They are great. They did what they said they were going to do for the price they said they were going to do it. They finished right on schedule which is hard to find, from my vantage point.

Great company to get an honest quote from.

Matt Miller came out and walked the house with me and gave me an estimate within a few days. A couple of weeks later a crew of three people came out and performed the work. They did an excellent job on the flashing (I had copper flashing installed to match the rest of the house), and a great job on the flat roof. However, it rained over the weekend and I still had water coming into the kitchen. One of the three workers came back after hours one night the next week, inspected the flat roof, and noticed that some of the flashing had been installed incorrectly. He essentially redid the work and then took a hose and sprayed it on the roof for some time to make sure there was no more leaking. With all of the rain Indy has had the past few weeks, I am happy to say that I have not seen any more leaks (and I'm anal and check every time it rains!)

They arrived as promised the next day and provided an itemized quote for the services requested. The quote was the best of the four I received in terms of outlining specifically what would be done. Price was slightly higher than another company, so I did give Coomer the business.

The price was very fair. The work was competed in less than a day and clean-up was done well. Mr. Battinau worked carefully with my wife and me to select the perfect shingles for the house and made several helpful suggestions. The roof improved the appearance of the house significantly.

Very quick response to come out and give quote. Very professional. Work was done just a few days after I gave my approval.

Their estimate was the best I received. They did exactly what the committed to. The workman were efficient and well supervised. I had not one single complaint of any sort. I cannot say enough good about them.

I also had a leak in the roof. They found it and fixed it. One person came out and gave me the estimate. I cannot tell you his name but I was very pleased with him. I liked his professionalism. The price was within the ball park that I wanted to spend. So I just went ahead with him. I did not get any other estimates. Their clean up was excellent.

I got quotes from 3 companies and they seemed the most professional and knowledgeable. The quote was not necessarily the lowest quote by any chance, but we felt comfortable with them and that is why we used them. We had a concern several weeks after and we called and they came out 2 hours later to look at it and then came out the next day took care of it for us, so they have been super great.

Other than taking a long time to appear after the contract was signed (probably waited a month or more for the work to start) Coomer did an excellent job.

The technicians were on time. They explained to me what they would do, and got the job done in a very reasonable amount of time. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure my gates were closed as they left (I have 2 dogs). They were very professional and answered all of my questions.

We got them to do the job because a neighbor is with them. We have had a bunch of roofs done because of hail damage. They have a great local reputation and in our case with a neighbor first and a friend who is with them, we have always gotten good service, but as far as I know so do other folks. The price was good because we had an insurance claim and he was willing to perform the service for what the insurance company allowed.

They were very timely and they did a good job. We would use them again.

They were the best price out of 3 bids. I asked for hand nailing and they complied without argument. The workers were timely, efficient, polite and respected my property. After they left, I only found 3 nails in the flower beds - no flat tires for me! The roof looks great! The company followed up with a phone call asking if I was satisfied wih the job!

We had hail damage to our roof due to storms in our area in late May/ early June. Did research through Angie's and decided on Coomer. Top notch job, clean. Everything to specs and on time. There was a minor problem with the roof flashing that was corrected within a week, as planned, after the contractor had been contacted. References and insurance information, licenses, etc were provided upon request and were current and accurate. I recommended this company to two neighbors, both of whom hired Coomer to do their roofs, as well. Our contact was Sean.

They were very prompt, timely and their estimate was competitive. They did the work in a very efficient fashion and also cleaned up after themselves.

The roofing job itself was satisfactory, however, when I called to have them come back and pick up the trash they left, they failed to do it. They also had to take the leaf guards off my gutters to do the job; they said they would reinstall them correctly, but they did not. Due to a storm, one is just sticking up in the air and they have not taken care of this, either.

Commer roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof after some recent wind and hail damage. They were prompt in returning phone calls and scheduling the work. The work was completed in less than one day. We are extremely happy with Commer Roofing.

I experienced hail damage from a june storm and called 3 companies to supply estimates to replace the roof and cedar siding/trim on my 2-story house. I worked with Doug Miller at Coomer. Out of the 3 companies, Doug and Coomer were the best price, supplied all the services that were needed, were local and not a "storm chasing" company with a PO box set-up the day after the storm and, most importantly, were the only company that supplied an estimate based on the work needed to be done and did NOT base their cost on what the insurance company was going to pay! I had one of the companies, who supplied a much higher price, tell me to just give them the insurance contact information and they would "take care of everything for me". When I refused to give them the information, they walked away from the job. Coomer worked with me and not the insurance company. They ended up replacing the roof , installing a ridge vent to replace all the box vents, rebuilt the cedar chimney and trim, replaced damaged cedar siding and tore out and replaced aluminum around my sunroom windows with matching cedar trim. They were responsive to my needs, the needs of the job, were polite, on-time, the pricing was fair and Doug checked back with me right after the project was finished to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. All in all, Coomer did an excellent job. I would recommend there services, price and honesty to anyone who needs this type of work. And, if something would ever happen to my roof in the future, i know they have been in business a long time and are local.

It was a very frustrating experience for a 1 1/2. I felt like Dom was more of a salesman and didn't have a lot of experience in roofing. He always returned my calls but some of the guys they sent out to do the repairs were very questionable. One guy scheduled a time for me to be home so he could perform a water test. I was at home waiting for him and when he hadn't come an hour after the scheduled time I called his cell phone and he told me he had decided to get the oil changed in his truck and he guessed he should have called me. Another guy they sent out did not stepflash the flashing he installed and did not cut it into the mortar (something that other roofers I had come out and look said that was something that should always be done). The only person I dealt with from Coomer that I felt actually knew what he was talking about was Tony but then they chose not to perform one of his recommendations which turned out in the end to be the cause of the leak (finally paid a different roofing company to come out and fix it). When I told Dom how frustrated I was about the leak continuing for so long and us not being able to use that room he said - well at least I have extended the life of your roof by performing all the repairs we did. But, that is not what I hired Coomer to do - I wanted my leak fixed. I finally paid another roofer $583 to repair the roof and fix the leak. I feel like I wasted 1 1/2 years and $783 on Coomer Roofing. I would not recommend them.

Brad was our contact. He was very professional, prompt and courteous. He gave me an estimate last December for replacement of our roof. Price was better than other 2 companies I looked at. He kept me updated as to when the job would be completed. The crew took 1 1/2 days to complete the job. They were very hard working, and cleaned up the area nicely. The roof looks just beautiful. Excellent price, plus I received a $150 discount from the Angie's List 11/08 book! They cleaned up afterwards.

They were the only company that would install a gutter cover on just one gutter for me, so that I could get an idea on how well they worked. They were very willing to do so. They did a good job on repairing a leaking ridge vent. Also, they repaired a downspout for me.

I am on here looking for my 4th contractor, I have not had anyone out to look at my leak yet.
