I needed software installed on one computer and a check for viruses and software on another computer.He was very pleasant to work with and did a great job. We would hire him to do work for us in the future.

I was very pleased with the work Mr. Andrei performed. He called to confirm our appointment and inquired about the nature of the project so he would be properly prepared for the work. I have an older laptop that had been running slowly due to lots of unnecessary programs running in the background. Paul was able to maximize the laptop's performance, make a recommendation for a memory upgrade and antivirus software more appropriate for our family's needs. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and honest, even asking me to call him back after having worked with the laptop to say whether I was pleased with its performance or if I thought it needed more work. I would highly recommend Deep Blue Computers.

Paul was fantastic! I bought a deal from Angie's List for 2 hours of work. A few minutes after I purchased it, I called Deep Blue to schedule an appointment. It was scheduled for the next business day (Monday). Paul arrived 5 minutes early, was professionally dressed, and ready to work. He looked at my computer, found it was badly infected with multiple viruses and the motherboard was dying. (I knew it was a mess when I called!) He was honest with me about what could be done and offered me options. He even suggested the least expensive option, which was to disinfect the computer then transfer all the clean files to another computer we already owned. He took the computer home to clean it -- both the software and hardware. He left a detailed receipt indicating he had taken the computer with him. He said he would run the cleaning program overnight and call on Tuesday morning. He called at 9am the next day! It was great! I didn't have to wait around all day for a call! We agreed to meet at my home on Wednesday morning. Once again, he was exactly on time. He explained what he had done, complete with photos of the inside of my computer. He then connected the old computer to the new one to transfer the files, set a time later in the day to come back and make sure it had worked properly, and told me to call if I needed anything. Once again, he returned at the exact time we had agreed upon. He spent another hour and a half making sure everything was working and getting everything set up the way I like it. Voila! We were done! Paul is very honest and his prices are great! He is a hard worker. He is personable, too. We talked about his family, his background and growing up in Romania, his military service, and more. He even offers a 90 day warranty on his work. I definitely recommend Paul and will use him again in the future.

After we bought the coupon from Angie's List, Paul Andrei of Deep Blue Computer Service contacted us via e-mail within a day.We made an appointment for him to come to our home. He arrived on time and was clean-cut and well groomed. We hired him to give us advice on the purchase of a new computer or the upgrading of the existing one. His two hours began when he got to the house. When he had finished with his assessment, we asked him to look at two laptops that were giving us trouble. After working on them at the dining room table, he said that we had trojans and viruses. He took them, repaired them, and returned them the next day. It was the cleaning up of those two laptops for which we paid. When he delivered them, at a time convenient for me, he told us that he would work without charge if we continued to have problems with them. Apparenty, the computers were very infected and needed many hours of work. Mr. Andrei was delightful, well informed, honest, and provided very convenient service. We will use him again for any computer needs. Definitely an A rating!

I contacted Paul after seeing the special $59 coupon rate offered for PC service. Our home computer has been running a bit slow recently and I also have not been able to connect properly to a business network that I use for work. Paul took the time to evaluate as much as possible to determine possilbe cause(s). It was determined a parental control software was the major culprit by use of it's filter selections. We contacted the software company to confirm our findings. Paul worked with their tech support to de-install the program and re-install the program with the latest update. The situation improved as much as possible under the circumstances of needing to still use the parental control software. Paul also suggested a workaround step I can do to access the business network to the fullest capacity possible for our PC. Paul offered additional suggestions regarding additional memory we may want to consider adding and items to consider if we choose to upgrade our home PC system in the future. Paul's genuine customer service was much appreciated and I will contact him again in the future.

Paul was excellent with smile and a good sense of humor. He was frustrated several times but just kept at it until he obtained the results we wanted. After all my frustrations and hours of trying to do the same thing, I was thrilled with the results.

The work was performed by Deep Blue's owner, who provided exceptional communications throughout this project--finding out in advance what I needed, being very accomodating of my schedule, and patiently explaining each process he performed. He looked into several settings to make sure the notebook would be operating at peak performance, and was careful to estimate both the value and cost of allowing him to make various adjustments that he thought would be helpful. I also thought he immediately understood the unique security requirements associated with a notebook computer that was being used for personal and business purposes. To the best of my knowledge, Deep Blue is a new and small performer in the computer services market in Indianapolis, but I was very pleased with the services provided, and thought the hourly charges were reasonable and competitive. I would not hestiate to use to the company again.

Paul visited first, to get the layout and assignment clear and tell me what equipment to buy, then was prompt on his return visit to set everything up. Very professional.

Paul was very professional! He called in advance of his arrival. Once he arrived we spent the first few minute discussing the issues we needed resolved. He immediately went to work and one by one explained what he was doing and why. He was very aware of his time and therefore work very efficiently. Paul is great. He is very thorough, polite and very professional. I liked him a lot and would recommend him.

Paul emailed and we set up a time at my home. He was early to the appointment by 5 mins (awesome) and took a look at my laptop even while three of my children got off the bus. My youngest talked to him and asked him questions as he was diagnosing the problem. I had a new laptop battery but could not remove the old one. Paul said that he needed to take the machine to his lap to be in an anti-static environment but would bring it back by the end of the night. He left my hard drive with me. Within 2.5 hours, he called and dropped my machine back, installed the hard drive and waited to make sure it booted up fine. The machine is very quick and completely restored. He told me while he had it at his lab, he ran diagnostics and dusted out the components since he had everything opened. The machine is as good as new. The broken clip that did not allow for the old battery to be removed is now fixed. I would totally hire Paul and Deep Blue for any type of computer work in my home or business. Thoroughly professional and great communication.

In future the only thing I'd do differently would be to ask up front for a time estimate and ask if they can actually stick to that.

Paul called promptly and scheduled appointment for the next day. He was on time and friendly. Very thorough in diagnosing our problem offered additional help. Would definitely recommend Paul.

My laptop has had power jack problems for a quite some time now. Many service shops would not even touch it because they either did not want to mess with it or wanted to sell me a new motherboard or computer. Paul said it would be no problem to fix it, that he could get it done in couple days with no problem. Before the end of the week, my laptop was working just like new again. Paul was very nice and knowledgeable. I could hardly believe how fast DeepBlue Computers got to me and fixed my problem. If I have any more computer problems, I will definitely be calling DeepBlue! I will also be telling all of my friends, family members, and co-workers that DeepBlue Computers is the best computer repair place in the area, hand down!

We contacted Deep Blue and on the same day he was at our facility ready to tackle the issue. After our computer was fixed, Paul was kind of enough to explain his work in layman's terms. I feel very comfortable using this company again. I'm very satisfied with the work that was completed.
