Description of Work: ANOTHERPLUMBING COMPANY INDICATED THAT THEY COULD NOT REPAIR OUR WATER SOFTENER SINCE THEY HAVE HAD DIFFICULTY PURCHASING REPAIR PARTS FROM CULLIGAN. SO, WE CALLED CULLIGAN AND ARRANGED FOR THEM TO COME OUT AND REPAIR OUR WATER SOFTENER. I REQUESTED AND CONFIRMED THAT THEY WOULD COME OUT AFTER 1 PM ON THE SCHEDULED DATE. I ROOK A HALF-DAY OFF OF WORK TO BE AT HOME TO MEET THEM. I CALLED TO VERIFY THAT THEY WERE STILL COMING AFTER 1PM. THEY CONFIRMED. THEY DID NOT SHOW FOR THE APPOINTMENT.

Description of Work: I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT ON A WEDNESDAY BETWEEN 8 AND 8:30 AM. AT 8:15 AM, I CALLED TO CHECK AND WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD BE THERE AT 10:00 AM. AT 10:20 AM, I CALLED TO CHECK AND THEY SAID THE APPOINTMENT WAS FOR 11:00 AM. THEY OFFERED NO APOLOGIES AND ACTED AS IF THEY HAD DONE NOTHING WRONG. I CANCELLED THE APPOINTMENT AND DO NOT PLAN TO EVER USE THEM AGAIN.
