We were very pleased with it, it has been really good. He performed services overtime and when he had, he has given lots of information and he's been really patient, really been thorough, and he has been absolutely great, and he was very prompt. I would recommend him to anybody. There's nothing bad we could say about him. He's excellent, he's an A+, and we'll continue to promote him because he's great.

Paul was prompt,courteous,knowledeable and very personable. He asked us to check his work as he went so he was sure things were set up for our needs. I purchased a Big Deal coupon for DeepBlue Computers. I paid additional charges aside from the coupon. The work met my expectations more or less. The problem I'm having with my computer maybe is beyond their capability. The pricing for the Big Deal which is $70 per hour is a bit stiff for me.

It was two hours of in home service for the Big Deal. It took him 10-15 min to determine that it would be more than two hours. It ended up costing me another $70. I don’t know if it was a good deal or not. The gentleman was polite as can be. He took care of the problems I was having.

Overall experience was good. He did the work I asked, cleaned up afterward and was polite and professional.

Everything went very well. After calling Paul to make an appointment, he promptly called me back and was able to come to my house that day. After taking the computer with him, he emailed me to give me an update on the status. My wireless issue was something different, and he suggested a product called "power lines." He purchased these for me-I reimbursed him-and helped me to install them when he returned with the computer. The computer is now working perfectly and so is my internet. If I have any further problems, there is a 90 day guarantee, and he told me to be sure to call with any problems.

Paul arrived scheduled appt, called the day of 20 minutes prior and said he would arrive at 2pm. He arrived at 2pm and proceeded to hook up our wireless printer and cleaned up our old computer. He was quite professional and courteous.

I had spent hours unsuccessfully trying to get my email to a different computer and to get the printer networked so it could be used from any of our 4 computers. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He fixed network, email, and installation problems quickly, then transferred information from the hard drive of the old computer to the new one. He gave me some very helpful maintenance advice.

It was a so-so project. I don't think he had the resources to do what we needed to have done. In the end, I had to go to a different place to get the work done. I think the project was just too complex for the software he was using. He simply didn't have the resources. However, if we had a smaller project with our computers, we would call him again.

Call Paul, told him problem, he picked up CPU gave estimate $120.00. Call twice to tell me progress. Returned CPU-call him if additional problem.

He did an excellent job. He showed me how to delete continuing unwanted catalog offers, etc. He also fixed some other things I wanted done. He also took the computer home to get rid of the viruses and then took the other one to do the same. He was punctual, personable, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him.

He fixed somethings on my computer and found that there were a bunch of viruses on my computers so he took them and debugged them. They are fine now. He also fixed my printer. He was excellent and did a super job. He is very personable and knew what he was doing.

Very well. Paul was always on time and very professional. He explained problems & solutions so my senior mind could understand. I suspect he spent more time than his estimate but did not charge any more. After he repaired desktop I asked him about reloading Vista to my laptop and cleaning it up after I had screwed it up by loading XP and the drivers did not work on some programs. He charged me a minimum amount to do the extra work in my opinion. He suspects the hard drive on desktop may be bad but it is fixed for now. He said if the hard drive is bad it most likely will go again in the forseeable future and he will come back and switch the hard drive to a spare I have, under his gurantee. I am more than satisfied with his service.

Paul arrived at appointed time and did the work that I asked him to do and he answered all of my questions. I had Paul for 2 hours and he worked the whole time. His company DeepBlue Computers has been passed to several of my friends and we will keep his card handy.

Paul showed up on time and spend 2 hours to diagnose my computer. I was told that my computer was beyond repair but I can save my data from it. The information stored on my computer was very important for me and Paul was able to save that for me . The whole process took about a week and Paul kept me informed all the time with the progress. I will definitely use this company again.

I contacted DeepBlue Computers and talked with Paul Andrei concerning my husband's computer that would not start. Paul came out to the house and almost immediately realized that the hard drive had failed. We talked about a new computer especially since the power pack was also going bad. However, since my husband is 93 years old and all the new computers come with the Windows 8 software - Paul thought maybe it might be hard for him to adjust to the new software. Paul then suggested we replace the hard drive and power pack and he would try to retrieve all of the data on the failing hard drive. Paul kept in touch with me over the next few days to let me know how things were going and checked with me before purchasing any parts. He was able to retrieve all the information on the hard drive, located a used power pack, checked all of the other parts and returned the processor as good as new. I had purchased the coupon from Angie's list for 2 hours of on-site computer labor for $104. For that Paul diagnosed my husband's computer as well as mine. The cost of retrieving data, replacing power supply, hard drive and restoring data was another $120 plus the hard drive. I felt this was all very reasonable. Paul is a very personable, professional young man. He is also very helpful and keeps you informed all of the way how things are going. He showed up on time and explained each step in simple terms so that I could understand what he was doing. I highly recommend this company to do work on your computer.

I bought the Angie's Big Deal for computer service because I had a new router/2 modems set up in my house. I had all of the available hardware I needed but really didn't want to deal with any set-up problems. I've tried too many simple projects that ended up costingme a lot more time than I wanted to spend. Paul configured the system so that I wouldn't need the 2nd modem for coverage and set up my "old" router as my 2nd (repeater) after installing my first one. He had to take the old router home to update the firmware (I think that's it) so that it would work as a repeater. He came back the next day and made his configuration work. He even gave me some suggestions about buying a better external antennae for better wireless reception in my house. Paul even followed up with an email. This is very seldom done by contractors but something that I greatly appreciate. With the Big Deal I think the price was very good (the Big Deal was $59 and I was charged for $20 travel fees - upfront and reasonable). I would feel comfortable using Paul again in the future for any of my computer needs.
