Description of Work: THE AWNINGS ARE QUITE NICE. PROBLEM WAS COMPANY'S SERVICE. AWNINGS DIDN'T MATCH WHAT I ORDERED (WRONG PIPING, THOUGH CORRECT COLOR WAS NOTED ON THEIR CONFIRMATION ORDER.) THE OFFER WAS MADE TO TAKE THE AWNINGS BACK TO CHANGE PIPING BUT BY THEN IT WAS SO FAR BEYOND THE INSTALL DATE, AND I WAS SO IRRITATED, I WASN'T WILLING TO WAIT. IT ALSO TOOK MUCH LONGER THAN I WAS TOLD. ON THE ORIGINAL DAY IT WAS TO BE INSTALLED I CALLED THREE TIMES BEFORE SOMEONE FINALLY TOLD ME THE AWNING WASN'T FINISHED YET. (I'D TAKEN A VACATION DAY FOR THE INSTALLATION.) AND, I ALWAYS HAD TO CALL THEM - THEY NEVER CALLED TO LET ME KNOW STATUS. THE PROBLEM, ACCORDING TO THEM, WAS THEY HAD BEEN MOVING INTO A NEW FACILITY. NO DISCOUNT WAS OFFERED. TOM DID APOLOGIZE THOUGH.
