Good. They showed up when they were supposed to and called ahead. They were $73 cheaper than another company for the same service. Another company couldn't give a price quote for a drain clean over the phone.

We went. They know what they were doing.

They always do a good job--we've been using their services at least 15 years! Even though there's been changes in the employees that we've worked with over that time, they are all consistently good. They're very pleasant and give good advice on how to improve things on your own.

Guys came soon after they called. Brought in the equipment, went to work and did a great job.

THESE ARE JUST GREAT GUYS. I USED THEM ONCE FOR MAIN SEWER LINE A YEAR AGO. THEY RESPOND QUICKLY --IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM AND GO TO WORK. EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM IS GOOD. THEY ARE EXTREMELY HONEST AND IN THIS DAY AND AGE THAT MEANS A GREAT DEAL.

We had tree roots growing in our sewer line. The roots were causing a clog. I called on Thursday afternoon and they came Friday morning. They worked quickly and were thorough and removed the clog. Since we don't have a ground level clean out, they had to get on the roof and go through the roof vent. The price would have been $95 less if they didn't have to get on the roof. This is the second time we have used them and they do a good job.

My experience overall was great. I felt the price was very reasonable. The two gentlemen were professional, friendly and really motivated to figure out a way to solve a challenging problem (due to an unusual pipe configuration). They gave me tips on how to address the issue myself if the drain starts slowing down again. They were detailed and very patient as I wrote down notes for future reference. They also took the time to address a new grinding noise in my garbage disposal, which they explained to me was created by gunk and Drano that I had used. They fixed this issue as well. There is a 30 day guarantee on the work, which I think is great. I would highly recommend this company.

They have been nothing but awesome each time. Prompt, courteous, get right to work, and professional. I highly suggest them!I know that I will be calling them out the next time I have the tree root invasion...they save me thousands from having to dig up the sewer line.

They cleared the obstruction which was great, but two main complaints with their service. First, was that my wife could not get anyone there to give her an idea of the costs while making the appt or even once the serviceman showed up. Secondly, I had already bought a new wax ring to re-seat the toilet. They used it, but I didn't see any discount on my bill for supplying the part. Not a big deal, but added to the overall feeling we were being gouged by them. A bill for about $240 for work that took them about an hour also seems excessive.

They were prompt, professional, and personable.

I called them around 9am and by 11:30am they were here and working on the problem. They cleared the drains and water is flowing freely.

I woke up this morning to shower that was not draining. After a few minutes the water started to rise in the shower when other sinks, showers, etc. were used. I called Curt and Jerry at 8:00am and was told they would be out around noon. They quoted me a price on the phone of $165. They called me at 12:15 and told me they were on their way so I could meet them at the house. The service men were very professional and really new their business. They diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes and the charge was $165 just like quoted. It is refreshing to have a company do what they say for the price they quote. I would highly recommend Curt and Jerry Sewer Service to anyone.

After checking Angie's List, I called them mid-day on Monday, Jan 24 to clear our stoppage. They made every effort to arrive that afternoon but called me late afternoon to say they could not be there until the morning of were not free to do so until Tuesday morning. They arrive promptly, made their assessment, and cleared the stoppage. The servicemen were tidy, cleaned up well, and were professional in their work.

Great. The guys were very nice, and it was most helpful to understand what happened. They checked the line for root blockage and there was none, it was most likely a toilet clog that cleared itself out. I told them I had an issue before with gurgling in the tub and read on the internet to pour super hot water-- just below boiling down the toilet. One of the guys affirmed this was a wise move and encouraged me to fill the tub with hot water every so often and let it drain. This is useful because we don't take baths often and I often wash clothes in cold water. It seemed like the one toilet was flushing a bit better after they cleared the line. I have been filling the sink with hot water every so often. Seems like gunk can build up in the line and the toilet paper, perhaps in a curve in the line might have been the problem. Overall, nice guys. Seemed knowledgable. Didn't really have the issue I thought, but I learned a lot and now I know what to do. I gave a B on professionalism because there was some confusion in the office and I thought they were going to call back before coming. I was like 5 minutes away, so no worries.

I requested a "first call" appointment and they were able to accomodate. A dispatcher called first thing the morning of the appt. to let me know when the workmen would arrive, and they were right on time. They went right to work and had the first drain line already draining better within a few minutes. The line was VERY clogged and they continued to work on it until it was draining well. Then they pulled out the "big" machine (down a flight of stairs to the basement) to clear the sewer line. All the while, they explained several things about how drain pipes and sewer lines work. The information was very helpful for future reference and to help us avoid unpleasant and inconvenient problems. They didn't have to take their time to explain those things, so we appreciated it very much. They took time also to hose down (several times) the affected surfaces - which was a huge blessing as we were not looking forward to having to deal with the clean up. Both of the men were very friendly and great at what they do. It's unpleasant work, but you wouldn't know it by their work ethic and their attitudes! We're happy to say that they exceeded our expectations! One observation would be that when we first called, the woman who answered wasn't able to give us even a ball park idea of their prices. She said it would depend on the type of drains that their workers found, but that they would give us a price before they started the work. Not really a big problem, but it would have been nice to at least have a rough idea of their base price for a sewer line, etc.

My husband called them in the morning and they were able to come out the same morning. They checked the drain, and cleaned out what was causing it to back up

These guys got right to the problem, found a way to the drain "cleanout" and had us "running" in short order. They were confident and prepared to do the job and seemed to take pride in getting the drain clean. I had another company come the day before who could not find the drain cleanout, made a huge mess on our carpet, made the problem worse (drain went from slow to toilet overflowing,) disconnected our sump pump and charged me $400 and estimated another $1200 to get it repaired completely. I'm so glad I got a second opinion. I learned not to call a plumber when you need a drain cleaner! By the way, I called the first company and they said they are refunding my money.

they were very prompt. i called at 8 and they were there by 830. I would definitely recommend.

They were very promt, came out the next day and were friendly. They explained what probably had happened and gave me some tips on using the garbage disposal in the future. What I am upset about is the way they handled their cleanup. Instead of cleaning the area around the sewer drain, or telling me there is still a mess down there, they took some old roofing shingles that were sitting down there and placed them over the mess. After a couple days of the smell not going away, I found the mess under the shingles and had to throw those out and mop up the floor with bleach. If they do not clean up then a head's up would have been appreciated. I could've handled the mess much easier

Everything was great. They were done in 30 minutes and the drain/pipe works great. Their drain cleaning abilities are second to none.

I went to company's HQ and requested a company PLUMBER be dispatched to repair/replace kitchen plumbing. Two employees of company, Chuck and Ron (not plumbers), arrived @ service address [313 N Kitley Avenue 46219-6216] 12/20/2007. They inspected kitchen sink/plumbing and went downstairs to look at sink line. Employees came upstairs and indicated PLUMBER would be dispatched 12/21/2007, and that THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGE FOR THE WORK DONE FOR THE SINK LINE CLEANING THAT DAY (which I did not authorize, nor was aware of until after completion) NOR ANY CHARGE FOR THE INSPECTION/VISIT THAT DAY. Licensed plumber, a new employee named Mr Simons, came out to premises on 12/21/2007. Plumber fixed plumbing problem (clogged horizontal pipe underneath sink), installed new parts, then called his office for verification of charges. Woman in office indicated he should charge kitchen sink line cleaning of previous day for $115.00. I spoke with lady on the phone, who told me she would call sheriff if I didn't also pay the kitchen sink line cleaning of previous day. I explained that company employees Chuck and Ron said there would be no charge for the work/visit of 12/20/2007; lady from company reiterated her threat of sheriff intervention – which is all right with me, because I wasn't threatened by her bluff of a sheriff's visit. Mr. Simons was paid the $115 for the "clean-out" of 12/20, plus $76.80 for parts and his labor of $80, totaling $271.80 for the 12/21/2007 invoice, which I still have. Mr Simons was very professional and was put in a volatile situation between his company and me as a customer. Mr Simons then left after cleaning up well after his repair work. I was overcharged $115 for work not previously authorized; company employee at office on 12/21/2007 was belligerent, rude, and avaricious, insulting me and my 90-year-old mother and delivering unprofessional customer service not in accordance with their “company policy.”

Called on a Saturday morning with water backing up in the kitchen sink and dishwasher, they were there within 2 hours. Was not an easy job, as clog was built up from some incorrect plumbing done more than ten years ago. They were very professional and the price seemed fair.
