Description of Work: Randy was hired to do fairly complex trim on a combination of 24 windows and doors in a new addition in Butler Tarkington. He was very quick, efficient and responsive to our requests, and also mudded a wall that needed painting prep. I have used him before twice, once for tile cleaning, and once for drywall repair, and he has always done good work. His price was much much better than our general contractor had quoted so we used him. Texting is a good way to reach him, but he returns phone calls at the end of the day. He only has a few helpers, so you have to work with him to find a time when he can get there - when he does, you will have an excellent result for less money than many of the others on this list.

Description of Work: Within a few days of contacting provider, provider came out to look at project and gave an estimate. I contacted provider for another project, but provider didn't return call. Since initial contact with provider, I have found a better deal who I feel will be reliable.

+ -1 moreExcellent. They were professional, detailed, and explained what they were doing and why. Their foreman on the job, Shane, went well above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Door hardware was removed, everything was double coated and when the job too longer than expected; the foreman stayed on the make sure everything was perfect. They cleaned up their work area and made sure we had plenty of spare paint for future touch-ups, even when that meant purchasing a fresh gallon when the trim color was completely used up. Everything was pressure washed and, when changes needed to happen with trim color, they were suggested and then executed at no additional cost.
Description of Work: An elaborate 3 color paint scheme on the entire house.

They went to the Porter Paint experts and had a representative come to the house to do a test on woods for the trim I was using and told me about various properties of finishes I wanted. I was particular and Randy and his men were very professional and determined to get me what I wanted in a top quality manner.
