Description of Work: We contracted with them through Landmark Landscaping. The came to our house and told us that they could not manage the work and they had trouble with the gravel so they left. They billed us twice for a service that they never even did. I had another company come out and finish the job.

Description of Work: We've used CSC several times over the past 5 years. We have an old house with old plumbing and anytime we have a clog in our line, they fix it quickly and are very reasonably priced. We had another serviced prior to finding CSC that charged us twice as much for the sane service. | |They also replaced all the plumbing beneath our tub a few years ago and were very professional, quick, and reasonably priced. | |Will hire them for all our plumbing needs!

Description of Work: The workman came to our house and tried to get the sewer opened up but he could not. When he called someone from the office to come help they refused to come. At least he did not charge us anything. We then called Rotor Rooter who cam late on a Friday evening and got the job done.

+ 0 moreIt went well, considering it was pretty much a disaster. Justin was diligent, and I was pleased to see that he covered his shoes every time he came in and out. I feel like he went over and above the call of duty. Everything I asked him he was willing to look at and give me his advice.
Description of Work: There was no water coming out in the back part of my house. CSC sent a plumber, Justin Pickett. He diagnosed the problem: the water softener had gone out and filled our water lines with filter media (thousands of tiny silicone b****). He rinsed our our aereators and backwashed the lines to the washer. He advised me to call him after we got a new water softener. As he said he would, he came back and replaced three faucets, replaced the "guts" of two toilets, and drained and refilled the water heater, and opened up a clogged drain.

+ -1 moreVery well. I called them at 8:30 AM Saturday morning. I got a prompt call back from the fellow who would do the service. He said he would be here in 1.5 hrs. He arrived on time. It was unclogged in a half an hour. Excellent service.
Description of Work: My plumber recommend CSC. My kitchen sink drain clogged up and after a full day of New Years, I had a mess of things to clean up.

+ -1 moreWe have had problems with our sewer line for a number of years. It is about 200 feet long to the main sewer. In December 0f 2008, Mike came out and spent a good deal of time trying to diagnose the problem. While he couldn't find the problem (it appeared to have resolved itself) he only charged us for a service call. (A bargain for the time that he spent.) In March of 2009, in response to a call placed that morning, the Company sent Sonny out. He called for reinforcements. Two other technicians were deployed and the three of them "jetted" the line out. It was a little pricey...but if the problem doesn't reoccur, it was worth it. Stay tuned.
Description of Work: cleaned 200 foot plus sewer line.

+ -1 moreTechnician was Mike Dodd. He was friendly and showed me that the sewer line was fine. Gave good advice about future care to avoid big repair bills n the future.
Description of Work: Sewer was backed up, so they came to check the sewer line, using blades to cut through the roots that had grown in and a camera line to check for damage.

+ -1 moreProfessional company to work with. I had to wait 2 weeks to have the work done because they have the only equipment in Indy I could find to do the job. At the time, the equipment was out on a regular service job for Wal-Mart. When the equipment became available, they got right to my job. The employees were courteous and did a good job.
Description of Work: Blew out all drainage pipes surrounding my house. One drain was plugged (unknown to us) and caused water to get into our basement during a heavy rainstorm. This was a very expensive lesson to learn. Now we know that the pipes are to be regularly blown out (they recommended once a year). The equipment cost $200 minimum to use, hence the steep price even though they weren't here very long. The price is worth possible headaches later if our basement were to flood again.
