It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked real well. I spent about $75 more than they quoted. The guy was really dedicated. He spent a lot of time working on it.

provider came to my home to set up Wi-Fi in the house. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He also cleaned up my desktop.

My experience went very well. He was very professional and friendly. He was great with communicating and following up. I was pleased with the outcome of the service. The pricing was reasonable. I would recommend this company to others.

The owner is a PROFESSIONAL and knows what he's doing. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone needing computer repair. I will most CERTAINLY be contacting him again in the future for any needed repairs.

I called DeepBlue Computers at 10am on Sunday morning when I discovered my MS Office wasn't working. Within 10 minutes over the phone, Paul had the problem fixed and I was able to wrap up some important work. Very happy with DeepBlue Computer's service and rates.

It went very smoothly. He went through several possible solutions for each issue and discovered I needed to purchase equipment in order to accomplish what I wanted to do. He carefully explained what I needed and what to do and wrote down some directions for me. He used the remainder of the time to tutor me on windows 8. I can now use shortcuts to accomplish tasks I was previously very frustrated with Due to a glitch with the Angies list system he was unable to find my address from the Big Deal code and was 20 minutes late.

Great! Not only did the merchant do what he said he would do, he poked up the broken computer and turned it promptly. He also madesomerecommendations to help us from duplicating the problem in the future.

We had purchased a big deal, and the service turned out great. We had him come back. We had to buy a new computer, and he came and helped us with that. We had to pay more than the big deal, because of the extra that we purchased.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out very well. I liked their thoroughness and the person who came out was very knowledgeable and a nice person. He came back because he could not quite fix the problem the first time and had to go do more research. Then he fixed it and if I had problems again I certainly would call on them.

They were very accessible. The gentleman was very helpful and courteous.

Paul was detailed and thorough. He was not able to fix my computer with the 2 hour Big Deal, but took it with him and repaired it. It cost a little extra, but I am very happy to have my computer working with all its files, instead of having to purchase a new one and lose all my information.

Paul called in advance and arrived on time. He was personable and professional. He did the work quickly and efficiently and solved the problems we were having on two different laptops.

I had an emergency. I was leaving town and needed my computer. I had dealt with Paul before, so he knew me. I called him at 8:30 at night. The next morning, he bounced in, fixed it, and bounced it, refusing payment. I gave him his lunch sandwich money! His usual payments are reasonable; I have always paid the going rate in the past and will again. This was an unusual situation and took little of his time. During the time I have used him, we have become good friends. He is the American Success Story. He is from Romania us, has a nice family, works hard, and knows his stuff. I will definitely, most definitely, use him again.

I had two computers that were not working. One was wireless and the other was less than 2 years old. I was not there to speak with him since I was ill. He was able to diagnose one printer was broken and not repairable. He was able to get the other printer to work, but he did not work once he left. I need to have him come back out and try to fix it again.

It was great. There were no additional charges. They are terrific.

I purchased the big deal for DeepBlue due to my laptop being essentially fried. It would not even start, and I was concerned that I would not be able to retrieve my files (mostly family photos) from it. Paul contacted me immediately, raced over to my house, and spent the next 3 days completely rebuilding my laptop. He stayed in constant contact with me even though it occurred over a weekend. Once he had FAR exceeded the original framework of the big deal, he proposed that he keep trying to return the computer to working condition and quoted me an estimate which was much more than reasonable given all the work that he was performing. I advised him to continue trying, and he shortly delivered my better-than-new laptop. He followed up twice to make sure that I was satisfied with the work performed. As a mother with toddlers, it is of utmost importance that in-home contractors be individuals that I trust. Paul was by far the most congenial and comfortable that I have worked with, and even loaned a baby laptop to my children for the duration of my repair. He is diligent, creative, and reliable. I would whole-heartedly recommend him, especially for public office!

Great -- I have completed this survey twice already so this is the third and final communication from me.

It did not work out very well. He was here for two plus hours, he charged me for the extra time. He did not get the Outlooks working correctly. We went to Ohio the next day, turned on one of our computers on, and only had three of the original icons on it. I called him and asked him what I could do to get the black screen going. He said he did not know and look at it when we came back. I messed around with it and got it going by going back to the defaults. There are a couple of things that still are not working right as far as the things that are supposed to be transferred. I just had the sense that it was not going to get any better; I will not let anyone touch my computers again, because I have them working again. I am going to keep going with I have, rather than try to mess with it anymore. We did not get what we want. The initial price for two hours was not bad. He did try to come back, I just would not let him. He was on time. I would not use them again.

For someone who is not technologically savvy...Paul is a wonderful teacher. He is patient, thorough, and (almost) best of all, he has a sense of humor! I am much more confident with the computer and able to use it more effectively. I will certainly call Paul when I am ready to move up to the next level of competency!

Everything went well. I am hard to please. I have only good things to say about this IT Specialist..

It went terrific! Paul is likeable, professional, and efficient. My laptop was more of a mess than I could have imagined. "Very infected". He took an additional 45 minutes to clean up the viruses and run multiple scans, and only charged $10 more for the additional time. I plan to use him for regular periodic checks to make sure my computer stays healthy.

Was pleased with work done and how laptop worked when work was finished.

Went exceptionally well. Paul is articulate and knows what he is doing. while he was waiting for the computer to cylcle through to fix the problem, he asked if there was anything else that he could fix. Well I did not have anything else but did have IT questions regarding other stuff such as wifi router and use for my iPad and asked for recommendations. Specifically would something work if I purchased it. Highly recommend and will use in the future.

Paul was very patient, answering all of our questions. He made several trips to our home allowing the software to run its course. He was very thorough and efficient.
