Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal last year. I never heard from the company, however Angies List sent and email on their behalf saying the had a huge response to the deal, and were working to get everyone schedules. A few weeks after receiveing the email I left a message asking to use the Deal. I didn't hear back from the company. January this year I checked and saw that the Del had expired on 12/29/12. I called Angies List for a refund, they suggested I call the company and ask them to honor the deal. I did that and spoke with Randy, he was very appologetic, saying he was having issues with Angies List, but was still willing to honor the coupon. We set a date for March 4 between 9-noon(at the time if was mid Feb), Randy asked me to send him an email with my address and contact information, which I did that day. On March 4, about 10am, I called Randy to check what time he was going to arrive as I had to run out to the store for a few minutes. Randy seemed surprised and didn't remember speaking to me or setting the appoitment. He said he could still get me in today and to call hime when I got back from the store. I called Randy back around 10:30, he said he would have to check his schedule and re-arrange some things, but he could still get me in that day. He said he would check his schedule and call me back. I waited the entire day, and never hear back from him. I called the morning of Marth 5. Randy again seemed appologetic, and told me he was still in the process of working through issues with payment from Angies List. He mentioned that his lawyer said not to have conversations about Angies List or do anymore work at this time. I explained if that was the case he should have told me that yesterday, instead of telling me he would call me back and come complete the work. Obviously this company is having problems. I feel bad, but the customer service I received was probably some of the worst I have ever had. Randy offered to do the work for directly for me, instead of going through Angie List. I declined.

Description of Work: Provider Was Very Helpful On The Phone. It Seems That There Was A Mix Up Between he anAnd giesAnd List. He Offered To Complete The Work Even Without Getting Paid, But I Told Him That Would Not Be Necessary, As I Did Not Want Him To Have To Work For Free.

Description of Work: We purchased additional rooms and had our entire house cleaned.

Description of Work: The provider initially suggested that I purchase a product for the job. The product was not appropriate for the job. A couple of weeks after the job was completed, the caulking began to slowly fall out of the joints between the tiles in the shower. I contacted the contractor. Once they discovered that the product that was used was inappropriate, they came out and re-did the job with the correct product. I believe they only corrected the problem areas and not the entire job. We sealed the joints as instructed and allowed the joints to cure for over the amount of time they suggested. It appeared as though the problem was solved. Unfortunatey now a few months later we are noticing that the caulking between the tiles is slowing softening and beginning to slough off. We are very disappointed. Obviously this contractor uses a "band-aid" approach which does not stand the test of time. I hope others do not make the same mistake. I hope Angies List will not recommend this contractor to other consumers. Since this contractor was given the chance to correct the problem once, I would not trust them to make the "Job right" at this point.

Description of Work: Your records should reflect that I gave up on this deal when the contractor did not show up on the agreed upon date and time and did not call to cancel or apologize for wasting my entire day. A refund is pending. Although I received an email indicating that refund was credited to my account, my last billing did not reflect any of that activity.

Description of Work: I bought the Big Deal and Randy, who owns the business performed the work himself. - my shower stall has been difficult to clean and looking bad for some years. He explained that the grout was actually intact but the tiles needed cleaning - which he did and applied some of the time that would have been spent on regrouting to that - because our square feet were just not 3 hrs big. He applied additional synthetic caulking that cleaned between very well. He also showed us how we could do simple caulking jobs ourselves. If you have bought a Big Deal with "rapid response" don't just wait for a call. Find Randy's company on Angie's List and call him yourself - preferably at a time when he would be getting ready for a job or lunchtime or after normal hours. He will talk to you and the wait is not that bad. My only complaint is with Angie's list itself and how they are conducting these Big Deals. They generate these "Rapid Response" deals for very small companies saying there will be a supplier contacting the purchased within 48 hours - which is ridiculous if there is a large response and the person is doing work too. They really ought to be working better in setting up the deals in a way that will work - based on capacity - and not artifically inflate expectations.

Description of Work: Randy evaluated floor, identified the repairs that needed to be done prior to cleaning. He provided options & recommendation We had him remove all the old grout, regrout, and then work to get it cleaned and polished. I recommend his services. He and Jose were on time, professional and cleaned up afterwards.

Description of Work: He arrived exactly on time and did an excellent job in cleaning my shower tile and regrouting. He even put all new caulking around the tub - it looks so much better. I will definitely call him for future work.

Description of Work: I needed to have my hallway and bathroom painted. Randy was very detailed, completed all tasks and also painted the downstairs ceiling. I appreciate his dedication and will use him in the future.

Description of Work: I don't recall exactly how much we spent, but we did have him do extra work for us, including sealing the tile/grout and we also had him do some carpet cleaning for us. He did a better job than anyone has ever been able to do on our carpet We were extremely pleased.

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for tile and grout cleaning. Randy came out and did a great job of cleaning the tile floor in my bathroom and kitchen, he also cleaned the tub surround in the bathroom and sealed everything. Everything looks great and I'm glad to have the grout color back to normal and clean. Randy was on time, personable, friendly, and extremely hard working. I'm planning on him doing a few other things around the house as well. I would recommend him to anyone.

Description of Work: Unfortunately, we had a very negative interaction with this company. We scheduled a Saturday morning appointment giving the time of 8:30 AM to come by for a quote for exterior painting. I emailed the address and a reminder of the appointment day and time to the owner. My husband stayed home from work, and by 9:00 AM we telephoned to see where we stood, and the owner was at a breakfast meeting and stated he did not know we had a set time. To his credit, he did come 30 minutes later and apologized and if that was the end of the miss steps we would be using them topaint our home. Unfortunately, we experienced more problems! We telephoned and stated we would go with his company, and the owner stated he would be over with a sign for our yard that next Sunday and with a contract to sign. He also stated we did not have to be home that he would put the sign in the yard and email the contract if we needed to be out. Monday afternoon came and went and we did not hear from this company so I texted stating we no longer wished to go with this company. We never heard a word back, no explanation, no apology for not coming on Sunday. We found someone that was punctual and professional to paint, but it set us back about two weeks of getting the job done!

Description of Work: Randy, returned my email and called back within a day. He came and did an overview within another day and scheduled his team to work in a really timely manner. He was very polite, and professional as well as punctual! He had our house powerwashed and the trim, door, and shutters on our house were painted. It was done neatly, and really looks good. He even used a more premium paint than had been used on our house previously. His team even fixed some loose siding on the side of our house. We were very happy with this company!
