In both instances Laszlo was quick, efficient, pleasant, and effective. My husband, our former in-house computer wizard, can no longer handle tech problems, but he knows a good person when he sees one and he thinks Laszlo is excellent.

On time and great at communicating the progress and completion estimate 4. Completed the work on or before the promised date and within the agreed upon budget. Alex is my "GO TO" computer guy for repairs, service, upgrades and virus / (malware)

.I have used the services of Laszlo Szenes aka Computer Wizard Indy for about 5-6 years . Recently I had to face the fact that my 7 year old HP laptop was dying so I turned to to Laszlo for advice . Laszlo was kind enough to assess my computer usage and needs and offer me some very specific advice and recommendations on a laptop that he felt would best meet my needs and budget. I am 72 and retired do little heavy graphics and no games. As we were going on vacation Laszlo allowed me to have the computer ibought delivered to his shop and held it there till my return at which time he came to the house and made the setup and file switches. I would say also that a few years back he had installed a remote link to my computer system so that easy service repairs can be done with out him wasting time to travel here . Much easier and less expensive. The new system is running great .and I totally pleased with all of my experiences with this gentleman. Highest reccommendation for the services he provide and his personal integrity with such important property as your computer data.

I called Computer Wizard on 3/4/13. The hard drive was dropped off that day. The work was done on 3/5/13. I was able to pick up the hard drive later that day. Previous to the "repair" the computer would shut down after about an hour.This happened about 4 times. After the 'repair', the computer works "faster" while I am on the Internet, including emails with links or videos. I was relieved that I did not have to be with out my PC for very long. I would highly recommend this business.

Laszlo analyzed the laptop problem and said it had a system corruption but no viruses. He reloaded the Windows system, reloaded all data and restored the software. It now runs perfectly and very fast. I highly recommend Computer Wizare Indy. Laszlo has worked on my business computers and our laptops over the years and we have always been extremely pleased with his ability to find problems and fix them fast. We ask him to check our computers occasionally just to make sure things are running as they should. He has recommended several software programs and features that helped our system preformance.

Laszlo came to my office to diagnose my computer (desk top) problem. He quickly determined I needed a new hard drive. He took the cpu back to the shop (Friday), and returned the following Monday with the repaired cpu. I was very impressed with his competancy, honesty, and fair pricing. I will DEFINITELY use Computer Wizard for all future PC needs.

I have used Computer Wizard many times for my businees computers over the past five years or so. The first time I was told by Geek Squad "We must replace the hard drive and we cannot save your data. Laslo saved my data!" If Laslo can't do it, noone can! I have always been very happy with Computer Wizard.

See above story. I previously made a referral of a friend to Computer Wizard and the friend was very pleased with his services. For that referral, i received a $20.00 credit, which Mr. Scenes deducted from my bill on 10/20/12,

My work computer was starting to crash, and I contacted Computer Wizards. They were able to get the computer in the same day and analyzed. In about another work day, they had backed up my old hard drive, installed a new hard drive, and transfered my old data to the new hard drive. The laptop is working great! I have used Computer Wizards in the past, and this experience has been just as good. I will use them again in the future.

. Because he wasn't able to do it remotely, heame to our house that very afternoon & fixed it as well as "cleaning up" some things on his computer. I have used Laszlo for years & he has always been prompt & knowledgeable. I have asked what I thought were "stupid" questions, yet he has never made me feel inadequate. I would never consider calling anyone else.

Kind of cool...I called to make an appointment. He does not live far from me. He came over and looked at my set up, He did a few things to make my computer run faster and make sure everything would talk to each other. I was especially happy with the service because he made me feel like I was helping and I know nothing about how to make this work. That was funny to me. When he left everything worked..MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!

I had several problems with my computer. Called Lazlo and he came right out. Fixed everything. Later fixed a new proble via remote. He is always responsive, pleasant and does what needs to be done.

I've taken computers there and I've done remote assistance. I've always liked the fact that they're fair, honest, have quick turn around, and don't try to sell me things that I don't need. I really feel like I can trust them. I would certainly use them again.

I phoned on 3/7 at noon & was able to schedule an appointment for Laszlo to come to my house to see if my computer could be fixed & to install my new printer. He arrived exactly at 3: 30 as scheduled. He removed his shoes at the front door as a courtesy to us. I took him to the computer area & after a short discussion he sat down & went to work. In about 1 hour every thing was up & running. He gave me a brief explanation & told me he was defragmenting my computer & it would show me when it was finished. The bill said $90. I paid & he was on his way. Great service. He also has a regular new letter that I receive by email that has helpful information. And, he is planning to offer a class for folks that want to better understand the world of computers. I hope to sign on for that course.

I was very pleased with how easy it was to drop off and pick up my 2 computers. I have used Laszlo and Computer Wizard before for computer repair. The work was done extremely well on budget and in a timely fashion. I would never go anywhere else for computer repair.

I have used Laszlo for quite awhile and always find it amazing how he can connect remotely to my pc and take care of problems quickly and efficiently without having to make a house call. I'm always pleased with his knowledge and ability to correct problems for me.

I have used Laslo to work on my computer for the past 4 years. He has a remote access program installed on my computer, so he does not have to come out to my office. He can log on to my PC from his home. He is prompt, efficient, and quick. He knows this stuff inside and out. He services my PC regularly and makes sure everything is running cleanly and efficiently. I would recommend his services to everyone. He deserves an A+.

My initial call was returned within a reasonable time-frame. After my PC was checked, diagnostic possibilities were presented and the least expensive remedy was first tried. When it became apparent that the problem was indeed a hardware problem (power source), it was replaced and the PC has worked well since Oct 24. Additionally, an explanation as to what the problem was and how to prevent other problems using a few simple utility programs were provided. Should this service be needed in the future, I will call Computer Wizard.

A trouble free installation as usual.

Laszlo called me less than two hours after I dropped off my PC to tell me the mother board was bad. He gave me the price of a new mother borad, but suggested that I get a new computer instead. I agreed and the next day he had my new computer ready. He delivered the new computer, installed the software, and made sure everything worked before he left. He is extremely efficient and fast when working on computers. He downloaded several programs to help keep my computer running at it's best. I was exptemely pleased with the entire experience.

We've used this company several times before and are impressed with their service. Lazlo, the owner, is first-rate.
