I called to request an estimate for roof replacement. Dom spoke to me on the phone and scheduled for two days later. He showed up early and is very warm and approachable - the kind of person you like immediately. He quickly identified that we had another issue that needed to be addressed before any roofing could even be worked on and referred me to the appropriate company. I had one roofing company who had been there the week before him that breezed past this glaring issue and immediately gave me an estimate for full replacement (that we may or may not even need). I greatly appreciated the honesty and expertise in my experience with Dom. When someone is only trying to assist you with what you NEED vs. what they can sell you, that is the kind of person/company that you want to do business with. I know who we will hire when we establish what our roofing needs are in the near future. Thank you for the honesty and excellent customer service! A+, Coomer and Dom.

Went great. Dom was awesome from issue diagnosis through repair. Did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. Would highly recommend Coomer for any roof repair.

They are very good and they had a quick turn around time.

The work went very well and their crew worked two 12 hour days to get our roof done in just two days. Our roof was a tough one with steep pitches and lots of valleys. The clean up they did was amazing. I found only one roofing nail in our yard and this is something considering the size of the job and difficult terrain around our house. And we have had a fair amount of rain since the job was completed and not a single sign of any leaks which tells me the job was done well. And the color they helped us pick turned out to be the perfect one. Very pleased we chose Coomer Roofing for the job.

The quoting process went well. Professional and quick, but I decided to go with another company.

I used this company years ago for a roof replacement, and at that time was satisfied with my experience. Now on a different property, need a new roof, so it made sense to contact this company for an estimate. The gentleman came out on 9-7-16 to look at the roof, take measurements, etc. He said he would get the written estimate to me as soon as possible. As of 9-19-16, no estimate received and no communication. I even checked my "spam" email to be sure I did not miss it. . The other "A" rated companies I got estimates from were much more responsive. This was a disappointment and I can no longer support this company.

I was referred by an individual I trust that is close with someone that works for this company. I called for an estimate directly from the number on their website. They answered and were able to schedule 1 or 2 days later. I had to leave work about an hour early to be home in time, but no big deal I expected this. The appointment time comes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, after 25 minutes, I call them. I get an person describe my issue that no one has shown up and then am told it was an after hours service so all they could do is leave a message for someone to call me. I left a message and still have not received a call. However, my friend got me the owners, Doug's number. I called and left two messages on multiple days and nothing. Finally my friend called her connection and I got an immediate call back. He offered no apology or anything for what happened just reset the appointment. Normally I would not do this, but since my friend vouched for them I gave them a second chance. I setup an appointment for a Friday morning at 8 AM. Again, this caused me to go in to work late. 8 AM comes an and goes without any call or anyone showing up. I finally left at 8:25 and never heard from them again. I realize with the storms we have had in the area that this is a very busy time of year, but if you can't make an appointment either don't set one up or 2 at least have the decency to call and left the person know that you won't make it so you don't just wast my time.

There work was very very good. Their professionalism was very good but when they make a promise it is lacking.I haven’t seen any way that they have made good on the promises They told us we had some soft spots on our roof after the installation, they said they would come back and look at it to fix the problem. It’s been 2 years going on 3 and we have repeatedly called them. They are a good company that does good work but their promises have a lot to be desired. I was happy with their work but I am not happy that they made a promise to me and haven’t kept it. If they are willing to fix this I will change the grade. They can’t be too busy to make good on their promises to their customers.

It was all through the insurance. It was good. We were satisfied. The workers seemed fine. They came when we expected them so it was good. I would recommend it. I don't remember but I think the pricing was competitive. There were a couple of things that my husband noticed that could have been done a little bit better.

I had a very positive experience with Coomer Roofing Company. I worked with company representative Dom Battinau . The written job proposal was clear and easy to understand. Dom clarified and explained the steps in the reroofing process and assisted me with the final shingle choice. Communication via phone calls or texts were answered right away. The job was completed in one day. Roofing materials were delivered early in the morning the day of the job. The crew arrived bright and early and worked professionally and efficiently through each phase of the job. They were very careful of my landscaping. Trash was deposited into a large trailer throughout the entire job. The final clean up was very thorough as well. I would highly recommend this company .

The entire process was great. Dom made a site visit, listened to my concerns and request and provided his professional oppinion and provide a very reasonably and competitive quote on the spot. To my surprise, he had a crew out the very next day to do the work thanks to an opening in their jobs schedule. The 2-man were professional, did an excellent job at completing the requested work and left the job site clean. I would highly recommend Coomer Roofing!

I am greatly satisfied. The sales person Brad King who set everything up was very attentive and patient. This worked out better than I could have ever imagined. For years I was trying to get the roof fixed. It clicked, it worked with them. I haven't had any problems since then I got a winner. There is ice built up on one side of the gutter so I need to call him back to get that done. I would definitely use them and refer them to others.

They knew what they were doing. They came back, referred the job and took care of it. They had to take the siding off of two walls and put some wrap around windows. At the bottom, where the siding and the roof come together, they installed some flushing. They never had to use any caulk. They did a good job. It was quite expensive. They were there for over eight hours. It turned out real good. The gentleman came up, explained what he was going to do and what the problem was. His worker showed up the next day, explained the work that they were going to do and preceded to do it. They let me know when it was completed and it was quite expensive. They did a very good. I was very satisfied and they did very good work. We had good communication. They were very polite. The workers were very hardworking, left the area clean and I can hardly tell that they took the siding off.

They did a better job with pricing this time. The crew was very quiet and focused on the work on hand. Brad was our go to person and even reminded us about an applicable coupon.

It went very well. It is a specialized, unusual roof. We used Angie's List to see if we could find a company that would analyze the problem and handle the job. We are very pleased with their work. They were knowledgeable and communicated well. They guys working on the house were neat, clean, careful and attentive to detail. They worked around the weather and made sure the job was done properly. We would recommend them.

They did an excellent job, no complaints. They did the job as they said they would, and completed it as they said. Their price was better than other estimates that we got.

It was very good service and they were very honest. I would highly recommend using this company.

The work went well. The roofing, in particular, was fast and efficient, and the workmanship was good. Sean Sayer was very responsive, very knowledgeable, and clearly very conscientious about doing a good job. Good work overall, but I was a little disappointed with follow-up on a short punch-list of unfinished items.

As above, came promptly and cheerfully and helped us solve our problem. Would recommend highly.

Received an estimate in the mail which was really a fair estimate. However, we got a second opinion from a roofing company which I used in the past and he recommended replacing a few shingles and boot pipe and we went this route (much less expensive).( If we had needed a tear-off we would definitely have entertained this estimate. We were told by the other roofer that we would probably need a tear-off in the near future.) To be fair, this roofing company did not suggest a tear-off, but my husband insisted that he wanted an estimate for a tear-off.

One of the repairs had water in a valley. The other repair, had air vents that go out from your roof and ours had weathered and had cracks in it and they repaired it.

We have a challenging design that a handful of companies would not attempt to repair. We found Coomer up to the challenge and have used them for over a decade to repair and replace our roof. Dave had been an excellent resource for gutter and roofing needs. I believe they under bid an insurance replacement job but refused my offer to make it more worth their while.

My roof was leaking so I called Coomer Roofing who had done previous work for me. Dom came out right away and sent on the roof and immediately new what the problem was. Although it was still winter, someone was able to come out within the week and fix the problem. I've not had a problem since. I would definitely use them again.
