It went just beautifully. Every contact with them was excellent and they did exactly what they said.

We looked on 'the list' for a company to put an awning over the back door, which is a main entrance, to our office building. I found Cool Planet Awning with a good rating so I went on their web-site, which was a pretty good site, and then called their office. I spoke with Robin who was really friendly and helpful. We drove to their local facility and picked out our fabric and lettering that we wanted on the awning. They were all very helpful and took us in the back of the company where they make the awnings and showed us the materials and how the awnings are constructed. Everything happened just as they said. It took about 3 weeks to make the awning and have it installed. It looks really professional and clean. We no longer stand in the rain when coming in and out of our office! Thanks Cool Planet!!!!!!!

Called them- very polite- said that they would come out and measure then send us the cost. In 2 weeks they were here and shortly thereafter we got the contract to use them. This proposal date was in January, but due to circumstances in our home, we were not able to be here until June. They still honored the original bid. Picked up our awning and I believe they reinstalled it in 3 weeks. Very professional- punctual and excellent service.

When our awnings were damaged by the storms last fall, we had a hard time finding a company that would replace them. We contacted Cool Planet and they removed our old awnings and frames at our convenience, made new ones over the winter, and installed them in mid-April. Everyone we dealt with was very pleasant, professional and helpful. We would highly recommend them.

I am disappointed with the lack of follow up directly with the customer.

Their pricing was more than reasonable. I am more than pleased. They were very, very professional. They were prompt, and returned phone calls very quickly as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I sent photographs and they submitted an online quote. They told me that I would need to put up a new frame and get the awning as well. I called them and told them that the quote was too high. They stated that I need to get the frame as well. I asked if they could just put the new awning on the frame, and they said no.

I called to schedule a quote and was able to schedule an appointment very quickly. The representative who came to my house for the quote was very cordial, knowledgeable and professional. I provided half of the price as a down payment and was told I would be contacted within 3 weeks to schedule the installation. 4 weeks later I still hadn't heard from them so I called and this was the worst part of the whole service. It seemed quite difficult to get them to commit to a day to install the new awning. They blamed it on the weather. But mostly I was just disappointed with the fact that I had to keep calling to secure an installation date. When we finally settled on a date, the man who came to install was very professional and the final product turned out very nicely. The company just needs to replace the receptionist who schedules the jobs. She does not seem very organized.

Everything went well. I was happy with their work.

The awning looks great! There was a little mix-up on recording my personal information when I first called which delayed the process initially.

Work was done but behind schedule. We challenged some quality issues related to the installation and the appearance of the final product. Cool Planet representative worked with us to resolve issue and ultimately agreed to price reduction because we were not satisfied. Appreciate that they helped with additional painting of frame above what was expected.

Cool Planet never returned my phone call to set up an appointment for an estimate.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. COMPARABLE TO OTHER QUOTES.

WE HAD FABRIC AWNINGS THAT WERE DIRTY AND ROUGH LOOKING AND NEEDED TO REPLACE THEM, BUT DID NOT WANT TO HAVE TO HAVE NEW FRAMES MADE. COOL PLANET WAS ONE OF THE FEW COMPANIES WHO WOULD JUST REPLACE THE FABRIC VERSUS BUILDING ALL NEW AWNINGS. WE ORIGINALLY HAD THEM QUOTE 5 AWNINGS, AND HIRED THEM BASED ON THAT. HOWEVER, AFTER A WEEK OR SO WE DECIDED NOT TO REPLACE ONE OF THEM AT ALL. THEY WERE VERY GRACIOUS AND ADJUSTED OUR PRICE, AND ALSO REMOVED THE OLD AWNING AND DISPOSED OF IT FOR US. THE CREW WHO HUNG THE AWNINGS WERE IN AND OUT SO QUICKLY, I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT! BUT THE AWNINGS WERE A PERFECT FIT, COLOR, AND MATCH TO WHAT WE WANTED. OUR HOUSE LOOKS SOOOO MUCH NICER WITH CLEAN, CRISP AWNINGS! CONSIDERING THEIR PRICE WAS ALMOST HALF OF ANOTHER COMPANY WE HAD QUOTE OUR JOB, WE WERE ESPECIALLY HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME.

APPARENTLY A CONTRACT VENDOR, COOL SPELL AWNING COMPANY, DEMONSTRATED, SOLD AND INSTALLED THE AWNING FOR COOL PLANT AWNING. TERRENCE BLACK TOTALLY MISSED AN INSTALLATION DATE AND WAS LATE FOR A SECOND DATE. THE INSTALLATION, HOWEVER, WAS VERY GOOD AND THE INSTALLED PRODUCT IS EXCELLENT.

COOL PLANET WAS VERY EXPENSIVE AND DID NOT RESPOND WELL TO OUR CALLS.

HELPED WITH SELECTION. INSTALLED WHILE I WAS AT WORK, IT LOOKS TERRIFIC!

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL FROM THE TIME THEY DID THE ESTIMATE TO THE INSTALLATION OF THE AWNINGS. THEY LOOK VERY NICE ON OUR HOME. THEY DID HOWEVER HAVE TO BE REMIDED TO HAUL OFF THE OLD AWNINGS. YET I WOULD STILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

DID AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB, BUT THE ELECTRICIAN THEY RECOMMENDED DIDN'T CLEAN UP AFTER HIMSELF.
