They were great

I asked that they clean carpet in two rooms after a remodel project. The carpets are fairly new and not stained. Total square footage of about 550. The cost was nearly $200, which I felt was a bit high but not outrageous. The work was satisfactory and the house was left in good order. I also requested an estimate to clean vents. I have a ranch style home with lots of vent and returns, so maybe that's why the price was so high and I haven't really gotten quotes from others yet. Still, $650 seemed a bit high to me.

He came as scheduled, cleaned two carpets,and left the house in good shape.

The cleaning person was really great. I super nice guy. Very professional. Knows his stuff.

Alan did a thorough and excellent cleaning job on some upholstered furniture that was badly in need of it. My husband said afterwards that our furniture shone!

Cleaner did not come with the right equipment to clean my type of carpet and I specified what type I had. Carpet was okay but not worth $225. Carpet was not cleaned around the edges of the wall, behind the doors and entry of closets and the rooms were completely empty. The carpet in these areas were dry as a bone. Stairs and hallway looked untouched.

I filled out an estimate request here at 11 a.m. on a Sat. As soon as I was done the owner called and set up an estimate appointment for between 5 and 6 pm. that afternoon. The tech was able to come by 3 pm, came, gave the estimate, did the work and was out the door in 90 min leaving the previously incredibly filthy carpeting spotless. This is by far the best carpet cleaning service I have ever experienced : LOTS OF STAIN PRETREATMENT, deep cleaning everywhere. The staff is friendly, skilled, thorough, on time and FAST !

Their knowledge of how to get the best results on different type fabrics as well as various types of soiled areas was excellent! A chair that Mike cleaned was passed down through our family and had been stored in our garage. It looks beautiful now and is being used! Thank you!

Carpet cleaning is more expensive than I thought. However, our carpet now looks new again! These guys were efficient and friendly! Did a great job!

Work was done well and Jim was very thorough and explained exactly what he was doing. Were led to believe that it would take 3 to 3 1/2 hours and it took nearly 6 hours however in fairness our ducts had not been cleaned in 27 years. The good news is we can tell a big difference in the air quality in our home. If you are looking to get your ducts cleaned I would recommend this company.

I had my carpets cleaned twice previously by another company. There was one area that was darkened by air flow, which wasn’t corrected by the first company. Coit took extra time and attention to correct the discolored area. It looks great now. I was very pleased.
