They went too fast, not enough time to dry enough. Made a mess and didn t clean up after themselves.

The service tech was neat curtous quick with getting the job done picked up after himself. Would recommend Coot cleaning to others.

The arms of my couch were still dirty and I have to clean them myself before company arrived. Otherwise no complaints about the carpet.

They kept their word, work was done professionally and in a timely manner.

I had a wet floor possibly due to water seepage in my bathroom on second floor and the vinyl started bubbling up. Upon inspection there was mold growth. Frank from COIT came for an initial review and to provide an estimate. He really made me comfortable about the whole situation and explained very clearly about what his crew is going to do in the next 2-3 days. These guys carry experience and their pricing was not off the charts either. They also took the job quickly and eagerly and the guys showed up at my door the very next day. I am a happy customer. I could have given an all 5 rating, but something the crew need to improve on -- I had to tell the boys to cover their footwear or the carpet when they walked in with a big dehumidifier. They did that promptly before starting the job, but they missed it after the job was complete. So , I am taking a half point away, still giving them a 4.5 rating for the excellent service I received. They are highly recommended and I will hire them again for any future work I may need.

I had a sofa, loveseat, and recliner cleaned before listing my house. I have a dog and two cats that have had their share of messes and smells in the items. COIT got the furniture so cleaned up a potential buyer wants the furniture included as part of transaction.

Arrived on time that was scheduled. Did an excellent job of cleaning the carpeting, particularly in the high traffic areas.

I was told to expect service between 8-8:30. About 8:50 I got a call and was told technician would be there in 15 minutes. About 30 minutes later I got another call asking for confirmation of address. Technician said he was about 40 minutes away. He made it just after 10 a.m. Once here cleaned air and dryer vents.

Great job and customer service.
