We paid a premium price for the new Aqua Sensor unit. The purchased softener was not initially installed, so they had to come back and install correctly. We don't have confidence that the service techs know how to service the sensor units, especially with the type of water Carmel has. We've had to have it serviced for using too much salt. Just called on Monday (1/13/14) to have serviced again and can't get an appointment until 1/23/14. Always takes awhile to get service. Interestingly, last time the I had the unit serviced, the tech left his truck running the whole time he was in my house. Had to be at least 45 minutes, because he had to call the main office for advice. I'll finish by saying I know there are good people who work for Culligan. Just wish the owners would allow them to become a top-rated company again.

Water softener quit working after Christmas. Called Culligan to get someone to come out and look at it. I was dissappointed they couldn't get anyone to look at it for almost 2 weeks (Reason for the and quot;Band quot; rating for Responsiveness). But, the service man arrived on the day scheduled. He was very polite and professional. He fixed the water softener and suggested the company call us in a few days to ensure it was still working correctly.

Okay, see above. One time and finished in about 1 hours. They need some soft of discount when they repair and replace one service calls, or not charge for service call if they repair and replace!

Service went very well! Paul was very thorough. I had a 10% discount card. The 10% was applied to one system and to the parts only. I had expected the 10% to apply to the whole bill. Paul confirmed it was only for one system's parts. Another add on chrage was fuel purchased. With gas prices at a 5 year low, I was surprised to see that.

Good. He got there early - but I was able to leave work early. He re-set times on water softener too and added water alarm. He was very nice.

Excellent help in instructions. We got new printed instruction to be sent by Culligan.

Overall a great interaction. Mr. Justice was on time and was able to give me several recommendations on how to get the most out of our system. We were a little concerned with the water level in our softener but he assured me that it should continue to function normally and recommended NOT purchasing a new system unless it was absolutely necessary. That honesty and integrity is always appreciated. Will definitely be using them in the future if we have any problems!
