Paul was very responsive when I called, and added me to the roster of customers he had for the day. He called before arriving, and went straight to work. He diagnosed, then solved the problem. I would call on him again.

Provider did what he could, and he stated we needed a new computer. What he was able to do he did for us.

Our laptop has been running very slowly since the installation of a new Comcast router. DeepBlue computers was not able to pin down any issues that were causing the computer to run more slowly, and the problem wasn't really resolved. The computer ran slightly faster for about 24 hours but quickly returned to sluggishness. The problems still hasn't been resolved. I am no expert on computers, and I felt that I wasn't able to ask appropriate questions nor did he seem to understand what I was driving at.

I had tried several things and was unable to completely uninstall my antivirus program in safe mode. I called Deep blue computers and left a message on their voicemail listing off what I'd tried and inquired if they had any time to look at it. They called me back and said I could bring it in, but to try one thing first. That thing fixed the problem. Thank you very much for your advice and honesty. I will definitely hire them next time around.

Paul responded to email withing 2 hours to set up appointment for next day. He arrived on time - looked at computer. Deemed he was unable to debug, so he took it with him - cleaned computer - deleted Windows 8 (which I despised), loaded Windows 10 and virus protector, and returned in less than 24 hours.

Paul explains things very well and does a great job! He came back today when I found another problem with my email that actually was the fault of Comcast, so he fixed it so I could send attachments with my emails. He is very trustworthy and knows what he is doing!

Within an hour of my email Paul called and offered to pick the computer up yet that day. We settled on Monday. He arrived promptly and set right to work. Our computer was so infected with viruses that he was unable to access any tools. He took the computer with him, wiped it clean, restored all programs and returned it within 24 hrs. In addition, after we discussed with him our extreme dislike of Windows 8, he installed Windows 10. When he returned it, he provided a tutorial for us . In addition, we have heard from Paul to let us know he is writing a tutorial for Windows 10 which he will forward to us. I would recommend Paul to anyone

He went above and beyond. I've used him before and he is always excellent. He also provides support. I had a screen come up that I didn't recognize and he assisted me for no charge.

Mr. Andrei was very prompt in arrival time. Explained what he was going to do, and the specifics of what he was looking for. Please note: Mr. Andrei had an accident the day of the original appointment, 14 July 2015. He sent an email informing of the incident, as well as letting me know he had sustained a fractured shoulder. I expressed my concern wished him a speedy recovery, and, to contact me at his convenience after he recovered. I did tell him that since he came so highly recommended, I was willing to wait. He called me on this date (16 July 2015) and informed me that he was on his way to service my computer!! I was shocked and very surprised, to say the least. He arrived right on schedule, and went to work......one (1) handed!!!! He was very professional and explained in simple layman terms ( as I have NO computer or tech savvy) what he was going to do....and he did a marvelous job!!! Terribly impressed with him!! He has my total respect and admiration, as he went above and beyond, even with his injury!! Amazing dedication! Would I hire him again? ABSOLUTELY!! He gets a triple A+ on this review!!!!

Paul was professional but easy to talk to, did not make me feel like a dummy (I am when it comes to computers), he was comfortable having me watch while he was working and did a lot of explaining as he went. He set things up so I could do some of the functions I had not previously known how to do. I will not use any other computer provider as long as he is available, can't say enough good things about him, I got busy and am sorry I didn't get to submit this review sooner.

Paul took the time to explain things to me and advise me on how to avoid this situation in the future. I am very pleased with the service I received. I would recommend him to anyone who needs service for their computer.

Paul was recommended by a neighbor that has been using his services for a while. My Apple computer all of a sudden was not responding as usual. I called DeepBlue Computer to schedule a visit to check out what was happening. Paul was available the same day I called, but I wasn't so we scheduled an appointment for the next afternoon. We discussed the cost of the visit and what time (hours) that included and I agreed. Paul arrived on time, introduced himself, removed his shoes, and started checking out my computer. He suggested that I also sit beside him to see just what he was doing. He explained everything he was doing and why. He added a computer cleaner application and told me I should run it about once a month. He deleted and reinstalled my Firefox, that immediately fixed some issues I was having, then he did some clean up of some other files and checked out various things on the system to make sure all was working correctly. I have to totally agree with my neighbor, Paul definitely knows what he is doing, he was completely profession and efficient in his work. He advised me on things that I should start trying to do since I use to own a windows operating system and was a little afraid about trying function on the Apple. Overall I would recommend Paul as an excellent computer person. Thanks Paul.

He came out and checked it over. Then he took it back to his shop and brought it back the next day. He saved the hard drive and encapsulated it so we could still access the information from another computer. He was very efficient and his price was good. Everything was done in 24 hours. Overall it was a good experience. We worked with Paul, who was personable, knowledgeable, and took care of the problem quickly. He even suggested that we get a new computer instead of wasting money on the old one.

My existing computer was old and had a number of virus'. Better to get new computer with necessary equipment installed. With my deposit check, new computer purchased and delivered next day. problem with McAfee resolved. Advice on what wrong with 2wire modem -- not working on wireless equipment.

He did a complete review of my newest laptop, and reloaded Norton. All was fine on that the same day of visit. I have an older laptop. That one was going to take longer, and some programs were going to need to be deleted. He took that laptop with him, and completed the work. When he came this morning, he reloaded Norton, and we reviewed a few questions I had. It is nice to deal with the same person on an issue.

Paul came to us to complete the repair. He repaired a laptop for us through the deal. There was another computer he repaired as well. He was very fair, open, and honest on the pricing for the other computer. He is excellent! We have used him several times since.

Contacted Paul Andrei about husband's computer. Paul came over and checked it out and said it could be fixed but because of the age it was just a matter of time before it would need more work. He knows my husband is 95 years old and has tried to keep his computer working so that he didn't have to make a drastic change to Windows 8. The two of them discussed a new computer the differences in what we currently had and explained that there would be a learning curve. Then my husband asked him if he knew of a used one he could purchase. Paul mentioned he had one that was only 3 years old that might work. They discussed the merits of new vs old. He mentioned a price that was quite reasonable and we agreed to purchase it. Paul took the current PC back to his place of business and transferred all of the data from one computer to the other. He returned 2 days later hooked everything up and made sure it was all working properly. Even stayed for a while while my husband worked on the new computer. Paul returned 1 week later to again check to make sure we were satisfied. Paul has worked on both of our computers a couple of times and always been helpful, polite and very professional. He asks questions and listens to what a customer wants. His rates are very reasonable.

He got my main computer fixed. He gave me a plan for me to fix my laptop which was really hard. He was helpful. I would have to think using them again.

Really excellent outcome ... we took it step by step, as in we both knew that the malware had to be cleaned out, the hard drive completely wiped and programs reinstated. There was also a suspicion that there might be a new video card needed, however, this was not pushed as a solution until we had several weeks of using the PC again without a new vid card, to avoid costs that night be unnecessary (although a vid card is under $100). He looked out for our budget, knowing it was important to us. Paul was very attentive to the whole process. A year or so ago he did some work on the PC while in the home -- but it was a 90-minute process (worked, too!! -- all well afterward until our PC got hit by some vicious malware)... ... in late 2014 and early 2015, he had to take the PC tower away to put it through the Windows Repair programs, as well as other work, e.g. Vid card replacement. We did have a smaller, old back up to use for that time (over a holiday and a weekend), and Paul set it all up for us so we'd still have a working PC. His work was thorough, and he explained it all as needed, including specific, succinct texts to advise what was happening. The visits were scheduled carefully, for out convenience, and he was more than prompt -- meaning he was not only on time, but also communicated before the appt., to confirm, and then estimating an arrival time via text as he headed toward our neck of the woods. It was all done very professionally, with a friendly, convivial manner, and all of the work was done in a highly satisfying way. Which means -- it's all fixed! Also, he assisted in setting up more efficient security on the PC, to prevent future problems. His pricing is the best value in the area. More than fair, in fact. His work saved us having to go out for a new PC -- since the current one is now a bit over three years old, we really didn't want to HAVE to get a new one.
