Description of Work: Our computer was running slow and freezing up. Paul removed unnecessary programs and files. He found several viruses, which he removed. He installed a PC clean up program to help keep the computer clutter free. He answered all my concerns and questions and offered to be available if I have any problems after the tune up.

Description of Work: We had very serious operating system software problems with our computer probably resulting from a defective installation by the computer manufacturer. They caused considerable operational difficulties which were not resolved using suggestions from computer specialties on the Internet. It took DeepBlue Computers many hours over several days to diagnose and correct all the problems. He worked very h****** all the problems despite several failed attempts. He was not satisfied until all the problems were resolved. He was very diligent and it a pleasure dealing with him.

Description of Work: Deep Blue erased the hard drive on an old computer so that I could recycle itn . That went very well. Then they attempted to get my printer to communicate with my computer. This has been a problem off and on for a few years, and I was assured that they could fix it. The tech was able to make it work, but after he left I could not. I called. They did an over-the-phone fix, which again worked for a short time but quickly stopped. The company did try hard to get the computer/printer communication reestablished, but in the end they did not succeed. Therefore, I ended up paying for this service, which they assured me they could do, to no avail.

Dear Customer, My records show that you have purchased 2 hours on site computer labor for $99 and there were no extra charges. During the 2 hour intervention 2 laptops have been cleaned, optimized and the operating system updated. Data from PC tower computer was transferred on one of the 2 laptops and then the computer’s hard drive was wiped clean. Also, the printer was connected to your wifi network and test it. Before living your house I made two recommendations in regards with your printer and your wifi network coverage: 1. Because of the weak wifi signal, the router should be moved in another area (it was under your son’s bed). 2. The ink cartridges in your printer were clogged and almost empty. I recommend you to change them. Same recommendations I made 10 days after the intervention, when you told me the printer is connected to your network, is online and is the default printer, but is not printing. I’m sorry to hear after 6 months that you are still having issues with your printer. If there is something I can do to help you out in this matter, please let me know. Best Regards, Paul
