inquired as to how much a new hard drive would cost versus a new computer (since my laptop has a 17" screen). Paul stated the price and we discussed the price difference between the two options. A hard drive replacement would give me well beyond 1 or 2 years, at a much lower cost than a new computer. Paul took my laptop home with him and worked on it overnight (new hard drive, transfer of data, removal of viruses,etc .). Paul brought it back to me the very next day. I He set my computer up, he explained everything that he did, he told me about the warranties on the labor and the parts, which really impressed me. A day later, I noticed that the wireless mouse was not responding and also, when I turned the computer off, the screen would shut down but the machine itself would not shut off. I called Paul (on a late Saturday afternoon), we established a Team Viewer Remote Connection on my laptop by phone, and he tried to determine what was causing the problems for about 45 minutes. He remotely went into the directories and found that there were several unfamiliar programs associated and truncated with the wireless mouse and keyboard, which he had not noticed before. While I was attempting to reboot my laptop, it kicked itself into Safe Mode, and started scrolling error messages across the screen. I told him that we were not going to be using the computer over the week-end and he could come by on Monday to take a look at it first hand. Monday came, and so did Paul. He asked me to explain what I had observed, and he attempted to investigate the causes. Paul spent about an hour trying to determine the root, associated with the thread of Microsoft Wireless Mouse & Keyboard programs. We decided, it would be easier for him to take it with him and spend more time examining the directories. Overnight again, Paul came with the computer at 100% efficiency and explained that I had two conflicting software programs for the Mouse & Keyboard (Logitech & Microsoft). Paul remedied the program conflict, and reinstalled Windows.

I called Paul about setting up my new computer. He came the same day, arriving on time. He sat down at the new computer and went right to work. Click, click, click....... the initial setup went smoothly and with speed. I could tell that he knew what he was doing. He informed me about computers, viruses......the inside working of the business. I learned alot. He downloaded programs, was thorough in explaining his answers to my questions. He showed me how to work certain programs and made certain I knew how. He did everything..... and more. I couldn't have had a better or more knowledgeable person to do the initial setup on this computer. I was thoroughly pleased with his performance and I love my computer.....thanks to Paul. If I have any problems with this computer, I know who to call. I know Paul will be able to fix them.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and I think it was fine. He could not do what I needed him to do, but it was not his fault. He ended up giving me a credit in the amount of the Big Deal because he was not able to really help me.

He spent several hours de-tangling the various component issues with our computer. He was eager to educate and easy to interact and communicate with. I would recommend him.
