All aspects of the project went well. The sales rep/ project manager was professional, knowledgeable, and and oversaw the details of all aspects of the job. We are very pleased with him as well as the hard-working crew who were here for 12 hours a day for four days completing the roofing project.

It went great! Coomer was the only contractor who actually arrived on time to even give us a quote for the work, I think Sean was actually the guy that came out. We had it quoted out by several providers, and Coomer came in the lowest - and had the best and most consistently good reviews on Angie's list of the providers we checked (some of them looked almost as good, but then I noticed their reviews had been declining from year to year. Coomer's reviews were very good and very consistent from year to year). We agreed to have them do the work, and they were out here the next decent day. They did exactly what they promised to do and were on time and performed the work quickly. I did call to request the invoice, as I hadn't seen it come in the mail and was concerned that we were going to have a late payment. They just hadn't sent it out yet, which is really a bigger deal for them than it was for me. I was able to pay over the phone very easily. I can't remember the lady's name (I want to say Diane or Debbie or something?), but she was super nice and mailed the receipt out right away. We found ZERO mess after the installation, and my husband was here during the installation and said the guys were very nice and professional. We will absolutely use them again. We will recommend them to anyone who needs gutters, for sure. Additionally, based on our experience and their high reviews, I feel I could comfortably recommend them for any work they offer.

They fixed any issues and were very honest. They were very good. They honored their guarantee and came out every time we had leaks.

I cannot begin to say enough good things about Coomer Roofing. We had an interior leak and I had about 10 companies come out and try to help me figure out the problem. Most companies just went with my guess of what the problem was (and I know nothing about houses) or had no idea of what to do. Dom was wonderful - he told me what he thought the problem was (water coming in through old stucco) and how they could fix it. He wrote a very thorough and specific quote. When I asked for an additional quote on gutters he was completely honest about his quote being high because they would need to subcontract the workout. Due to weather, Dom called me regularly to update me on the start date of the project. When the crew arrived they were professional and VERY hard working. They worked all day Saturday and the lead person even worked on Sunday to get the job done in a timely manner. They cleaned up every day and were very concious of things being stored safely because we had children. They answered all of our questions along the way and went above and beyond on some trim work that was found to be rotted. The work was very high quality, the exterior of our house looks fabulous and, best of all, there is no leak! I will absolutely use this company again - they are a true gem!

He was up on the roof for 10 minutes, told me he'd sent me an e-mail with the quote which he did. No BS. No other salesman was as brief. He didn't push me, He just gave me the facts. A good man.. It went well. Someone came out the next day after the salesperson was here. The salesperson, Sean, who was the person who sold me the roof 4 years ago came out again after a hail storm. He did not see much damage and he also shared ideas for me to save money on some of the repairs. I would absolutely use Coomer again for a roof.

This provider was great to work with. Our manager's follow through was spot on. The cost was considerably less than our other quote(Bone Dry). The company has been in business for many years and relies on word of mouth for new business.

Estimate was completed quickly by Sean Sayre of Coomer Roofing in September and then took several months for us to resolve final issues with our insurance provider. Upon notice that all was ready to go, Sean scheduled the replacement for the first available date where weather and sun exposure would provide the most optimal installation. The crew arrived 15 minutes early and set about removing the old roofing materials, which they had finished within just two hours of arrival. The installation was high quality and every scrap of debris was removed. The team on site was courteous, professional and efficient. We had one slight concern regarding the gutter replacement which has not been addressed, which has impacted the responsiveness score, but otherwise we found the job to have been done very well.

Coomer removed the roof and gutters and with in two days they came out and had the gutters replaced and the roof back on. Everything was done very efficiently. While working on the house, one of the workers slashed the screen on the back door by accident and with in three days they had someone out to replace the screen. I looked at four other companies, Commer was very reasonable.

They did great job. They cleaned up after themselves and would highly recommend them.

Work was delayed due to cold, snow, etc. They started on a day that was just above freezing, and finished by early afternoon. The carpenter was brought in the next day to do the soffit repairs. we were pleased.

Roof was installed in one morning and things went very smoothly. We did have some leak issues -- however, they were extremely responsive taking no more than a day to respond. They were easy to contact and never discounted our concerns.

We had several shingles blow off our roof in a recent storm. A questionable crew stopped my husband outside and volunteered to give him a free estimate on the repair. Although he took the estimate, he had no intention of hiring them especially after reading their reviews on Angie's List. So we went on a search for a good company. Coomer came highly recommended by family and friends. We called and left a message with their after hours company for a call back the next day - that never came. We waited a week then called again, left a message with the woman who answered the phone - still no call back. On the 3rd try, I explained that we had tried to call multiple times to request an estimate but hadn't received a call back. When we finally got a call from Dom with Coomer, he was a very nice gentleman. Came out quickly, gave an estimate - we were highly impressed with his professionalism. He worked with our insurance adjuster to schedule a time to look at the roof together. They came out 3/4/13 and did so. The insurance adjuster declined having a whole roof repair, simply said we needed about $1200 worth of repair. We contacted Dom from Coomer several days later. He instructed my husband to send him over the info from the insurance adjuster and he would get back with us. We sent that email on 3/11/13. And nothing.....we haven't heard from anyone from Coomer for 2 weeks. I really feel like I am working much harder than Coomer to get them to do the service. They have such high recommendations and we really liked Dom so I hope this works out for them to still be able to do the repairs.
