Paul came to our home the day after I called him and was able to confirm that our computer had been infected with viruses. He removed them, updated software, and installed a better virus protection program. We didn't have to take a hard drive anywhere and we were back up and running all in a day. He is very friendly and will take the time to explain any questions you have. This is the second time that we have used him and I would use him again in the future.

Paul's very knowledgeable and thoughtful. He asked questions that made the transfers more helpful for me (fewer duplicated items transferred, for instance). He's very easy to work with and, for the 9-year-old computer, took it home to finish a transfer and brought it back. I'll definitely use him in the future.

Paul was on time, explained things so that I could understand, and did a great job of setting up my new computer.

We We hired Paul several months ago when a couple of viruses were affecting our computer. He came to our house, figured out the problem and gave us an estimate of cost, and took our computer to his shop to do the rest of the work. He returned it to us a couple of days later, but there were a couple of settings that were not our taste, so he came out and worked with us until the computer was set up the way we like it. Last week, someone hacked our email and sent a message to our banker telling her to send our money to a third party and asking her what "we" needed to do to get that done. The banker called us, we called Paul, and within 4 hours he was at our house, taking precautions to prevent any real harm. By that time, we later learned, our computer had sent out messages to many of our contacts with bogus attachments which we assume were viruses. Paul recommended we buy a laptop dedicated to only financial matters, took our computer away and two days later brought it back with a cleaned hard drive. When we found that the configuration needed a couple of tweaks to make it perfect for us, he returned the next day and worked with us until he had it exactly right. He is prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and we believe he is conscientious and honest. He occasionally runs a little late, which is why we give him a B for punctuality, but we consider this a minor matter. We especially like the fact that his service is personal -- he takes the time to learn what we do with the computer and what we need. We are not faceless customers at a business window.

He was terrific. We trusted him with our computer which holds sensitive and personal information and we feel very comfortable in our choice to use him again in the future.

I called Paul on the 13th of November and he called me back immediately that day to schedule an appointment for that evening. Once Paul arrived, he quickly got to work and I could tell right away that Paul knew what he was doing and was very skilled in his craft. Paul advised me that he could remove some programs that may free up space but that he would need to take it home for a day in order to have more time to look at it. Later that evening Paul called and advised me that I had a Trojan Virus as well as an issue with my hard drive. Paul stated that if it were him, that he would look at replacing the hard drive, otherwise the issues with my computer will continue to be a problem. I advised that I would be interested in having a new hard drive installed and Paul stated that he would go to the store that night and get a new one and update me the next day. The next day, Paul called and advised that the new hard drive was successful and that my computer was running like new. This was great news and my only fear was that I lost all of my files that I had on the hard drive. Without asking Paul had gone ahead and transferred everything to my new hard drive thus taking care of a task that would have been very difficult for someone like me to do. I could not be happier with the service I received and I know for a fact that I will use Paul again. I have used Best Buy previously and they were overpriced and not very good at solving the problem. Paul is reasonably price, knowledgeable, a hard worker and most of all honest. Paul will not advise you to get something that you do not need. He treats people with a great amount of respect and will fit peoples needs to the service that he provides. I HIGHLY recommend Paul.

I have needed to return two laptops. Paul has done the same thing twice. He transferred all the folders again, including Norton, and word and excel. My mom called in the middle of this. She was having horrible trouble with Att and her new internet. Paul had time, so he was able to help out. I bought her a printer on the way, and he set that up. He made my mom feel very comfortable. She knows nothing about computers.

Paul transferred all info, including Norton and Windows from an HP laptop to a new Dell laptop. He is very patient with those of us that aren't computer geniuses!!

I called Paul about a power supply problem. He made a house call 1-1/2 hours later and solved that problem quickly. I told him about my antivirus company that I wanted changed. He took care of those issues too...... solved that problem. Watching him work, I was thankful he came, because I never could have solved that problem. Taking care of that antivirus problem was beyond my ability. I would have been stuck with an expense and a company that I didn't want. I am thankful for his advice. It saved me a headache. .

The job took longer than expected, and he had to go to another appointment before finishing. However, he went above and beyond by coming back to ensure that the job had been completed satisfactorily. Furthermore, he was on time and friendly.

Paul was extremely proficient and efficient in restoring my computer. I panicked when I could not sign in or access any of my information. I initiated contact with DeepBlue Computers via email and Paul sent me instructions to try, but not being technically proficient myself, I suggested a house call wherein he could utilize his personal expertise. I was offered an appointment the next day. Paul called several minutes before the appointment to let me know he was on the way. He arrived on time and began working right away. My fear was that all was lost. However, Paul worked diligently to bring the old laptop back to full function. He repaired the problem, removed junk files and corrupt files, malware, etc., and downloaded updates to improve efficiency. When he completed his work I was able to access all my files. It appears nothing was lost. However, Paul explained that my computer is nearing the end of its life and advised that a purchasing new one is probably my best option. I am operating with Windows Vista which is obsolete and he recommended, in his opinion, what would be the best alternatives when purchasing a new computer. He also instructed me how to back up my files and set up another "account" to sign in if I am unable to access my information in the future. Overall, he was knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and efficient. I would definitely recommend DeepBlue Computers for computer services. Five out of five stars is my rating for DeepBlue Computers.

Bottom line- it went amazing. I could not have asked for a better experience addressing the issues noted above. The service was punctual and very professional. My technician went the extra mile to ensure I understood what was causing the problem and the steps that were taken to rectify the problems. He didn't leave until it was certain the issues were resolved, and showed genuine passion for helping fix our issues. As an added bonus, he offered an extended warranty to ensure the fixes he implemented fully addressed the problem. I will definitely use this Company for any computer related assistance that is needed in the future.

Paul arrived on time and was pleasant and knowledgeable. He promptly started working. He transferred all files from my old computed. Disconnected my old computer. Connected and set up my new computer. Set up printers and wifi to work with my new computer as well as an external backup. He also set up printing from my tablet to my printer. It was a very good experience and I felt my new computer was fully functional after he left. He also followed up a couple of days later by email to see if I had any additional questions.

Paul called at 15 min before the appt to say he was on the way. How nice was that? Very professional. Neat appearance, pleasant personality. Nice sense of humor. He got right down to work. He explained the problem -- of course, I did not understand it -- but he proceeded to fix it. 1 1/2 hrs later, we now get wifi in the nether regions of the house. He is our new BFF. This kind of service is worth the price of our Angie's List subscription. WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL. His contact information is GOLD!

Paul was wonderful. He was on time and immediately went to work diagnosing the problem with our internet connection. He then fixed our wireless connection as well. He is so smart and was able to fix everything. I will use his expertise the next time my computer decides to have problems.

He came to the house and found the issues that needed to be fixed. He took the PC for a day and fixed all the problems for me. WOW!! it was like a whole new computer. I later had another thing I'd forgotten and he drove all the way to my house to help me at no charge. Just wanted it to be okay. He very much knows what he's doing. He's very pleasant and courteous. In my opinion he's one of those rare people that goes the extra mile. I'm not very PC literate which was no problem for him.

We bought a new computer and he told us we bought the wrong one. He was prompt. He was here for half an hour. He explained what we needed. We are going to call him soon.

My computer was in very bad shape. He stayed for a long time trying to get the computer to download a virus scan etc. but it really was too far gone just locked up on everything every time. I needed to purchase a new computer, because the Windows XP was not going to be supported in 2014 anyway. But he was very professional and went above and beyond to try and help me.
