The tech that came out and performed the job was excellent. Very knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process while keeping me updated on his findings during the cleaning. This is a top of the line cleaning company, meaning the price is on the higher end of the spectrum, but you get what you pay for.

I had just requested information on Home Advisor and was reviewing reviews of each company and received a phone call from Coit Cleaning. We spoke a few minutes and scheduled a same day cleaning. With the holidays, other companies were booked for days out. I could not believe how quickly they were able to get to us. The technician - Ziggy - looked at our carpet and made recommendations. The carpet was cleaned and looks great. Ziggy also looked at our wooden floors and explained the best approach to getting them looking great again. We will be calling Coit in the Spring to clean our carpets as well as our wooden floors. Extremely happy with customer service as well as technician.

They were very responsive, calling me with-in the hour of my request Another company called 2 days later. All the workers were very personable. Suggest they give you documentation of items being removed. I was very trusting but later realized I could have lost everything because I had nothing in hand saying they had taken 25 totes, baldwin spinet piano, 2 hutches, 6 wood chairs, 1 antique rocking chair, etc. It turned out well. They took all my items out of a storage unit, cleaned them, and then returned them to my new storage unit. The price estimate was upheld even though they ended up having to rent a moving truck with a lift several times to complete the job. I would use them again and have already recommended them to several friends

The gentleman who cleaned our carpets was polite, professional, and on time. Our carpets are old, so he cleaned them as best as he could. The result was fine, although the amount we paid was more than I would have hoped. Nonetheless, I would recommend this service to others.

Great service!

Price jumped 20% once they got to the house. Originally quoted $350 then suddenly there was an extra $75 charge to hook up to the furnace which was required for the duct cleaning I was having done.
