The owner came out to give an estimate. I had a small job and the owner didn't have a minumum amount that had to be spent. He described the work to be preformed. He quoted a fair price and we agreed. The workers showed up at the arranged time frame and quickly finished the job. They threw in a small extra repair for the same price.

It went well. They honestly informed me that I did not need to have my roof repaired. I have experienced an ide dam and they told me I didn't need anything done!

I called last week for a roof estimate due to a large leak showing up on my kitchen ceiling. Sean from Coomer Roofing called me back Friday 2/8/13 saying he was going to be there in the afternoon, but never showed up nor called. Granted I was aware that there was a huge accident on I-70 so I assumed I would have heard back on Monday, but nobody called me back.

They were prompt, efficient and clean up the debris. Eveything went smoothly from quote to finish.

Had a couple shingles blow off in blizzard. Called Coomer roofing on Sat. morning for estimate, was given a basic charge to replace the shingles. Agreed on price and he repaired the roof that afternoon. Excellent response and work was done in a timely manner! Have to say this is the first time i have dealt with a roofing contractor and frlt good about the experience. Will definitely reccomend to others and use again!!

They were punctual and seemed to do good work. Overall the experience was good.

Coomer Roofing installed a new roof on my house quite a few years ago and I've had no problems with it. A couple of years ago, a handyman (not from Coomer) secured a vent attachment beneath the roof that had loosened and was causing rain to leak into my kitchen. That obviously did not work because it started to leak again in October. This time I decided that I wasn't going to deal with a handyman and I called Coomer Roofing. They quickly sent out someone to look at the problem. They repaired a boot around the exterior of the vent and, success, no more leak. I will certainly continue to use Coomer Roofing.

Of four quotes:they were not the lowest. They were the only company to identify a problem of which we were aware. They also provided temporary repair until the final job could be started. Follow up was excellent.

I had 2 upstairs windows leaking during a very hard rain. The soffit had been replaced and drip line corrected when I bought the house a year ago over those same windows. Dom with Coomer Roofing came out 2 days after I called them and gave me an estimate before he left. I called them the next morning and they were able to send someone out that day to replace loose shingles over that area and do some other minor repairs. That afternoon we experienced a significant storm with heavy, blowing rain. There was no leak around either window. I was extremely happy and very relieved!

This has been a very great experience working with Coomer roofing. They have worked with us several times. They are a great company with great customer service. They are a long term partner, and have done a great job maintaining our roof with whatever events happen. The customer service is truly great, and they are punctual in calling you back/identifying issues. I recommend them to everyone.

My experience with this company went very well. Our guttering had been a real problem and they made some changes to the placement of down spouts, which was really helpful and I was very happy about it.

Sean was professional, on time for our appointment and easy to work with. After three estimates, we chose Coomer. Work was scheduled about one week after the contract was signed. Work started on 05/09 and completed 05/10. The workers were very thorough and neat. The job was completed to our high expectations. Too bad our mortgage company wasn't as professional - had us jumping through hoops to get our insurance monies. So thankful that all of the professionals at Coomer were not only understanding, but assured us that they had experienced insurance company politics before. Glad we selected Coomer!!

Coomer had the best price, was extremely professional and efficient and their crews were punctual, profesional, efficient , courteous and answered any questions i had. My project manager, Sean Sayre, was the very best! He gave me straight talk before I even hired them for the job, a good price for his services and his recommendations were as if he were doing this job to his own home. You can't ask for better service than that. get a bid from this company if you need a new rood, gutters or both. They were worth every penny of what I paid them.

I haven't had the work done as yet. I was impressed with them and they were very knowledgeable with what they were recommending. I wouldn't hesitate to use them and there was nothing negative about them at all.

Called and they setup an appointment. The gentleman came out and could not do estimate on roof due to key breaking in lock. Therefore, he could not get his ladder down. Said he would come back Friday night. Never showed. We told him we were making our decision over the weekend. He never came on Monday. Finally on Wednesday called and asked for us to call back. To late we made our decision and went elsewhere.

The work went very well. All requiremens were promptly handled. They did what was agreed to for the agreed price. They were very courteous, and easy to contact for questions. The site was cleaned up well. We have no complaints. The workmanship is very good.

They were very easy to deal with. They responded when I called. They kept me up to date on all information. When they did schedule it, they got it done quickly. I love my new roof. They are a family owned company. The crew was very good. Sometimes you are hesitant with the crew because they may not speak English, or it is hard to communicate with them. This was not the case. They did a wonderful job!

I had water dripping from the ceiling and running down a wall. I called several places to get someone to come out that day while it was raining. I left a message with an answering service and Sean called me in 1 1/2 hours. Sean said he could come later in the day and gave me a time. He called me a little later to tell me that he had got held up at the office and would still be there. He looked at the leak inside and went outside to look at the roof. It was raining and he went up on the roof. He came down and discussed what he thought was causing the problem. He said that he wanted to do x work to see if that fixed the problem. If not then he would come back and do x. I also asked him about a moisture problem in my attic. Sean gave me a quote on the roof and 2 options for my attic. I told him that I wanted him to do the work on the roof and to install the roof vent for the bathroom fan. The forecast was for snow so Sean said he would get it scheduled as soon as it was safe to work on the roof. The weather broke and Sean called to let me know that someone would be out the next day to fix the roof. To do the work in the attic someone had to be home so we were able to get it done at the same time. The work was done. When I got home that evening I looked in the attic and the roof vent was not in the location that we discussed. I called the next day and Sean said that the worker mis-understood the directions he had given him. They came out the next day and moved the roof vent to the location we had discussed. During the first rain that we had after the work was done I had no water dripping from the ceiling but still had some coming down the wall. Sean had said in the beginning that if the repair he proposed did not fix the problem that they would come back. They came back and did more work on the roof. NO LEAKS! I received a bill for the work which was exactly what he had quoted.

They were timely, professional and got done within budget. They gave a discount as well.

We really liked them. He came to do an inspection on a flat roof on a house we were looking to buy. He said it needed repaired when another inspector said it was fine.

I decided to go with Coomer because of a word of mouth recommendation. I had a little trouble getting them to return my phone calls. I am satisfied with their work now that it's completed.

I was very impressed with my overall experience with Coomer Roofing and will definitely contact Doug if roof repairs and/or replacement are ever needed. It is obvious that providing top quality customer service is a priority for this company.

From all the estimates we got, they did the most thorough job. They did more extensive work than the other companies offered at the same price.
