Computer Wizard

This is the second or third time I have used Computer Wizard. They are the best. Always professional and always knowledgeable, I trust them with my computer and in my home. Computer Wizard repairs problems the first time!

He arrived on time, did the job efficiently and quickly. He was wonderful and his price was very reasonable.

Laszlo does great work. He installed a SSD drive on my business computer a few years ago and I filled it up so I asked him to install a larger SSD drive. I took the computer to him and he installed the drive on a day when I did not need the computer so things worked our great. He moved everything to the new drive and performed some maintenance on the computer. Laszlo has been helping us with our business and personal computer and laptop for several years and we plan to continue relying on his expertise for a long time. His prices are very reasonable so I like for him to do a remote check-up on our computers occasionally just to make sure things are going the way they should be. I highly recommend him for anything computer/laptop related.

I am so pleased and impressed with Laszlo's and Nora's help. When I called late afternoon with a problem, they squeezed in a remote session for the next day. Laszlo not only fixed my problem, but showed me how to avoid it in the future. Computer Wizard is the best !

Firstly, computer wizard is the ONLY company I trust with my computer systems. They are outstanding in their knowledge, technical skills and customer service. Laszlo Is great to work with making the whole process so smooth and hassle free. His customer service is A+. Don't look any where else if u want the best computer guy out there.

Laszlo is incredible... I would not use anyone else for hardware, software, diagnostics... He has repaired and upgraded a variety of my computers and just recently replaced my harddrive and upgraded me to Windows 7 from XP... He also did troubleshooting on getting my old HP 5P Laser Printer up and running with the new Windows setup

The service I received from Computer Wizard was fantastic. I urgently needed my computer repaired, and the staff was very accommodating. I was very pleased with the turnaround time. Their customer service is exceptional, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for anyone needing their services.

It went very well. Previously, I had purchased computers from Computer Wizard. I've also had my computers repaired by Computer Wizard. This did not require a repair. I asked Laszlo several questions about how to remove one program and how to install another. He responded promptly, not only to my original email, but to several follow-up questions. He was very kind, very helpful. And there was no charge.

my several year old Fujitsu laptop running on Windows Vista wouldn't boot. Thought it may be battery or charger problem as there had been that orange battery light on for maybe 2 weeks earlier. Got Laszlo's name (and strong reference from a neighbor). Took the machine to his home-office with my highest hope being that he would somehow be able to down-load 4+ years of family photos that I had never backed up. I got call later that day that the machine was fixed! Laszlo had determined there was a faulty chip that was preventing the boot sequence to run. He replaced the chip - all is good (and the photos are now safely on a memory stick!!!

Excellent again! Laszlo has helped us for several years with laptops and PCs and we have always been very happy with his work. We bought two new printers and decided to ask Laszlo to install them on the computers so they would be installed correctly. He received my email Monday and remotely installed the printers on the laptop the following day. Great response and very efficient. We would not consider calling anyone else for computer issues!

Laszlo was awesome! My computer is a special build, and I wanted to not just replace the bad parts, but also to upgrade my system. I was very particular about what I wanted, and Laszlo was great in helping me understand what new components were compatible with the ones I was not replacing, and was very patient in answering questions from me as I selected the new components (he also recommended inexpensive direct-replacement parts, and would have gotten my computer back the way it was very cheaply, if that was what I wanted). Some of the new components did not fit easily in my case, but Laszlo worked with what I had, and made it work. In the end, I had a great system, and his charges were embarrassingly low, to me. Most certainly very reasonable, and much less than I expected! His wife and business partner Nora was awesome, too. She was very kind, and sweet, and helpful, and made the whole experience so warm and friendly. She really made my experience even better, and I am smiling as I write this, thinking of her. Every aspect of my dealings with Laszlo and Nora was positive, and definitely the next time I need computer help I will be right there!

I replaced my laser printer but did not get the new one installed properly on my desktop or our laptop. Also, when I was deleting the old laser printer from the printer listing I accidentally deleted another printer that is still in use. Laszlo quickly installed the printers on the computers and printed test pages to both printers from both computers. We have depended on Laszlo for our personal and small business computer needs for several years. He is extremely knowledgeable and fast. I emailed him Wed afternoon to ask when he could do the work remotely. He responded that he could do it Thurs (the next day) afternoon at 4pm. He called right at 4pm and took care of the printers in 20 minutes. I highly recommend Computer Wizard for ANYTHING computer related. Laszlo has saved us a lot of headaches the last few years.

Finding someone to work on your computer who is competent and competitive in pricing for parts and labor is a Herculean task. Fortunately, my wife and I listened to a friend who raved about this ?computer wizard? named Laszlo. We have worked with other computer ?experts? before and it always amazed me that they took so long (while the meter was running) to complete a ?n***? task and they wouldn?t even mess with certain things like trying to make sure the old printer communicated with the new computer. My wife?s first encounter with Laszlo was by phone when he accessed her computer remotely and got rid of the malware pop-ups that had invaded her system. He followed up with an e-mail a day later to make sure everything was still in working order. Next was my turn when my two-year old Dell hard drive crashed. I took my Dell to him (he works out of his home?low overhead) and Laszlo replaced my terabyte hard drive with a 500 gb hard drive since I was only using 20 gb of space. A couple of weeks later, my power supply fan started ?squawking? and rather than charge me the cost of replacing the fan and power supply, he took apart the fan, cleaned it thoroughly, kept the unit overnight to test it for a reoccurrence of the noise, and then only charged 30 minutes for his labor to make my fan as quiet as a church mouse! If you are a senior citizen (like my wife, her friend and I are), and trust is an issue with service providers, then be assured that you won?t find anyone more trustworthy than Laszlo?and he knows what he is doing and doesn?t overcharge for his expertise.

Laszlo... as always did a great job diagnosing my problem... helping me save data... installing a fix and helping with prevention... I could not ask for anything more and he did the work very quickly...

I ask Laszlo to do a routine check-up on my desktop to make sure everything is working as it should be. He remotely accessed my computer and removed a few unnecessary applications and verified that my virus protection is working properly. I always ask Laszlo to check on my computer a couple times each year to make sure it is operating properly. The small amount I pay Laszlo is money well spent. He is the IT professional I and my small business count on for anything computer related. I highly recommend Computer Wizard for all IT needs.

My comcast email account was full and would not allow me to receive or send email. I called Laszlo and within hours he did a remote access to my computer and archived the old email, compress the storage and free up space. We have a small business and need to keep a lot of emails, so Laszlo made room for them. He has helped us many times with minor and major problems and we highly recommend him for any computer needs. He has helped some of our neighbors as a result of our recommending him.

I initially used an Angie's List Deal in December to tune of my laptop computer. There were back and forth trips by the supplier to "tune up" my laptop. I am convinced that the supplier was going above and beyond his regular service, and I recognized and appreciated that. However, my main issue still existed on the laptop, and ultimately some additional issues that I had not experienced before. After installing a new hard drive and re-installation of MS Office, all of the problems were still present. Having already invested a significant amount of money on top of the cost of the Angie's List Deal, I decided I'd have the computer guru that I had previously used for the last 10+ years, Computer Wizard, to set up my new Dell laptop, thinking my HP laptop was fried.He not only set my new DELL, he was able to restore my HP laptop, that I thought was a lost cause' to perfect performance! So, basically I bought a new laptop prematurely and unnecessarily, by not contacting the Computer Wizard in the first place. Lesson learned!

I have a small business and needed additional Ram for my computer to improve the speed when working with large software programs. I emailed Laszlo on Wed, Jan 22 to ask him to purchase and install the Ram. He remotely checked my computer that day to determine the best approach. He emailed Fri, Jan 24 to say he had the Ram and he came over the next day to install it. Laszlo provides excellent service and he truly is a "Computer Wizard". He has helped me for several years with desktop and laptop issues and he has greatly improved my computer speed and operation. I highly recommend him to any individual or small business. Having access to Computer Wizard services is better than having an IT department in my small business.

I have used Laszlo on several occasions and am very impressed with his knowledge of the operating systems and the various software. He wastes no time in evaulating the issues and correcting them. His use of the Remote, saves me much time and effort in getting them up and running. I would be hard pressed of even thinking of using anyone else.

Very good. The data was transferred. After I brought the new computer home, I had a couple of issues. Laszlo was very responsive. He set up a connection so he could access my computer remotely. We got everything worked out. I'm very happy with my new computer, and pleased with the response from Computer Wizard.

Laszlo always does a great job. He has been keeping our business computer and laptop in great shape for several years. His recommendations are right on and he is current on all the latest enhancements to speed up the computer. I trust him thoroughly and if he recommends it, I want it. Great service, great people to work with. They fixed my laptop and had good turn around time. I've not had any problems since and received an email a few weeks later asking if everything was working OK. Good customer service!
